    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I own a jio fiber conctn, last date to pay bill was 10 April, today mor I see the servics are suspendd. There can b sme issue, may b sme family emergncy tht someone was not able 2 pay the bill, wht is the logic in suspendng service in 2 days post due date

    @SardarSomdeep @JioCare @Airtel_Presence God Knows now what and when would jio commercially start 5G for everyone - my phone model on the other hand supports more bands then required like Millimetre Wave , which would never connect coz they use MM WAVE to interlink towers

    @JioCare Everytime I am given this same vague replies and no concrete resolution. Huge mistake that I ported out from Airtel to Jio for such sub standard network and more so for such pathetic service experience as no one in Jio ever listens. Such arrogance

    @JioCare Hello, There is frequent disconnection issue arises from last 2 month , there is a joint in cable due to cable cut ,This month im facing thrice . You need to replace this drop cable or send a good technitian . Otherwise i shall disconnect permanently.

    @JioCare My jio air fiber cable is damaged resulting in service interruption. I am trying to contact customer care but none of the helpline channels connecting me with customer care. Very pathetic service. No option to connect with customer care.

    @JioCare Worst network in Ravapar, Morbi since 1 year no signal, calls fail, internet dead. Multiple complaints, no action. Fix within 48 hrs or I’ll file a complaint with TRAI and i manage 15,000 people group in morbi so if problem is not solved then i port all user to airtel.

    @JioCare Still no installation of my JioAirFiber connection, Is this the level of service customers should expect? Are customers supposed to just wait endlessly after payment? This is pure negligence. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this further.

    @JioCare Connection. And said you have to cancel it and No choice is there left. I asked him to cancel, but he said he can only reschedule but not cancel. I called sales guy but he has not responded to any call till date.

    @JioCare We are able to enjoy family time and are forced to keep digital detox. Despite complaining over more than a month, recurrent disruptions persist. We can't WORK, can't ENJOY TV, can't STUDY. So thank you for not providing stable uninterrupted network connectivity.
