So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.

They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. A creative, customer-friendly plan could help them win back their customer base. Right now, @JioCare and @airtelindia are simply exploiting customers with expensive plans.
