@JioCare I don't why is JIO taking things for granted.Since last half a year I am complaining but no action .So if you want to get people frustrated and leave your service just tell this straight .Either yours or mine time is wasted.All the rest service providers have excellent network.

@JioCare I have DMed my number, and the issue too. Samsung's S20 FE had 2 variants 4G and 5G. Mine is the 5G one but your device database don't consider them as different devices. So kindly ask your engineering team to update the device database as this is a major issue.
