@JioCare Received the message”Our Jio service engineer is scheduled to visit your premises on 19-03-2021 : 09:45:00 for UNINSTALLATION of your JioFiber connection along with Set top box. Your Order number is CO0000AZJLIL.” Its 12.40 and we are still waiting. Horrible!

@reliancejio Jio is definitely the worst telecom company. I have had no Internet since 29th Sep. Paid for an year in advance ,6 months still left , fiber was cut by local authorities, Jio said they would refund balance 6 months,3 months now and they haven't.Useless people , lousy mamagement
