@JioCare I stay in Thane, Mumbai. Since today morning I am facing severe network issues.Both voice and data not working. I have 4 jio users in my house and all 4 facing same issue. Called customer care and got a response that "we r trying to improve our services". I will portout.

Now a days @reliancejio getting depletion in network. I'm facing major issue in my area. I've called to jio care support at least 4 to 5 times, but they were keep saying that we're working on it. Nothing has improved from 2 months. I'm paying for 4G getting 2G. #Patheticservice👎
