    @JioCare Pls share the number of the area division city level supervisors. This is not done. Every two days the network is down and we keep bearing with it. What quality of service is this??? @TimesNow

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioSaavn Feedback: caller tunes sound quality is very very poor, users loves to set up their loved tune but caller tune sound quality is super poor than the actual sound. It is disappointing, please see if you can improve in that section. Thanks

    I have a #jiofiber broadband. But I think the router is bad. Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

    @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI Jio has been unnecessarily charging me for Netflix subscription which i have deactivated in Sept 2022.When i called the customer care services they said charges are correct and nothing can be done.I request the telecom authorities to help me in this

    @reliancejio think twise before going to subscribe jio fiber, in breakdown of services consumer can request for service through app and you might get appointments after 24 hrs or more till that no internet

    @JioCare Its surprising to note that we can't have access to older invoice.Which company is doing that only yours? Was not able to access the Invoice of Sept'22. Kindly be customer friendly in your support. Does your acc also deletes it after 180 days, then y not access to clients.

    @SardarSomdeep @JioCare @Airtel_Presence God Knows now what and when would jio commercially start 5G for everyone - my phone model on the other hand supports more bands then required like Millimetre Wave , which would never connect coz they use MM WAVE to interlink towers

    @TRAI Please run aimilar test in Maharashtra, Nagpur area. We feel that @reliancejio is topping the list of call dropping. Call automatically get disconnected and caller ia not able to call again till 2 to 3 minutes. Jio to jio call problem

    @JioCare @TRAI Charging users for 5G but delivering 2G-like speeds is unacceptable. Even in Ahmedabad, a major metro city, network performance is poor with frequent slowdowns and connectivity issues. Please ensure customers get the service promised. #Jio5G #TRAI

    @JioCare If you are struggling to provide a new connection, it raises concerns about how you will be able to deliver reliable service after installation. The lack of response and delay in installation is very disappointing and reflects poor customer service.
