    @reliancejio @JioCare You only hire Telecallers, Artificial intellect, but you don't have enough tower and service engineer to check the network compatibility.. it's daily pain ! Our day start with frustration. We are planning to go in consumer court @jagograhakjago

    @reliancejio I pressed the option for English when I dialled customer care. The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi. He said he would transfer the call to someone who spoke in English, but am still holding….more than 10 mts and no response

    @JioCare i have complained 2 times so far that I cannot make or receive calls sometimes, i am not able to call any emergency numbers like 100. So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.

    @SardarSomdeep @JioCare @Airtel_Presence God Knows now what and when would jio commercially start 5G for everyone - my phone model on the other hand supports more bands then required like Millimetre Wave , which would never connect coz they use MM WAVE to interlink towers

    I don't why but for some reason the 5G has still not been enabled on my @reliancejio sim, though 5G is available in my area. With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

    @reliancejio think twise before going to subscribe jio fiber, in breakdown of services consumer can request for service through app and you might get appointments after 24 hrs or more till that no internet

    @reliancejio @JioCare your network gone crazy....i received at least 16 calls from different state including 2 calls from J&k. Everyone is saying that I called them but how ?? I am in a meeting with peoples and my mobile is on table, no one using the how can I make call ??

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users are able to enjoy Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @airtelindia I am going 2 port my sim to @JioCare if my network issue is not resolved in 48 hours. This is the last airtel sim in a family of 20. @JioCare please confirm if my pack can be carried forward if i port my sim to Jio.

    @reliancejio The worst customer service there is. No way to contact actual people at all. Service numbers have this stupid auto bot call system with no usefull options at all. Ordered a sim 2 weeks ago and sill no delivery, registered a complaint no response. Shame on jio.

    @JioCare There is no solution till now, my new SIM has not been delivered till date, my money is also stuck, I am calling customer care but the phone is not connecting, initially it seemed that assurance was given. Your problem will be solved in 1 day, today is the fifth day.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @relianceindltd If a relocation service request is cancelled by your backend team, it cannot be re-initiated. Why? I’m being asked to pay ₹1200 AGAIN to raise a fresh request. Why should a customer pay twice for your internal failure?

    Order ID: CO0002DO8I5S Relocation booked on 18/04/26, scheduled 19th, no technician came. Complaint (SR000033Y6JT) raised on 20/04/26, still “in progress” with resolution by 27th? Unacceptable. I’m shifting houses, relocation is time-sensitive. Need technician TODAY. @JioCare
