@JioCare Dont waste yr and my time. You have yet to refund my ₹4000 since June 2022 and that too 15 different promises by 25 different ppl. You all #suck big time and as soon as I get a better service provider, I m gone.. .... N will definitely see you in Consumer Court... Udanchooooo

Jan’22 was my 1st complaint abt network issues.Until Nov’22 i raised several. Each time i was given a TAT of 36-48 days to see improvement. It’s end of 2022 & yet i see call drops to no coverage. I’ve also purchased a new phone. What have you to say now @JioCare ? Another lie?

@JioCare @iamrajpisal4568 Yess jio network is going worst day by day. And Vodafone network is now good.. Bye bye Jio. I am also switching. When complained, they ask how many tower is there, which phone, etc. Plz hire some executive to check the network strength.

Hathway is doing business of optical fiber internet by giving false commitment of offer plan to customer and they not even respond to customer query. Guyz do not buy any hathway internet connection. Instead go for jiofiber @JioCare @HathwayBrdband

Really Pathetic Customer Service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even after stopping International Roaming by calling on 121 last month,sending bill with IR charges again.Talking to customer care is really frustrating. Porting is last resort.Hope @JioCare serves better.

@reliancejio Mi 11X device is yet not supported on Jio network. It works fine for Airtel. It was announced that 5G will work across devices by Dec 2022 end. Where is the software patch? Too late! Push Xiaomi as a network partner
