    I always wonder why people don’t make @reliancejio there first number. It got the answer. It’s a task to get through a real person on the customer care, first they will give you gyaan on what all are included in your plan and then no option to talk to a real person @JioCare

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 5 days since registering entity on trueconnect and making a payment. Received invoice and email saying registered but we cannot move forward. Multiple complaint raised on email. Extremely frustrated! Urgent support needed

    @JioCare I had activated and was using Jio 5G welcome offer. My plan was about to expire and I'd recharged with new one before it gets expired. After the shift to new plan my welcome offer is no longer there. Kindly help.

    @JioCare Since We are paying for 28 days why Team Jio's auto generated voice message hearing again and again... Such nasty experience with Jio. I know my recharge day... Pls stop this non sense or else I'll port to some other service. My Jio no. 8369338628

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioSaavn Feedback: caller tunes sound quality is very very poor, users loves to set up their loved tune but caller tune sound quality is super poor than the actual sound. It is disappointing, please see if you can improve in that section. Thanks

    Dear @JioCare ​It has been 3 days since I recharged my Jio AirFiber account, but I am still unable to use the service. ​The days of my plan are passing by, yet I have no access to the connection. This is causing me a lot of trouble and inconvenience. Since this is an error on your end and I have already fulfilled the payment, I request that these lost days not be counted in my monthly cycle. I expect these days to be added back to my validity once the service is restored. ​I have already sent my Service ID to you via DM.

    @JioCare Provide the contact number of engineer. Why Jio is not able to adhere to timelines given to customer when visit for Kyc. Do not try to give lucrative timeline when can't fullfill. In delhi within same day installation kyc all done. Here unnecessary taking. Will complaint higher.

    Got JioBharat phone for dadaji and recharged for 91 and now that recharge is not supporting and also not able to recharge Bharat plan, no where gives option to talk to its customer executive, why so much of shady practices @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani
