@reliancejio @JioCarey jio phone has full network on my phone still most of the times my phone shows switched off when called. Almost 80% of the times for past 1 month or so. Please look into the matter & resolve it at the earliest

Increasing use of bots by companies, eg @JioCare and @Flipkart has helped keep costs low of connecting with customers. But it has increased customer frustration of not being able to resolve simple issues. Given abundance of low cost labour, pity that more staff are not hired.

@JioCare its been more then a year i am not getting my jio fiber connection its 16 stories Buldng and everyone are interested.every time i get fake hopes from your side that it will be done in next month but that month never comes if i am not getting

@reliancejio just to add on, we were told that the wires will be concealed and will go through the ground. But this certainly is not the case and your technicians despite repeated calls are not coming to solve this issue. Highly irresponsible..

@JioCare Pathetic service by jio and team. Because of this service india will take another more 50 years to change. Really bad. Shame on Jio. There is not value of customer for Jio. If it’s work like this I pray to god one day jio should completely shut.

@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare what a unprofessional & filthy Internet service you have. I get an sms saying service will be restored on 11th July. This means no internet for a good 7 days. Why does Reliance gets in to businesses which they can’t manage or service properly

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence cant dial Customer care number of ICICI General Insurance 1860 266 77 66 from Airtel number while same number can be connected by another JIO number . Request your to dial and check from your end as well . @reliancejio Jio rocks Airtel sucks .

@reliancejio Dear respective sir and madam kindly help to get move from Jio service today I really fed up with Jio team from morning I am raising my issue and said it will resolve 3pm on 7 th July. after multiple complaints they registered my complaint at 3.30pm. And said wait 24 to 48hrs.

@reliancejio you guys really need to look into jio fiber customer complaint response time to stay relevant. Internet + TV and telephone line is dead from last evening.. been 14hrs still awaiting the engineer visit. my local internet guy use to fix issues in just half an hour.

@JioCare Hi have my current jio fiber plan which is active till 21st January, but still I get certain amount of bill regenerated every month, This month it's 900+ and everytime I am calling customer care there are dropping the call in between the conversation after few minutes.
