    @reliancejio I have been facing a problem in your app due to which m unable to recharge my number... I would want to know that as the problem is from your end and the customer isn't able to make a recharge don't you think it's your responsibility to not bar the customers call

    @reliancejio You ass****s, return my money! It’s been 15 days since the ticket has been opened and no one has attended to the refund request for Jio Fibre. People, please avoid falling for this bullshit! They will not return your security deposit after you cancel the connection.

    @JioCare Why should the customer pay for a problem on your side and a company like Jio is so stingy that they can't even give a days or 2 days grace for a problem on your side and also that you are incapable of solvin the issue to ease the inconvenience.

    Does @JioCare closes service requests on its own without consulting customer? When checked, it is asking me to raise new request. How come SR0000178WQY is closed? Jio website provides an Appellate num 18008893999 but it responds it is meant for only JioMobility! Whom to complain?
