    @reliancejio it's worst service we are getting...call get disconnected automatically in 5-7 seconds ....its started 3-4 months back

    @JioCare was with Airtel very long, but did a mistake by paying three months advance but disappointed from the beginning. If the service isn't improved, then, this Jio connection will be only for three months. Expecting early resolution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Wifi calling does not work on samsung fold 3 on jio network. I turn it on & it automatically turns off in few seconds. My jio number stops working when i am at home as network coverage is not available indoor & wifi calling doesn't work (even on a jio fiber)

    @reliancejio worst services increasing cost day by day in everything. Stop use this bloody jio bas paisa kamana hai ott apps ke bam pe jio paisa lootta hai.....set-top box mai 1000rs ka recharge ke bad ott apps ke liye alag recharge karvao bloody fraud jio now bas ab stop use jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's a nightmare support with Jio. I would advise people not to take jio. I switched from Airtel to jio on Dec 17 and past 2-3 days are like no internet Calling to support is like 10-15mins of useless and clueless people I am not sure what other people feedback.

    @JioCare @reliancejio facing network problem at my alternate number. Daily experiencing 6 -8 hrs with no network. Due to this dropping mine work in loss. Also called once for issue. No resolution up till now. Number is in name of wife who is unable to visit jio store. Ridiculous

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago a customer executive, and they are literally telling me the same thing that they are rescheduling the engineer visit. They are transferring the call again and again for the last 5 days, and nothing is happening. My billing date is 11th June, and again I will get charged more.(5)

    @JioCare you just ask us to dm and than don’t provide any solution. You are unable to assign an engineer and time slot since morning. How come every time there is a problem you don’t have engineers to allot. Most pathetic service. @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare I am on a 100 Mbps JioFiber wired connection,not just WiFi usage issue.Speed remains 30–50Mbps even when tested near the router via LAN WiFi.This has been consistent for4months.Please stop attributing this to “distance/walls” and arrange a technician visit @TRAI @JioCare
