@JioCare The question is not of service request being resolved. The point is someone is getting daily calls. Had the system of penalising offenders been robust.. by now this menace would have been eradicated.

@JioCare Yes everyone says the same. Yet daily I am being pestered with calls. I guess these are bots auto replying.. anyway I will keep highlighting this on Twitter.. someday it will get the deserved attention.. many people face this same problem..

@JioCare it's been 10 days I am facing issue making calls and receiving calls on my mobile phone. The phone shows full network bar with 4G+ data but neither the calling works neither the data. Raised complaint twice but customer service is not able to sort the issue.

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare The Sales Person had visited my Residence who had give the Jio Sim. Now after all the mess he is saying you will have to visit Apple Store or else voice and data won’t work. What kind of **** is this Jio? 1st Day post Portability & already cursing myself.1/2

@reliancejio #BEWAREJIOLOWSPEEDHOTSPOTDEVICE at the time of selling they boast much to give 20 mbps but in actual they give on regular basis to 4.3 to 5.3 mbps.only. Totally cheating to customer specially from corporate customer they get revenue in bulk without giving properspeed

@JioCare Today got the Portability done from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to Jio. And your Network is even worst then Airtel. Basis on Trust I opted for Portability but pathetic network. Network Fluctuating with no network and No Service and Data is not working at all.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic network and literally Airtel sucks. Face network issue continuously and no solution offered...call doesn't gets connected then call drops happen every now and then and voice isn't clear. @reliancejio Kindly assist in Portability

NEVER BUY JIO FIBER OR ANY JIO PRODUCTS ABSOLUTELY WORST CONNECTION UNPREDICTABLE PING HICCUPS . WASTE OF MONEY .MTNL IS MORE RELIABLE THAN JIO FIBRE . TO ANYONE I RECCOMENDED JIO FIBER I'M SORRY BUT IT'S THE WORST @JioCare

Jio has worst customer service I've ever seen . I've talked 3 times with customer care on call & 1 time in chat . It's been more than 5 days still my query is not solved . I've fullfilled all the conditions for true 5g welcome offer . But still not getting invitations . @JioCare
