    @JioCare There is no proper data network while using my Jio Dongle. Always it lags while Playing an video . Very poor network at prime location in Thane.

    @reliancejio Ask him to remove our jio fiber or give us next month recharge which he assured before installation. If you want any clarification i can share his call recording. Bad coustomer service from two days as no one responding to our request.

    So we are ready to port out our 8 connection of airtel to other network still my network problem not resolved very headache the team still not contacted not response iam msg from last one week very bad. Response disappointed with airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

    @reliancejio I pressed the option for English when I dialled customer care. The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi. He said he would transfer the call to someone who spoke in English, but am still holding….more than 10 mts and no response

    @JioCare Mr. Sagar Deshmukh's number is +91 88798 88281, he did speak to me but only after me escalating through Twitter and raising a fresh service request but he was remorseless for his conduct. I have been without internet for almost 2 days, thanks to speedy services by Jio.

    @JioCare the network in my area of Jio is worst. The mobile tower of Jio is just beside my house but still the network quality is very poor. As the electricity goes out in our area the network of Jio goes to zero showing no service. Worst network and worst sim

    I escalated this to senior management and was repeatedly told, “15 minutes” and “the entire Gujarat network team is working on it.” Yet nothing has been resolved. Stop giving false assurances and restore the connection immediately. @JioCare #JioFiber

    @JioCare I have already tried calling multiple times noone picked up the call it kept ringing for more than 10 min looks like noone in the customer care available during night hours. But i would like to disconnect this shitbox for sure I am done with your services.

    @JioCare @jiocare dont want any changes i appointment. From yesterday three times from ur end postponed. No one is picking the call in the service ticket neither turning up on time. Two times i have visited service center. People are rude and fooling us.
