@reliancejio My wife has Jio Connection, She is not able to make any calls,neither receive any calls & it's been more than 4days. She isn't able to do any Banking Transactions. I was told by Customer care it will be resolved in 48 hours. And now you say say wait for 30 days.

@DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio Struggling with Jio network since 3 yr. Several follow-up with Jio, no fix. Live in Mumbai city. My res area is completely telecom dead zone. We have Press, Police n Judges CHS with no network at home. Can't make call, forget 4G speed. Pls help 🙏

@JioCare @reliancejio Following with Jio since 2 yrs for better network signal. Every time false promise. No resolution. Network has gone bad to worst state in last 2 months. Can't make calls, forget 4G speed. Jio is 4G on paper, experience worse than 2G. Highly disappointed. :(

What for is these customer service for Jio provided.Since 10 days my sim is not working.And twice filled complains no response.For calling any customer support it takes 5 minutes and after that they will say we wil update you about complain and no response @JioCare @reliancejio

Beware of the new JIOSCAM: 1. Salesman sells you a new internet connection 2. Internet goes down after a month or two 3. They term your connection non rfs and do not repair it. 4. Serviceman informs salesman to convince you for new internet connection @consumerforum_ @JioCare
