@JioCare I stay in Mumbai.. there already is JioFiber in my area. My pin 400604. Maybe the area manager is least bothered now probably cause of substantial customer pipeline.

@JioCare I have 2 Jiofiber connections. Old one is inactive & I need to cancel it & avail refund. I called helpline number 1800 893 3399 and I was told to call 1800 896 3399 instead. That number is invalid. Hoping at least you can help?

@JioCare facing network problem since few months now, network bar is full but calls doesn't connect and people complain me that your cell in not reachable, came from airtel to jio for better coverage but may have to go back , if things go on like this.

@JioCare we always say be 100% Swadeshi but we do not get value for money. I've recently come to your network career with lots of exception but from first month I have network coverage problem, before I make up my mind do something if you believe in customer service experience.

@JioCare When customer already has a data that is going to expired should not that be accounted first before data from a plan who is valid for little longer? If it was not possible, why did you allow me to activate second plan of data limit,when already first plan was active? 3/4

@JioCare @Wagh_Maansi Undoubtedly jio is providing best network. But undoubtedly jio is the worst in terms of messaging facility. I do use 1 airtel and 1 jio sim. Fed up with both & trying to port but from last 3 months even after having valid plan message of port not gets delivered from jio sim #jio

@reliancejio I have registered for the jio fibernet connection in my home. There is no proper service provided by the group who came explaining us the plans and benefits....worst experience. Jio fiber is just a hype created...nothing worthy....meaningless service.....
