    @JioCare I can't recharge my number cuz ur app isn't working n u r so stingy that u can't even give some extra validity period for a issue from ur end..n u have barred my outgoing calls....such a stingy company....

    @JioCare Why should the customer pay for a problem on your side and a company like Jio is so stingy that they can't even give a days or 2 days grace for a problem on your side and also that you are incapable of solvin the issue to ease the inconvenience.

    @JioCare I have been facing a problem in your app due to which m unable to recharge my number... I would want to know that as the problem is from your end and the customer isn't able to make a recharge don't you think it's your responsibility to not bar the customers outgoing

    @JioCare I stay in Thane, Mumbai. Since today morning I am facing severe network issues.Both voice and data not working. I have 4 jio users in my house and all 4 facing same issue. Called customer care and got a response that "we r trying to improve our services". I will portout.

    @JioCare @AnupArchitect @jiocare can you explain this phenomena which seem to dog every Jio customer I know. We dont need Rs 234 bills and free data pls. We need a service that works well and we are ready to pay for it.

    I like @reliancejio new strategy of increasing its data vouchers sales by distorting its jio fibre service. They install jio fibre and make it un-functional for weeks and don’t resolve it anytime soon, so that customers have the obligation to buy there data vouchers. @JioCare 👏🏽

    @JioCare Hi i have issue with refund. I cancel my JioFiber connection in January & till day it hase been near around 6 month's, Still just waiting for my refund. I call the customer support Manny times & Emailed Manny times no response at all. Might get some help here. #jiofiber
