I have raised a request SR000013TEP7 on 26th Jan at around 5:30 PM for not being able to make outgoing calls and access mobile data but it's been around 48 hrs still there is no resolution to it. Haven't expected such a pathetic service for @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Team just last week I have started with you 30 day free trial for Jio Fiber. But it’s ridiculously slow. The speed keeps dropping. Can you please have look into it. I mean if this is the service in 30 day free trial less said the better.

Please improve your services in Simple. The service is disrupted very frequently and for a longer duration like 120 hrs. How are we supposed to work? There should be a service SLA defined and penalty associated if you miss it. @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare
