I have been trying to reach customer care since 5 days but call gets disconnected. The person who installed jio fibre connection says you will have to make request at jio care only. They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.
