Dear, @reliancejio I've been facing the slow internet speed for more than many months. Whenever I call the customer care they have only one answer "Our team is working in this location" since I've converted to @reliancejio.

Before, taking action on 5G you must have to improve your 4G networks. Because mostly the middle class and below that are using @reliancejio I believe they all are facing problem but the thing is that people won't speak out. But, I have spent my money and It's not worth it. #Jio

@reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic service. Your representative are not responding to our request of resolving our issue. They resolve the issue on application without addressing it. Customer care is also not giving any assurance. Kindly do the needful.

Just had a retention call from @JioCare for my jio post-paid number. Initially I was unsatisfied with my previous experiences with customer care, but this guy, named Ajay Chauhan, was so polite and convincing that I’m planning to stay with #jio. Jio, that man deserves a raise.

@reliancejio @JioHotstar @JioCare I did a yearly recharge plan of 3599 on 25th feb which includes 3 months of hotstar subscription, now it shows subscription ended. Support men told already 90 days was availed as an offer provided by jio, why? I want my offer as per this recharge

@JioCare This is not acceptable. I have been waiting since 09 Jan 2026. Either complete installation immediately or cancel the order and refund Rs 600 with compensation for delay. Otherwise, I will proceed with complaint in Consumer Forum. Treat this as final notice.

@JioCare N number of service request (SR000030L1IT, SR000030UQGB,SR000031E4BD, SR000031TS6D, SR000031OT0D, SR000031IJIV) has already raised for same concern previously but no response from your side. Let me wait for this last time to get refund otherwise see it legally.
