@IamKrush7 @JioCare Yes @JioCare I'm also facing the same problem since monday or might be sunday, my average internet speed is 10 to 15 kbps, n before it was nearly average 100 150 kbps everytime bt now onwards it is only 10% of it n can't do surfing and also my what's app msgs are not delivering.

Never actually trust when @JioCare person calls you and says he will call back. They never call. I repeat Never. @reliancejio may have the market now, they will never hold because they act like typical Indian companies who don't actually care for customers.. only money 🤑

@reliancejio @JioCare i thought i would get supirior experience if port into jio. Guy at Jio was unprofessional and rude refused to help. Instead of helping customers he was busy with his phone setting up callertune. Well change my mind, i am staying with @ViCustomerCare.

Horrible services by Airtel as far as wifi services are concerned. They charge so much but there is frequent outage and even the speed is super slow. I'll better shift to @reliancejio or vodafone idea.

@RelianceJioCare @reliancejio Hey your Internet SUCKS near Kankaria Maninagar Ahmedabad. Tried trouble shooting with Jio App. Verified speed with speedtest Okhla. I have active plan for a year which is expiring in another month. After which I will port to @airtelindia.

@JioCare Internet speed is very slow some time daily , even jio apps doesn't open at that time . Many time a complaint to your customer care they always says ( many your work at that time ) It's not my problem I pay you Huge money so it's your first priority to give services

@JioCare It is not provided on jio TV app. Please don't make wrong statement. You also offered free channels in the post paid jio Fibre which i availed. Then DD sport is part of that. It is deficiency of service on your part of not allowing to watch DD sports on match time.

@guitaristujjwal I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.
