Initially I was unsatisfied with my previous experiences with customer care, but this guy, named Ajay Chauhan, was so polite and convincing that I’m planning to stay with #jio. Jio, that man deserves a raise.

Because mostly the middle class and below that are using @reliancejio I believe they all are facing problem but the thing is that people won't speak out.
