@JioCare @gspapani It is quiet unfortunate that, if there is any issue with service provider than they vl ask you to send direct massage/not to share any detail publicly for their failure If customer has made some mistake than simply service provider withdraw themselves. How poor v r as a customer

@reliancejio @JioCare Service id 299291033996. Despite advance quarter payment, sony app premium not working. If you change plan, it is your concerned. Once you pocketed my money, you can't discontinue service. Not expected atleast from you.

So, We can say that we are unable to provide good network in case of crowded well developed area of Gujarat's commercial capital, #Ahmedabad and also unable to confirm service improvement interval.- @JioCare @reliancejio.

@reliancejio There is network issue from past week, called to customer care and she replied it is because there is lot of user in your area plus she said I can't commit withing how much time this issue will be fixed. @TRAI can you please look into this? #jionetworkissue

@JioCare Its not about single day or any particular time of day we are facing issues, its been 10 or more days that we are getting very slow internet and networking problem. As per your suggestions that many users are active in my location than expand your network accordingly. @TRAI

So @MoCA_GoI has stopped promoting healthy competition and favouring make in India and Indian companies. Well it's good. But the latest @Toyota_India case is really as bad as competition with @reliancejio declining.

@JioCare from past one week network is so much poor can't even load web page, called customer care regarding same but she said it is because of more user in your area and also said I can't tell you by what time your issue will be resolved. I used to work on Jio hotspot 1)

@JioCare @reliancejio Why the internet stops working properly after the power outage. 1 MB file is taking more than 1 min to download. Youtube videos are not loading in 240p also. The same works little better when the electricity is restored.

Samsung definitely has much better service that @JioCare when it comes to resolving phone issues occurring in warranty. Jio just claims stupid things like water damage and unauthorized support to get out of warranty. Lesson learnt - even if mom says buy Jio, never buy one.
