    SR is SR00001F2ALE My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them @JioCare

    @JioCare Absolutely irrelevant reply on DM. Jio network doesnโ€™t work for anyone in the GNLU campus area. Please send Jio network strength report of the area. Everyone is porting to Airtel or Vodafone in the campus area
