Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them

But no service engineer visited yet. In June also service engineer took 7 days to visit , now same thing is happening. Donโt you learn from past mistakes.
