Iโve already checked my own setup and the connection is fine. The issue appears to be with the Jio hub/network, yet the customer care team has no clear answer or timeline. Itโs causing me serious inconvenience, and despite repeated follow-ups, Iโm getting no proper solution. Honestly, this is one of the worst service experiences Iโve had with Jio. The router shows a blinking red light and thereโs no internet until the connection comes back. This is happening multiple times a day. Please look into this and provide a permanent solution.
