    @reliancejio @JioCare In ahmedabad facing network issue. Also not getting higher speed like Vodafone how can company say 4G network and 5G might be speed like 3G. While using what’s up video call quality was poor connection issue was facing during call hope so got solution 🙏

    @JioCare Dear Kashyapi what I am sending since last 2 days ? You guys even look back the thread what's issue is ? I'm just keeping mobile and laptop beside the router and testing speed. Which is half of what I'm getting through ethernet. It's Jio router not my own installed.

    @JioCare 1. Jio fibre: Extremely poor customer care. Two plus years and still a voucher issue is not resolved, despite multiple promises to sort it out by JIO. 2. Jio mobile 4G is practically unusable with packet drops of over 50% & ping time of over 1500 ms. Disappointing.

    I suggested each & everyone please don't consider jiofiber for your home they are just money minded people , avoid it's better to support local business or go for airtel as of now jio is worst they only adverse after taking money they will not show there face again. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio After more than 45 days, finally someone came and took the fiber box but the wire is still there. Wire was the main issue because of which I had to cancel the connection and he didn't remove thr wire. Send someone and get the wire removed.
