    @reliancejio in 3rd bhoiwada we most of time did not get any network neither we can do call or neither we can receive call from anyone. If it would remain the same then i have to do port and switch the network.

    @JioCare I have been facing a problem in your app due to which m unable to recharge my number... I would want to know that as the problem is from your end and the customer isn't able to make a recharge don't you think it's your responsibility to not bar the customers outgoing

    @JioCare Why should the customer pay for a problem on your side and a company like Jio is so stingy that they can't even give a days or 2 days grace for a problem on your side and also that you are incapable of solvin the issue to ease the inconvenience.

    @JioCare there is very poor connection of internet on my phone I can make calls but when i use internet its very slow or not working mobile data is also on and this problem is in just one of the room of my house rest every wer the internt is working proper

    Its surprising that #Artificalntelligence as customer support technology is so bad and all the telecom, broadband companies have started using as default option. @JioCare is one such example, where i am trying to open a ticket for non functioning router and its not able to do so.
