    @reliancejio (3/n) Your brochures are misleading the public. The speed sucks. (FTTH) The max upload and download speed that i get is 20 Mbps against a promise of 100 Mbps when i connect via wifi and sit in the same room as the router. Via cable the max speed i get is 70 Mbps.

    @JioCare. SR00000ZSIOX has been closed without service and my awareness..this is how your bottom executives are working...still facing slow speed and coverage issue with single band router..please replace it with dual band..expecting a quick support on this.

    @Baba_Satwik @JioCare We used Airtel my husband n me both have to change become we complaint in to Airtel for last three months but duration query expired but no-one is responding they didn't care about complaint n solving .....as we request for portability change within seconds they called otherwise

    @Varun10985 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst, guys! I got it disconnected. My device was picked up on 12th March. And the refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days.

    @JioCare I am a customer of jio company. I have sim card of jio company. I am an old customer of Jio company. When I went to your Jio store, they said that if you want this SIM card, then it will cost ₹ 1040. Then you will get this sim card. Otherwise you will not get it.
