Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

Then why did you ask for again base plan for just getting the network signal ..?? Airtel people started the work and fixed the connection but JIO is sleeping.All JIO customers are suffering. Immediate action required.
