@JioCare Jio Fiber connection disconnected ( A/c No.200216110219 & Jio Fiber ID 400125601332) since last 2 months but neither Company refunded Deposit/ Credit balances nor collected instruments, for such poor service's disconnection decision was taken.

@JioCare facing network issue for last 1 month , no network coverage inside room.called customer care several times, but problem unsolved by your team.fix it other wise have to port to another service provider. Address : ekta vihar block 2/24, cbd belapur ,sec 26 , 400614.

@JioCare The point here is not of double payment, The point is of barred service, if #Jio didn’t receive the payment how I got payment confirmation msg from Jio and suddenly services stopped after 3 days for non payment that too without any SMS or alert for the same.

@JioCare @reliancejio Reached out to Jio care 198 after a long wait on IVR had words the CCR who accepts saying it’s a back end error and same faced by many customers who did payment on 30th Oct but they dont have any committed time lock period for service restoration @TRAI

It’s more than an hour waiting for service restoration, it’s really difficult to mange things like communication, transactions & travel with no services for such long period. Only answer on 198 is “we have escalated to backend” @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI #Jiodown #Reliance

@JioCare I did the payment for the 2nd time for a same bill. Service started because I couldn’t just sit & wait for the resolution from @JioCare for hours. This was really upsetting I had to face these all and did double payment. Only option left get ported to some responsible operator

Modern day problem. Makes payment through @CRED_club towards @reliancejio, payment goes through, even amount gets debited from the account. Cred shares proof that payment has been made to the aggregator, while aggregator says no payment received. Where should customers go?!

Frequent disconnection issue with @Airtel_Presence broadband. Never faced this in my office where I'm using it for last 13 yrs. Probably bcoz in a hurry to install before @reliancejio came in Parel, they left the cables hanging & hence the issue. Pl resolve @airtelindia
