I haven't got any response from @airtelindia but @reliancejio is indeed concerned about their single customer and now im using btr @reliancejio internet in Shimla 👍

@DBShashank @airtelindia @reliancejio I was a happy customer of @airtelindia but the product has degraded substantially in last one year. Substandard data speed, frequent call drops. Front desk Employees in #Shimla don't have answers. Time to migrate some of my numbers for apple to apple comparison.

Attention @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup . In outskirts of shimla, at Ghanahatti (kufridhar), As electricity goes off, jio network vanishes. Many customers have dropped from jio for the same reason here. Kindly check. Complaints filed many times already.

There is no courtesy towards customers from @reliancejio as it is ruling but coming to airtel it is best with fiber broadband atleast. Hands down jio is good with mobile network worst coming to broadband team.
