In this age we can't have a wifi disruption for 2 days with no one checking what the issue is where as you will charge for these 2 days even when there is no wifi. Can u check why such delay and by when will it be resolved.

I have also paid they have not given anything for free and I expect the issue to be resolved. It's been more than 24hrs no one has shown up as yet.
