    @reliancejio @JioGigaFibre @JioCare Jiogigafibre sucks big time. i installed jio Gigafiber on Dec 1st,2022. And today is the third time, that I have no connection for a day. Service people will not give a damn to your problem. We have paid 3 months advance, what should we do?

    @SamsungIndia What is the use of new and good phone, if 5G connectivity is horrible. Check @reliancejio quality, in office buildings...it is better to go back to 3G or 2G for calls.

    Hi @JioCare I am trying to upgrade my queued annual jio fiber plan to a higher speed plan but it's stuck and says existing transaction in process. Please fix this so I can upgrade. My Jio fiber number is in DM. Thanks.

    @JioCare your customer care number is mostly busy and your chatbot on myjio doesn't support logging an internet not working issue. There is no proactive downtime info also on the app. Not acceptable at such a price and brand name.

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ Jio 5G welcome offer not received yet, network is also available, 5g mobile is also recharged, latest software is also updated, yet Jio 5g offer is not received. Airtel is better than this, 5G network is also coming and running. Jio is bad

    @JioCare I raised a JioFiber relocation request on June 28. While the modem was collected on June 29, my new connection is yet to be set up - it was supposed to be done on June 30. I haven’t received any update and can’t contact customer care. Please resolve or refund my money.
