    Dear @JioCare your services are pathetic. My Jio Fiber internet is down but I’m unable to register a complaint on your app. I have tried all troubleshooting but chatbot still asking to experiment in troubleshooting. Sorry, I’m fed up.

    Hi @JioCare I don't think you have any value of any customers. Since yesterday 4 PM I am facing not problem but complete blockage by @reliancejio network. The same thing happened in Dec 22.

    @JioCare Thank you, but at a location Block C12, Yamuna Vihar Delhi , the internet connectivity of JIO is extremely poor so 4G or 5G internet both are irrelevant at this location in Delhi... Pl do something to improve services at Yamuna Vihar Delhi 110053.

    @JioCare I'm not able to connect to the internet on my Jio Set Top Box but my other devices work fine on Jio Fiber WiFi. Any solutions to get the internet working on the STB? It is connected to the 5Ghz network already.

    @JioCare Why was payment collected upfront on 23rd May if installation couldn't be completed on time? "Assigned for a future date" is too vague and doesn't help. It's been 18+ days with no clear update. Please provide a firm installation date and ETA.

    @reliancejio I am very upset with Jio Air fibre service installed it on 6th Jun and paid for 100Mbps Plan and I am getting less than 20 MBPS Plan Raised tickets 2 times ,daily calling customer care but support received service request cancelled automatically Feel like getting cheated by Jio

    @JioCare So let me get this straight, a customer reports poor connectivity that is affecting their work, and your idea of “service” is to schedule a visit after two days? Impressive. Truly a masterclass in how to ignore urgency. It’s almost as if customer inconvenience is part of the service design. Because clearly, when someone raises a complaint, they’re just looking to wait around indefinitely, right? This kind of casual, indifferent response isn’t just disappointing, it’s outright unacceptable. If this is the priority you assign to customer issues, then the term “customer support” is being used very loosely here. Kindly stop treating this like a routine ticket and start acting with some urgency. Or at least be honest enough to admit that prompt service isn’t something you intend to provide.

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been down for 3 days. I’ve called support multiple times with no response. A technician visited and replaced the device after it reportedly suffered a short circuit, but the connection is still not working @reliancejio (1/2)
