My calls hang up, people cannot listen to me even a bit, and do not even get me started on the internet pack.

Devansh (@ashvend) reportedAI chatbots have utterly destroyed customer support. Trying to raise a single ticket with @reliancejio is an infuriating recursive nightmare. Bot tells you to run diagnostics in the app. App blocks diagnostics because of an "outage". Then it dumps you right back to square one.
