My money got deducted and the deposit has been since lying with @reliancejio That ******* never bothered to check back or initiate a refund till I did it myself.

They schedule a “call-back” from the supervisor (5 times in my case.) but I am still waiting for that call! @TRAI

Pooja Rajput (@PRajput2706) reported@abhishekjjwala I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

On top of that, you'll be charged for talking to customer care. If anyone wants to MNP, just switch to @reliancejio because others just aren't worth it.
