@JioCare from my router for which i raised a complaint with mr. Ashish for which he assured me that he will make sure the problem will be solved but he was unable to do the same then suddenly at any point of time during the day their was disturbance in network due to problem with same

@JioCare we try to restart it by switching off and on it would take more then 30min to get green light for which i also raised the issue with jio care but they didn't responded well , there is more to this so u can call me on 9867172200 which also the registered Number for my jio fiber.

@airtelindia I need to port out of my 2 Jio no’s 1 postpaid 1prepaid as @JioCare network has deteriorated since the outage they had a few days ago. I work from home and don’t have the patience until @JioCare resolves the issue. Can you deliver SIMs home? Postpaid and prepaid?

One @JioCare complaint and they call 15-20 times in 2 days but do nothing about the issue. Get a tower! It's been 2-3 years now, what's the point of calling frequently and spamming when you can't do anything about the issue?!

When @Airtel_Presence internet stops working and @JioCare sits and waits for tower permission for 5 years instead of looking around for a solution, literally feels like I am on an island where no one can reach me! And this is the centre of Mumbai, it's 2022 and still we are here

@JioCare There was a issue with my jio fiber router connection for which i contacted mr. Ashish one of ur sales advisor who came my building as ur representative who sold the connection to me The day wiring and installation of router and set top box was done there was a weird sound.

Hello,@JioCare I've done all the basic settings as your agents asked me to do, I've newest model 5G phone, since last 5-6 months I'm facing data speed problem, multiple calls and chats with care didn't work. I get promised speed only on the last day of my recharge validity. ?????
