@JioCare This is not a spam issue. But a Scam issue. The fact that I received THIS SMS despite being on DND is a whole different issue altogether. Please block the number firstbto prevent innocent victims calling them up. That should be your primary responsibility.

@reliancejio - we are not internet since more than 24 hours at worli sea face and a lot of buildings are facing the same issue. Request you to look into asap. We’ve already sent multiple complaints but jio has been unresponsive. HELP

@reliancejio when failing to any landline number from Jio mobile, it gives message that landline number is busy- try after sometime. Tried on my landline number too. Getting calls from other operators like Vodafone and Airtel. Address the issue at the earliest

This is unacceptable. I followed the entire disconnection process properly, cleared dues, and returned the router. Yet I’m still being billed and pressured to pay. Requesting @JioCare support to please look into this urgently and stop unnecessary billing and repeated calls 3/n

@reliancejio had a real bad experience at the Jio store, telephone exchange sq, Nagpur Maharashtra. Had gone to take a prepiad SIM, store guys told me system is down. I said can I buy online and you can issue SIM here at store, they answered don't buy online on Jio webiste, 1/2
