@JioCare I have recharged on 2nd December for plan 395 but my 5g unlimited data is not working nor showing up on the app. I was using the 5g unlimited on the earlier plan which was the same ₹395. Tried calling on customer service but to my was unable to get any resolve.

@JioCare my current plan expires in 10 days I always recharge the plan before 10 days .But this time I recharged for 1499 plan which will be active in another 10 days.I don’t want that plan.I want to cancel it

@JioCare @reliancejio return the remaining days amount of rs 172 as i will not be using jiofiber due to low quality modem supplied by your agent and switching to @airtelindia or bsnl fibre, if problem will resolve with no extra charge only then i will stick to jiofiber
