@JioCare how does a person run up a outstanding charge when the only option to activate or access a service is via prepaid option...?? U cannot access IR if the prepaid voucher is not bought, but then without accessing a network end up racking bills if 4k as access charges..how?

@JioCare My number, last recharged in Jun 2022, started showing as No Network suddenly. On trying to recharge, number is showing as "Not a Jio Number" And number disappeared from My Jio App. Jio store asked to call Customer care. Cc Rep asks me if I wish to speak to Ambani.

@JioCare I live in a small town of Bihar called sasaram, and currently I've a wifi connection of railwire which gives crap ping while playing competative games, and there is no service for jio fiber here which is very sad, and on jio sim also there is ping issue.
