    I have a #jiofiber broadband. But I think the router is bad. Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

    @JioCare i have complained 2 times so far that I cannot make or receive calls sometimes, i am not able to call any emergency numbers like 100. So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.

    I always wonder why people don’t make @reliancejio there first number. It got the answer. It’s a task to get through a real person on the customer care, first they will give you gyaan on what all are included in your plan and then no option to talk to a real person @JioCare

    @JioCare What the hell guys !!! My jio fiber stops working every alternate day. Can't access net. When I raise the ticket, then problem gets solved, only to reappear. Resolve this issue permanently. It disturbs my work and trust that I had in your service.

    @JioCare Your support team keeps sharing technician visit date via personal messages. I can already see that on MyJio app. What I need is resolution. If this isn’t fixed by tomorrow morning, pls take back the modem & set‑top box. I’m already considering switching to Airtel Xstream Fiber.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, how long does it take to "improve network strength"? For the last 6 months, my AirFiber drops completely for 1–2 hrs EVERY SINGLE DAY. Every call to customer care gets the same copy-pasted excuse. Fix it! 😡#JioAirFiber #JioDown #BadService @DoT_India
