@JioCare @JioChat - this is the message we have been receiving for last 2 days and the same issue is repeated in every week from past few months. We are not able to use the jio fiber services in this WFH scenario. Also not sure why the issue is happening on week days.

@JioCare My issue is still not resolved, as I have mentioned I had paid security deposit of ₹ 2500/-, for connection & your executive Mr Abdul knows I had taken to show it to members of the complex. I returned all devices in orig box. Still ₹750/- is balanced to be received.

It's really difficult to understand postpaid my jio application where customer service deny you request no one helping @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India in my device prepaid n post paid both getting charged n billing also active dnt to whom tho clear my concerns.
