Dear @reliancejio used the bronze pack. Valid till jan 21st. But 90% ran out yesterday. So chose a 12 mth silver plan. But now data speed is still 0. As my router is stilll hooked to my old (now empty) plan. Unable to reach anybody. Pls help.

@airtelindia @VodafoneIN you get 6paise for incoming call and you make people to recharge for the same to get that service Early there was lifetime validity so u get money 6paise per min Now you make people to recharge for the same then why 6paise @JioCare @reliancejio

Its funny @airtelindia customer care says iphone 6 can be pared with apple watch 3 cellular but Iphone XR not compaitable. @reliancejio is it compaitable in JIO i will port out from airtel and join @reliancejio #sofoolish

Given to port from prepaid to postpaid two days ago. No communication from jio. The store phones are keep on ringing nobody to pick up. The customer care number 1991 is also getting cut. What a terrible service @reliancejio @JioCare @jio Kya chahiye to do a simple Porting

@trifling_life @JioCare I'm going to other mobile operater. Many people getting not reachable or switch off this number. Yesterday a customer lodge a complaint against me because Jio mobile number was not reachable/switch off.

@reliancejio (3/n) Your brochures are misleading the public. The speed sucks. (FTTH) The max upload and download speed that i get is 20 Mbps against a promise of 100 Mbps when i connect via wifi and sit in the same room as the router. Via cable the max speed i get is 70 Mbps.

Airtel fibre experience If fibre connection down no matter what reason the Airtel team take 4 to 5 days to resolve this and half of month they are facing outage problem.. Its time To switch Jio @Airtel_Presence @JioCare
