    @JioCare @reliancejio after telling me to give my jio and alternate number. No body contacts.. issue is still not fixed. It seems people in customer care only work when they get a port msg. Our entire building is facing this issue but i guess a few customers don't matter to jio.

    @JioCare it has now been 10 days and I haven’t received my jii set top box. In spite of calling you every day twice and you people saying the person will come and install it that day itself the person doesn’t care to come. Worst service ever.Foreign investment means spoil service

    Hey @reliancejio my internet is down since Saturday. It's literally costing me money as there we're all working from home. Every time I call they're saying "we're assigning an engineer to visit" but that doesn't happen. Please help resolve this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my problem of jiofibre not solved after 1-2 months. In bronze plan I m getting 20mbps instead of 100mbps speed and data of 100gb instead of 250gb you are promising. Please help. All details sent in DM many days back.

    @JioCare i hve fiber connection & everytime i open jiocare app on my phone it is showing me double than devices in “my device”... some are randomly connected bt d worst part is i cant identify my own device as d app choses random names for device. #worst #badinterface
