Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

I was repeatedly told my plan validity would be extended, but now support says no because it was resolved within SLA.
