    @JioCare My complaint dated 1st May yet not attended. You forcefully made me do a recharge so that your hardware could be tested & then u dont attend to complaints, you cancel them without attending!!!! Fibre yet not functional. Are you going to refund the forced paid amount?

    I have to activate my @reliancejio internet pack to pay my @VodaIdea_NEWS bill on the VI app. The app is horrible. Claims I have no outstanding due. And the internet speed is inconsistent and painfully slow at times. Disappointing

    @JioCare Still isn't resolved. Was told issue is with cabling and will br resolved in 2 days. 8 days of no net connectivity in entire building. Would you please refund my 6 month subscription fees paid and also my deposit.

    @Luvrboy91Sharma @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

    @JioCare its almost one and half month completed and till now i don't get my jio fiber+ stb security amount refund. So many time i call to jio customer care but nothing happen every time they say its in process and within 24 hrs its credit in your A/C but till now it not done
