Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.
