(FTTH) The max upload and download speed that i get is 20 Mbps against a promise of 100 Mbps when i connect via wifi and sit in the same room as the router. Via cable the max speed i get is 70 Mbps.

Many people getting not reachable or switch off this number. Yesterday a customer lodge a complaint against me because Jio mobile number was not reachable/switch off.

But now data speed is still 0. As my router is stilll hooked to my old (now empty) plan. Unable to reach anybody. Pls help.
