    It took almost 24 hrs for @JioCare to restore the broadband in #hiranandanigardenspowai but the good part was they kept you updated so you didn’t feel totally helpless, which i how one usually feels when dealing with utility service providers

    Its close to 12 hrs now and @JioCare broadband is still down, at least in our building in #HiranandaniGardensPowai. Jio has promised restoration at 0926 hrs. Fingers crossed.

    @JioCare I m in chaibasa which is in jharkhand which has a lot of forest cover and I m in area with very low network where in some places I m getting abot 1mb/sec .so thnks for that but it's not consistent and also not coming in our rooms we have to go on height to access data

    @JioCare My package is of Rs.1064 and I received bill of Rs. 2700. I raised a concern 2 weeks back to get clarity & bifurcation of the bill & till yet it is not addressed. Though payment has been made but internet is not working and more over you get the tweet deleted.
