    @JioCare @reliancejio I own a jio fiber conctn, last date to pay bill was 10 April, today mor I see the servics are suspendd. There can b sme issue, may b sme family emergncy tht someone was not able 2 pay the bill, wht is the logic in suspendng service in 2 days post due date

    It's been 2 days @reliancejio internet services is down in Bandra.Apart from the consistency in giving SMS updates that service is not restored,there is no uptime. Will they also give billing reduction to all the subscribers.All are saying that no human interface at all.

    @reliancejio @JioCare your network gone crazy....i received at least 16 calls from different state including 2 calls from J&k. Everyone is saying that I called them but how ?? I am in a meeting with peoples and my mobile is on table, no one using the how can I make call ??

    @JioCare Thanks Aahil. I’ve been trying to reach the technician on call but I’m unable to connect. The customer care no. transfers the call to an advisor but no one answers the call Please look into it!

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI Jio has been unnecessarily charging me for Netflix subscription which i have deactivated in Sept 2022.When i called the customer care services they said charges are correct and nothing can be done.I request the telecom authorities to help me in this

    @LnTFinance even after having #DnD activated, still receiving numerous calls for loan offers. Can u please give me an explanation? I raised my concern multiple times with @JioCare and the complaint falls on Deaf years. @TRAI can u take some action. This is a serious violation.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Extremely dissatisfied. My Jio Fibre connection (7313504480) has not been working for the past 3 days. Despite repeated complaints, no proper response or resolution has been provided. Internet connectivity is essential for my business operations, and this prolonged outage is causing serious inconvenience. Such poor customer service is not expected from Reliance Jio. Kindly resolve the issue immediately.

    @JioCare Poor Internet speed for last one month. Each time I call your customer service they try to do a regular drill of power on off, disconnecting and reconnecting but nothing helps. How difficult it is to send some technician to check the wiring or the terminal?

    @JioCare I visited the jiocentre as per your instruction. Thry more than 1.5 hour for taking the device and processing my KYC. Now they informed me that it will take another 2 days for the connection. Pathetoc service by @reliancejio . My initial appointment for new connection was for 8th

    @JioCare @JioCare Service disrupted since 03 Jun. Complaint raised on 04 Jun, but engineer visit scheduled only on 15 Jun. Nearly 12 days without internet despite advance payment. Requesting immediate disconnection and refund for the outage period and remaining unused period. #JioFiber
