Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. I work from home and this is now impacting critical work. Apparently, Jio’s idea of customer service is to keep customers waiting while work gets disrupted. Pathetic. Unacceptable.
