@JioCare Its > 2Mo old issue, u wer 2 send a technician. Let me know what has been done so far to improve latency and low speed. Does it take #RelianceJio so much time to resolve a small issue? Alternately waive off charges for period u hv not and can’t resolve the issue! Fair deal ??

It is very surprising for @reliancejio as Jio headquarters is hardly 1.5 kilometres from sector 11 Ghansoli still the reception is very poor and they hardly care to improve.

hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please do something about the network, unable to use data service in Bandra west and around Bandra west. Very annoying... Pay for something and get nothing. Two service will be moved to another carrier. 9594014879/27879. @JioCare Is 100%better.

@JioCare @reliancejio worst service from jio fiber, they responded to my phone calls till I made the payment for service and installation. After that never they responded to the calls. At last one employee switched off the mobile and other employee blocked my number.
