They have not resolved my network issue complain pending open since the past 4 yrs, do you think they gonna solve your problem. The technical team is sold out to @VodafoneIdeaIN & @jio. Requested to port my existing number to @reliancejio the service is still not activated..customer care gave the time of 48 hrs for the sim to get activated @JioCare really not done..:( unnecessary suffering

@JioCare @khadav_manish they have stupid customer support and illiterate employees. asking same question whenever you call. @VodafoneIN has more good support than @reliancejio @JioCare . i am also suffering with this issue in my building but they always waste our time. worst support == jio care.

@JioCare It’s been 24+ hrs my internet is down & I have made 2 calls to your helpline. Another ticket SR00001BT97K was raised for engg visit but still no change. In my last call the agent told me it will take another 24 hrs for resolution & deliberately disconnected the call.
