@JioCare Day 7: Still no update, no calls, no engineer visit, Internet still down. I have registered a complaint with the consumer forums regarding the same against Jio and their appellate authority. Also, faults more than 5 days according to @trai guidelines should get rent rebate

@JioCare Would love to be your customer soon. These idiots seems to have taken customers for granted. I have 8 Airtel connections and they don't have courtesy to resolve the issue after complaining for minimum 5 times over phone and writing 3 emails.

@reliancejio I received confirmation of STB delivery and setup on 24th June and it said the service will be done in 4 working days But took today no one has come and even the contact person number given to me is not answering the call What should be done

2 days of absolute mediocrity from my Jio STB. Horrible resolution & even more horrible service. Despite complaining yesterday about the whole situation & then assuring of getting fixed today, nothing has improved. @JioCare is an absolute gutter #JioPlatforms

@JioCare @airtelindia one of the worst n/w operators of 2020 till jan 2020 jio n/w works fine but now it works like 1g evn 2g of Airtel is way better,registered so many complaints but no solution, they just say working on it. Airtel is giving upto 22 Mbps speed but jio 100kbps
