    @JioCare Hi, my registered mobile number is 9930509055. I had called your customer care, for discontinue my Jio fiber connection And asking for the deposit amount. I come ro know a different story altogether that jio will be charging an installation fee which was never conveyed.

    @reliancejio there not been one call since morning on which I could speak properly. Every call either got disconnected by itself or the opposite person cannot hear me or my voice is completely cracking. At first I thought could be problem wit my phone but everyone is facing same

    Since I ported my number from Airtel to JIO, I am getting worst network issues. I hardly geting a single network in my phone when I am at home. I live in Malang Gully, Behram Nagar Bandra East 400051(Near Ration-card Office, Next to Huda Masjid). @JioChat @reliancejio

    @JioCare @rishwagandhi But when I had taken the device inwas told that 2500rs will be the deposit amount and will be refunded when I discontinue the service. And now I have been told that 1000rs will be deducted from the deposit amount.
