After that I even sent them mail no response again. I even pinged @JioCare for help they said not to worry we are hear to help but didn't . And the worst thing you can't even track your order from Jio Mart Website after I went through all of this they sent me mail.

Now it's been 5 days since my order has been cancelled and yet I didn't get the refund. Now I asked help from @jiocare they said @SMARTStore_IN will help you with this so I pinged them they said they will check and get back to you but no one is back this is so irritating .

So I am very frustrated by the service of Jio Mart when I ordered the groceries they said they will deliver by 2 days but the order never arrived I tried contacting customer service but no response I requested for a call back no response form there too. @JioCare @SMARTStore_IN

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare , your technician visited to fix someone else's connection, in the process he deliberately cut my internet wire (from box) and when I asked why he is cutting wire , he informed that wire is too long so cutting extra wire. But never patched and went.(1/2)

@JioCare, since the day after porting from airtel, my number not getting incoming call on morning hours. Phone need to restart daily to restore the services I am new to jio. Everybody facing this issue?. I think i have to wait next 2 months to back to airtel. @_DigitalIndia
