@JioCare Dear Sir, This is to Intimate you that My Internet was down for 3 days, however the same was not reimbursed yet in my account. My package recharge due date was 15 Jun 22. I lost my 3 days data plus I also kept my router ON, just to know when internet will resume.

Experiencing Worst network ever @reliancejio. When Somebody call's on my number they only get to hear not reachable. I am co-ordinating from the past 1 month with the @reliancejio customer care people', but I didn't got any positive result my network is as bad as previously.😡😤

@JioCare pathetic service got from Jio retail store at Andheri west store Mumbai Visited for a lost sim card at the store but the agent denied to provide Sim card saying that the number doesn't belong to mumbai hence can't provide sim

@JioCare Soo Data & Electric both lost. My point is just to tell you that when customer doesn't recharge the internet connection, u directly cutoff all services, but what to do when it is from your side. I am not a defaulter.

Worst experience @JioFiberVoice . Firstly the net is much slow than it shows on the speed check websites. Secondly if I am paying 999+ taxes every month still I need to renew my prime membership after 1 year of service then why am I paying such a high amount every month @JioCare
