I'm very upset with my @fiber_jio connection. Despite cancellation they are not processing refunds and they only send emails saying that the modem will be picked up but they never come. @reliancejio @jio_gigafiber

@JioCare I raised a complaint about my Jio Fibre connection today in the morning at 6.20 a.m. I was assigned a service/complaint code. Engineer was supposed to come at 4.30 p.m. I asked the customer care to escalate my complaint on a priority basis.
