@JioCare facing network issue for last 1 month , no network coverage inside room.called customer care several times, but problem unsolved by your team.fix it other wise have to port to another service provider. Address : ekta vihar block 2/24, cbd belapur ,sec 26 , 400614.

@HathwayBrdband @JioCare I took the Hathway D2H connection in August 22, I asked for the smart HD set top box I have been told by team that HD set up box is not available, it’s discontinued by #HathwayBroadband !!customer id 1347993754 very poor service

@JioCare Jio Fiber connection disconnected ( A/c No.200216110219 & Jio Fiber ID 400125601332) since last 2 months but neither Company refunded Deposit/ Credit balances nor collected instruments, for such poor service's disconnection decision was taken.

@JioCare Everyday I used to get call twice from Jio regarding 5G network, when I called Jio care to stop this call, got the answer "You have to listen this call once a day completely, can't stop it". But after that day no call (related to jio 5g) came, thanks.

Looks like @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't need any more business. I am already their Fibre customer & wanted to port my mobile number to them. Based on my request on the Jio app an executive called and said I should visit their physical store for porting postpaid. Am surprised!
