@JioCare it's been 10 days I am facing issue making calls and receiving calls on my mobile phone. The phone shows full network bar with 4G+ data but neither the calling works neither the data. Raised complaint twice but customer service is not able to sort the issue.

Its disgusting to note that customer has to run behind service provider dont the co have responsibility towards consumer is TRAI @TRAI Monitoring or in Khumbhakarna mode.@Airtel_Presence do u have presence and care no revert so far till such shd v suffer @reliancejio very sad.

NEVER BUY JIO FIBER OR ANY JIO PRODUCTS ABSOLUTELY WORST CONNECTION UNPREDICTABLE PING HICCUPS . WASTE OF MONEY .MTNL IS MORE RELIABLE THAN JIO FIBRE . TO ANYONE I RECCOMENDED JIO FIBER I'M SORRY BUT IT'S THE WORST @JioCare

@JioCare Today got the Portability done from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to Jio. And your Network is even worst then Airtel. Basis on Trust I opted for Portability but pathetic network. Network Fluctuating with no network and No Service and Data is not working at all.

@JioCare @TRAI jio fiber unresponsibly putting connections in home without any online support / onsite visit support, they claim that they provide 30 days trial if you didn't like it return the modem and they will refund you, i am almost chasing them for 15 days.

I had complained in jio on 20.07.2021. and I have chosen the 7 pm to 8 pm time slot which is provided by jio's customer care but jio engineer told that the last time of our duty is till 6 pm. Or still, my jiofiber is not working. My SR No. SR000015UVIR. @JioCare @reliancejio
