    @JioCare Service request raised for service down as engineer came to fix something and disturbed existing connection. When called customer care was told that engineer availability is tomorrow morning. So i am left without connection for no fault of mine. Sr request: SR00001183ZS

    @JioCare My main concern / complaint is that the engineer disturbed existing connection in spite of me asking him repeatedly about it when giving permission to work. Local JIO team who handles cooly switched off phones / didnt call back in spite of numerous calls / whatsapp msgs. Unhappy.

    @Airtel_Presence bye bye, finally iam leaving, no network tower from past 1.5 years, no wifi calling. Just fooling their customers everytime by saying we are upgrading. Fooling us. Worst service ever. At least @JioCare provide WiFi calling.

    Voice quality over FaceTime (audio) or WhatsApp call is so much better, I wonder why the cellphone providers bother providing regular cellular voice service at all. Cross-carrier calls need to upgrade to HD quality soon. @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare nobody is ready to share escalation matrix. Team is not ready to note a complaint and neither ready to share escalation matrix. My connection is down since more than a week now, but doesn't matters to support team inspite of number of mails. No response over mail.

    @JioCare I have contacted to your customer care executive and he said you're unable to sort out problem due to heavy load on Network, so why you're claiming yourself a 5G ready network first improve 4G then launch the 5G.

    @JioCare I just want my WiFi Range extender to work, Why can't you Take responsibility on a simple matter, which could've been resolved by the Service user(myself) - only if you let the user change router settings and select the best possible Channel All ISP give that right! #jio
