@JioCare Why should the customer pay for a problem on your side and a company like Jio is so stingy that they can't even give a days or 2 days grace for a problem on your side and also that you are incapable of solvin the issue to ease the inconvenience.

@reliancejio I have been facing a problem in your app due to which m unable to recharge my number... I would want to know that as the problem is from your end and the customer isn't able to make a recharge don't you think it's your responsibility to not bar the customers call

@JioCare It has already been 4 days still no hope of internet being restored soon. Who is going to compensate me for errors at your end? It should hardly take 2 days to get resolved! This kind of pathetic service is not at all expected from Jio.
