The 198 IVRS has no option to select JioFi queries. The 1800-889-999 number asks the customer to call 1800-886-9999 and when you call that number, it says this service is not operational.

Employees do not answer properly. Constantly misinformed. There is also a scrap company that does not provide service by recharging. The owner of the company is amassing wealth by robbing people.

There are approximately 200 to 300 users in my office who are suffering with the connectivity issue since last 2 weeks. Most probably they would bare for a week more. Rest all you can understand.

Also, there's no luck on Request number SR00001GW3TU. Hence, I'll port my number to Airtel on 19th February giving enough time to porting process before plan expiry.

The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi.
