@reliancejio in 3rd bhoiwada we most of time did not get any network neither we can do call or neither we can receive call from anyone. If it would remain the same then i have to do port and switch the network.

@reliancejio @jio_gigafiber @JioCare i have jio fibet wifi at my house. Im an Android user as your employees said that i will get 100 mbps in iPhone and around 40mbps in Android ...but im not getting even my Instagram page is not loading kindly help me shortly

@JioCare there is very poor connection of internet on my phone I can make calls but when i use internet its very slow or not working mobile data is also on and this problem is in just one of the room of my house rest every wer the internt is working proper

@JioCare This slow internet issue is same all the 4 active Jio users in my family, so there is no issue with the device. I have been using this troubleshooting option, when the speeds are down, even the speed test fails to load. Address- Shree Mahodadhi Nilaya, Tamando, Bhubaneswar 752054
