@reliancejio Your network is pathetic, tried making mobile bill payment on your Jio useless app, however was rewarded with an error. The good network which was your forte once upon a time has taken a back seat, as u guys are busy making deals to monetise your asset. Network sucks

@JioCare how can you possibly declare a particular transaction to be unsuccessful when all the details have been provided to your team. Why is it the customer's fault if the transaction fails to show up in your system? Also why are you scared to cross check the same with SBI?
