@JioGigaFibre @reliancejio @JioCare my jio fiber connection is not working since Sunday, 6th September. Service request was raised SR00001268PW I was told engineer visit on Sunday itself then I was told Monday then Tuesday and then 16th. It impacts office work. Pls expedite

@JioCare Complaint no SR000011ZCTM still not attended to .. Apparently there is a fibre cut and it was supposed to be rectified by 6.30 pm yesterday. That commitment was given by ur technical support.... Pathetic service ... No high level persons in ur company answerable is it ?

@JioCare Customer care is of no support , my complaint got closed without any action, in My jio app it shows no service request, why don't you install first and then take payment. Mouth publicity is best and worst both.
