    @reliancejio Hy sir, i have a complaint on internet mobile network in my area. The netwrk is too slow. All works are pending just because of network. So kindly plz fix it. If it is unable to fix. Better cut off the network from the area. That people are not be disturbed. Thank U

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been long time you are not taking any action and closing Sr without resolution. Your IVR has no option to speak to customer care. It just informs that your order is under process for past 11 days. Such a pathetic service. Really #ambanis are only paisa aane do no out going.

    @JioCare No Internet since 5-May and still no resolution despite multiple complaints, escalations, cancellations, and tickets being closed without fixing the issue. Multiple residents in our apartment are affected. Escalating this to DoT and consumer authorities now. @TRAI

    @JioCare I explained and demonstrated my problem in a practical manner, yet no solution was found. Nevertheless, I would like to bring it to your attention once again that whenever there is a power outage in my area, the Jio network goes down.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I order sim on 13th may and it has not yet delivered. Complaint was also registered on 19th for the same. The status is still unclear and I want to get that sim delivered soon. Please check this

    @JioCare You have 2 options. 1) Arrange an engineer today and fix the issue 2) Arrange an engineer to uninstall the router from my premises. if the issue will not resolve today. I don't have the patience to chat with you and, i never suggest JIO to anyone.
