    @reliancejio Hy sir, i have a complaint on internet mobile network in my area. The netwrk is too slow. All works are pending just because of network. So kindly plz fix it. If it is unable to fix. Better cut off the network from the area. That people are not be disturbed. Thank U

    @ali_rahat_ @JioCare Time to switch to local service provider in your city both jio and Airtel are lot of ego and attitude. Please switch to local internet providers or BSNL Fiber at least you can talk directly or scold them. Don’t wait for jio to fix it.

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio Kindly ask your engineer to visit my area and disconnect my JioFiber connection. How many times have I informed you? There are still no changes in the network. Your service is very poor. Please refund my amount as well.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It has been more than 10 working days since we raised the request. Either give us an estimated date for resolution or either say you can not handle it. Since we have been following up from 22nd April.

    @reliancejio Slow network problem is occurring continuously since 2025 in our area. Most of people are using jio, but all are facing the same issue. We have given complaints many times, but we got the same result. We are approximately at 21.2° N latitude and 73.1° E longitude.

    @JioCare I have JioFibre in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. No connectivity for past 3 days. Technician came and said the issue is outside and it will be resolved shortly. I am still waiting. No follow up or response. SR000035J5E5 is the ticket which is still open. Please speed it up.

    Still no fix from Jio AirFiber. How many more “4 hours” do you need? This is outright incompetence and complete disregard for customers. @JioCare either resolve this NOW or stop making false promises. #JioAirFiber #WorstService

    @JioCare I have sent the order number and registered mobile number. This is very disappointing since I have to raise a complaint even to get my connection installed. How do you as a company allow your staff to disappear after taking money? @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare & @TRAI , my service issue continued for 4–5 days. After repeated follow-ups, Jio now says there was “no delay” & denied compensation. I faced work loss, missed 1.5 days office & mental stress due to poor service/support.
