    @reliancejio Hy sir, i have a complaint on internet mobile network in my area. The netwrk is too slow. All works are pending just because of network. So kindly plz fix it. If it is unable to fix. Better cut off the network from the area. That people are not be disturbed. Thank U

    Dear @JioCare we are facing severe connectivity problem in our area - Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The Wifi is not connecting properly and even the mobile network is working in 4G mode, even though when it has 5G connectivity. Please address the problem and provide resolutions asap

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber is literally **** , no one to even handle customer compliants whenever call they just say we will do smth and they do **** take some accountability and fix these issues we all in our area are facing troubles and now its js high time

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the support for my Jio Fiber connection issue. Service Request No. SR000035UWAZ is still open, no engineer has visited despite the committed timeline, and there has been no reply to my last 2 escalation emails. Kindly look into this urgently.
