    @reliancejio what’s the point of a customer care number if one cannot register a complaint about a non-functional Jio TV set top box. Tried unsuccessfully for an hour to speak to customer care executive. Set Top box installed 2 days ago is not working.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my problem is not yet solved even though your representative assured me to solve in 3 days but after 15 days network problem remain same . I am unable to call any body from my office & it is really irritating .

    Trying to call 198 to fix my internet problem but Jio company is still busy in celebrating New year. They have provided the helpline no. But we can't register our compliant on that helpline no. Time to say Goodbye to @reliancejio And say hellow to @airtelindia #NoToJio
