  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your WiFi team doesn’t work at all. It’s been 4 days since a complaint. no engineer visit has happened. App is a chatbot - doesn’t add value. On call a “dedicated team” just asks to wait.. will this stupidity end? or i better shift to @reliancejio ?

  Very disappointing experience with @reliancejio . I’ve been a loyal @reliancejio customer for the last 7–8 years. Unfortunately, I lost my SIM around two months ago, and that number is linked to my bank accounts, government documents, and many important services.

  hello @JioCare @reliancejio there is disruption in Jio Fibre services since friday night, yesterday they said that services will get restored by 9 AM today and its still the same issue. Your team has missed 4 deadlines given by them to resinstate the network
