@reliancejio Hy sir, i have a complaint on internet mobile network in my area. The netwrk is too slow. All works are pending just because of network. So kindly plz fix it. If it is unable to fix. Better cut off the network from the area. That people are not be disturbed. Thank U

@reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio your technician is unable to install settop box and broadband at my place. I have already paid 2500 refundable security. I want my money back. Pathetic service. Guy came to take money within 10 min of request but unable to install since 3 days.

Pathetic service by @reliancejio @JioCare all they need cutomer money no service no customer satisfaction illiterate agents hired by them providing misimformation to the customer misguiding the customer. No sense how to talk with the customer only one motive to loot the customer

@JioCare @reliancejio I was porting my 3 nos frm airtel to jio. Even after explaining that I need postpaid family pack of 799 your executive came to say they can give prepaid connections only at this moment. I expected better service from Jio.😞

@JioCare i have complaint against your local service provider in jhotwara AKSHAYRAJ SINGH. He is very inattentive and uncooperative. I paid on 29 april 2021 for jio fiber and till today haven't got installed and their is no response form local service provider. Such a bad service
