    @reliancejio Hy sir, i have a complaint on internet mobile network in my area. The netwrk is too slow. All works are pending just because of network. So kindly plz fix it. If it is unable to fix. Better cut off the network from the area. That people are not be disturbed. Thank U

    @JioCare I hve already waited for more den 7 days hence I m escalating now. Ur representative is saying that once a new customer books a connection more than Rs 1200 den I will get the amt. What's the logic in dis? customer care number & emails are all managed by bot

    @JioCare @reliancejio Tanaya, need the resolution today itself. Please confirm after connecting with your local Jio Center team in Jamshedpur whether the issue can be resolved today or not. because @airtelindia is already ready to provide me a peaceful and reliable service connection

    @JioCare Again got a message stating SR000035RA8P has been successfully processed.not got any revert from any one on this without contacting it's been closed and nothing communicated .Pathetic Service and such irresponsible team u r having Mr @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio

    @JioCare most pathetic and disappointing level of customer care by Jio...internet is down for 3 days now and no one has been assigned to look into the issue. Service request SR00002L2IZCremains unattended.

    @ks_balas @JioCare @TRAI Their customer service personnel called and said they will keep calling again and again until we recharge the number. The worst part is that they are not calling only that particular number, but also other mobile numbers registered under the same name. I asked them what would happen if I didn’t recharge that number. He said they would continue making repeated calls until we recharge it.

    @JioCare I contacted they said that the appointment is on 19th, this has created a situation of confusion, Jio office suggested that keep calling the technician that registered you,This kind of costumer service is utterly disappointing. Kindly resolve the matter ASAP
