    @reliancejio Hy sir, i have a complaint on internet mobile network in my area. The netwrk is too slow. All works are pending just because of network. So kindly plz fix it. If it is unable to fix. Better cut off the network from the area. That people are not be disturbed. Thank U

    No shame @reliancejio @JioCare as the internet outage still continues. If tomorrow the issue is not solved. I will get this matter at the consumer court and TRAI.

    @JioCare Really frustrated with your support team. MyJio app still shows an old fiber connection that shouldn't be there. Same happened again SR00003A2EVRN closed four times but still same issue. Can someone actually help me resolve this? #JioDown @reliancejio

    @JioCare Coz I have installed a week ago paid 3 months advance and now it has not been working since 4 says see the screenshots and your customer support team has even refused to refund and they don’t know when the issue will be resolved @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    Same issue again today Ridiculous It works for some time in the day And then goes off Red light blinking on the router Even ur technician is saying We don't know what is the issue Wow just wow @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare Day 15: My connection relocation request is still pending after 15 days. Repeated follow-ups have not helped. This delay is unacceptable and gives the impression that existing customers are not valued. Kindly resolve this issue urgently and share a clear timeline.

    @JioCare I must have called 20 times but he didn’t pick. Isn’t that grossly insensitive behaviour. Now I want my refund of the amount that I paid online. Pathetic customer service by Jio store. Call toh uthana chahiye atleast.

    @JioCare @JioCare There is no extreme weather here currently and why its not scheduled tomorrow but scheduled after 3 days. Very poor service.
