@reliancejio Hy sir, i have a complaint on internet mobile network in my area. The netwrk is too slow. All works are pending just because of network. So kindly plz fix it. If it is unable to fix. Better cut off the network from the area. That people are not be disturbed. Thank U

JIO’s service remain horrid even after months. Calls don’t come for some reason, says the number is switched off even when I am online. Lucky I switched to Airtel but my Mom now faces the same issue. Why is it happening @JioCare ?

@JioCare 1/2 Kindy ask your concerned team to connect and provide a speedy resolution. 24 hours is what you say every time. It’s already 3rd day. You local team here is extremely unprofessional and incompetent, after having examined the issue left the case open and didn’t show up.

@reliancejio @JioCare Very ****** service! There’s a huge gap btwn the service centre and the technicians who actually work there!Appointments get rescheduled on its own no one to take responsibility. It’s such a hassle to just call jio care and request for service! So pathetic!

@JioCare, since the day after porting from airtel, my number not getting incoming call on morning hours. Phone need to restart daily to restore the services I am new to jio. Everybody facing this issue?. I think i have to wait next 2 months to back to airtel. @_DigitalIndia

@JioCare @reliancejio Sir maine jio fiber ka 1500 wala plan liya tha, lekin speed slow and range kam hone ki wajah se agle hi din maine iske Cancellation ke liye request kiya 2-3 din me connection cancel hua lekin mere refund 500 hi aaye banki ke 1000 kab tak refund hoga.

Today is 6th day but still my Internet issue is not solved by Jio i have already complaint against consumer court and building manager for remove all Jio Fiber connection because Jio Fiber useless for business i recommend use Youbroadband. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

@JioCare raised a complaint since 2 days as not able to connect to my iphone mobile data to iwatch due to max no of smartwatch attached with my jio sim...old watches details sent in order to remove them from my jio sim but no response at all from you guys no resp Cm care as well.
