    @reliancejio not solved my jiofiber connection issue even after promised date and time and now it is resacadule for tomorrow so I can't enjoy my cricket match today very poor service my complaint no is SR0001JHIFW I have not got any call from technician for resacadule help me.

    @JioCare Your Service is degrading day by day, I have ordered a jio SIM through your My Jio app, it's been almost 5 Days, Yet the SIM is not delivered and my money is also stuck. It is very disturbing experience for me.

    I am facing network issue from last 3 days and i have raised complaint multiple time. Every time @JioCare told me issue will be resolved next 5 hours. If Jio has provided this type of service in metro city I can't imagine there service in rural areas. @JioCare @reliancejio

Me: (Obviously irritated) It is 10 days since my complaint has been lodged, the engineers don't visit and don't come back for the resolution. Jio CC: I am sorry sir let me check what can be done

    @_Creation22 Airtel is making false promises about unlimited 5G. Since it doesn't have a standalone 5G network, its "unlimited 5G" offering comes with restrictions. I would say you must think of getting a Jio SIM, as @reliancejio has a standalone 5G network and genuinely provides unlimited 5G

    @JioCare We have been loyal Jio customers for several years. However, the level of service we have experienced over the last week is completely unacceptable and falls far below the standards expected from a reputed organization like Jio. This amounts to a clear deficiency in service

    @JioCare Still awaiting action. No one has reached out for support yet. I've sent a 48 hours notice to get this done or I'll be forced to raise a chargeback on my credit card. I've tried everything that was possible to get support.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, your engineers are unnecessarily delaying my Jio AirFiber installation. They keep giving excuses instead of completing the installation. They even told me they would cancel my order. Is this how they talk to the customer?
