    @reliancejio not solved my jiofiber connection issue even after promised date and time and now it is resacadule for tomorrow so I can't enjoy my cricket match today very poor service my complaint no is SR0001JHIFW I have not got any call from technician for resacadule help me.

    @JioCare @JioCare I am still not getting the promised internet speed, and I am no longer receiving any meaningful updates regarding my complaint. Thank you for the "wonderful" experience given to a new customer. Since the issue remains unresolved, I will be switching to another service.

    @JioCare I don't need jioAirfibre anymore. The installation isn't even happening after 15 days, making me question how long any other support might take after getting conection. I've lost hope.Cancel my connection request and process my refund with interest. @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Before payment, I received calls every day. After payment, all I received were missed deadlines, broken promises, and no accountability. Now I just want my refund processed immediately. #JioAirFiber

    Plan end on 16/06 bill generated 17/06 1060rs. I took new 1 year plan 18/06 and paid but its still showing due 1060 and so does the customer care executive said. Why should i pay @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber please provide resolution & wave of due. Statement no. 192520191982
