    @reliancejio not solved my jiofiber connection issue even after promised date and time and now it is resacadule for tomorrow so I can't enjoy my cricket match today very poor service my complaint no is SR0001JHIFW I have not got any call from technician for resacadule help me.

    Dear @JioCare, It's been more than 6 months that the JioFiber/Jio AirFiber network quality in my area has been extremely poor. Your app continuously shows "Network outage in your area", yet the issue remains unresolved.

    @reliancejio @JioCare using postpaid family plan and 5G is not working called CC many time but no response if not fixed I will port out or discontinue the number without paying. @Airtel_Presence pls share your postpaid plans

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber No response from the Jio team. Order Number : NO0001ELHWW8 What a pathetic service you guys providing. Now give me my refund I don't want to go ahead with jio. I will use other providers who actually care users.

    @JioCare I am not clearing until you check the recordings and tell me why I was being lied by customer care executive. I am also waiting for the emails I sent and not getting any reply on that

    @JioCare It's still showing on "hold" stating technical reason no OTP🤦. No one is able to find a solution and not one is even aware of what is happening, why the customer keeps wondering.
