    @reliancejio not solved my jiofiber connection issue even after promised date and time and now it is resacadule for tomorrow so I can't enjoy my cricket match today very poor service my complaint no is SR0001JHIFW I have not got any call from technician for resacadule help me.

    @JioCare I HAD RESPONDED VIA DM BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY COMPLAINT NUMBER FROM JIO CARE.GIVE ME COMPLAINT NUMBER OR REFUND MY RECHARGE AMOUNT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.

    @JioCare According to you, I sent my number, but what is the need for a house no,street no ? This is a collective problem with the PIN code and you have been notified of the area, it is your responsibility if you do not resolve the problem.

    @JioCare @reliancejio requested many times to change my remote by email, by tweet and by call. But no response since last 45 days. Right selection and OK key of Remote are not working. My money is wasted. Refund my money and stop my service. Service ID 300249373862 Mob 9893098390

    @JioCare What would I do with that ?? Would you extend my plan for 5 days which were wasted because your technicians use to visit unprepared even when the issue was acknowledged with them.
