@reliancejio not solved my jiofiber connection issue even after promised date and time and now it is resacadule for tomorrow so I can't enjoy my cricket match today very poor service my complaint no is SR0001JHIFW I have not got any call from technician for resacadule help me.

Very sad to see that every network company @airtelindia ,@reliancejio ,@vodafone has increased their rates of services but couldn't increase their service quality. Another world is going for High speed internet and connectivity but we are going back in the same way.

@jiocare Month since there is no connectivity at home! This is frustrating.Kindly resolve the tower issue at the earliest! If you cannot revive existing closed tower because of legal issue, plan for alternatives!! Or return our prepaid & allow us to switch. This is unsustainable
