    @reliancejio not solved my jiofiber connection issue even after promised date and time and now it is resacadule for tomorrow so I can't enjoy my cricket match today very poor service my complaint no is SR0001JHIFW I have not got any call from technician for resacadule help me.

    @consumerforum_ Please look into this issue. Jio is providing the refundable security deposit after the number closure. It has been 5 months since the account closure. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare It was to he scheduled for afternoon 3 pm but none if the executive reverted. Highly unsatisfactory resolution. Will soon shift my corporate jio fiber to @airtelindia fiber. Hope you will improve your services.
