    @reliancejio not solved my jiofiber connection issue even after promised date and time and now it is resacadule for tomorrow so I can't enjoy my cricket match today very poor service my complaint no is SR0001JHIFW I have not got any call from technician for resacadule help me.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare What's the point of paying for an International Roaming pack if I can't even receive a SINGLE SMS in Taipei? I specifically bought the roaming pack with 50 SMS, calls, and data included. Yet: - No incoming SMS - No outgoing calls - Can't access bank accounts - Can't receive OTPs - Can't transfer salaries - Can't pay bills And despite spending hours with Jio chat support, there's been absolutely ZERO resolution. Imagine being stranded abroad with your financial accounts locked because your telecom provider can't deliver basic SMS services. Thanks for making a paid service completely useless when I need it the most.

    @reliancejio my jioairfibr not working since yesterday early morning, I raised ticket through jio app at 12 noon The technician did not turn up and his mobile was switched off. My daughter missed her online NPAT exams today morning. Who is responsible. Jio service is worst

    @JioCare I have done that now!! Pls help to check this asap, its been 48 hours without internet at my home, my tv is also connected to jio setup box, so nothing works!!
