    @reliancejio not solved my jiofiber connection issue even after promised date and time and now it is resacadule for tomorrow so I can't enjoy my cricket match today very poor service my complaint no is SR0001JHIFW I have not got any call from technician for resacadule help me.

    @JioCare Apparently I think for me to rectify Jio Service I have to go to call the customer service everyday. I have no idea if anyone is even bothered? 4th day and counting when my service is down. I have got a call from a Jio technician half hour back. He said he is working for another

    @JioCare my Jio Fiber is frequently disconnecting since yesterday. Even my neighbour is having the same issue. Can you please look into this. I need my internet connection fixed ASAP.

    @JioCare I am.from metro city and your network is worst than VI network. Your 4G service is a myth. If i was law professional, i want to sue your company. @Airtel_Presence is reliable with speed. My next recharge would be Airtel.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Despite sharing details same day on dm & making multiple fresh requests on helpline, all I get is random system generated messages and calls informing service id had been cancelled so reschedule. But ofc a new connection req is serviced same day. Pathetic.

    @JioCare Closing service requests, tweeting fake replies to customers on twitters and not resolving the issue since 7 months. Thats what jio is. I really urge people not to use jio. They take security deposit and never refund.also their GB gets over soon not sure how
