@reliancejio not solved my jiofiber connection issue even after promised date and time and now it is resacadule for tomorrow so I can't enjoy my cricket match today very poor service my complaint no is SR0001JHIFW I have not got any call from technician for resacadule help me.

@JioCare am working in saudi arabia my jio sim was working properly and getting Otp and messages properly yesterday suddenly the network gone and it’s showing no service it’s having valid plan and I recharged sim with roaming pack and another plan 749 still problem is there

Dear @reliancejio I am in farrukhnagar and manesar location. Both are in gurugram district Haryana. Facing severe internet problem here since week. Contacted to jio team but no any technical answer. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue.

@JioCare why does your network cant connect call through a dual sim phone even when Jio SIM in Slot 1 and BSNL in Slot 2. I have to restart my phone to make calls through Jio.

Getting @jiocare fibre is the worst mistake I have made. Customer support is essentially non existent. DON"T get jio fiber. They sell you their **** and then they go missing after that. Now i am stuck with their trash.
