    @reliancejio not solved my jiofiber connection issue even after promised date and time and now it is resacadule for tomorrow so I can't enjoy my cricket match today very poor service my complaint no is SR0001JHIFW I have not got any call from technician for resacadule help me.

    @reliancejio Hey Team, I have proper network and proper plan but still can't make WhatsApp call and even not getting proper internet that too in metro city Hyderabad where 5G is available may I know the reason?

    @JioCare after updating to 5g lt of network issues are happening ...not even getting one candle of network..used to get full in past..also net is slower than 2g

    @JioCare Oh common you are saying none of the service provider register with network operator?? You tell me which service provider is registered with you. I'll install that application and see I am getting messages or OTP.

    @JioCare kindly solve my problem. Don't ask questions same every time. All cookies clear, everything is okay. Your pathetic service in our area. When I go outside it's working fine. Kindly do something to improve internet service in our area.

    @JioCare I am unable to get Jio5G signal in my mobile. Selected Auto 5G & marked 5G standalone. I am a post paid customer using IPhone 12 Pro iOS 16.3. in Delhi NCR region. Customer care confirmed the 5G signal available in our area( 122003). What else required to get Jio true5G
