    @reliancejio not solved my jiofiber connection issue even after promised date and time and now it is resacadule for tomorrow so I can't enjoy my cricket match today very poor service my complaint no is SR0001JHIFW I have not got any call from technician for resacadule help me.

    @JioCare never every take jio fibre ,i had issue with wi fi in jio router,raised complain after multiple attempt,engineer was assigned for today morning 11am, ny 11 i gets sms that problem is resolved remotely, though issue is same. they are fooling the customers @jio

    @JioCare This is happening in all Jio numbers. Not facing any issue with AIRTEL. I am having another Jio number and I am facing same issues with that number also with another 5g enabled handset.LOCATION- SAMBALPUR,768004

    @reliancejio Absolutely disgusted with @reliancejio service. My Jio Fiber installation was promised day before yesterday — still not done. The installation guy keeps stalling with excuses, and when I tried calling the team lead to sort it out, he flat out ignored my calls

    I have raised the ticket yesterday, Service Ticket no: SR00003F6YRB. Without attending the call they updated in the system " door lock". Worst service. I suggest not to take Jio fiber. Their service is not good. @JioCare

    Hey @JioCare @RelianceJio, I ordered a new Jio SIM (Order ID:NO00015JSGBT but it hasn't been delivered yet. I received the delivery agent's contact details, but he keeps delaying the delivery every day with false promises. This is frustrating and very poor service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Day 4 with no internet. ~10 emails and multiple calls to customer care, zero action. SR00003EXKIX (initial) and SR00003F4I71 (escalation) still open. No engineer visit, no callback, no ETA — and I’m still being billed. When will this be fixed?

    @JioCare If my AirFiber Booking Cancelled again, It’s a damn sure Scam by @reliancejio make sure to complete installation as per scheduled date (today) Or else I will raise a complaint at consumer portal.
