    @reliancejio not solved my jiofiber connection issue even after promised date and time and now it is resacadule for tomorrow so I can't enjoy my cricket match today very poor service my complaint no is SR0001JHIFW I have not got any call from technician for resacadule help me.

    @JioCare Dear, again internet gone.. it's been Days since ticket raised , no one phoned me or no resolution. For your kind information it's 2nd time since last week and total absent of service is 6days. #worstJiofiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio in my area the tower is there by but the 5G is not installed even in 2026. I called your customer care through Myjio app , they gave vague answer. If we are doing those True 5g recharges why we are not getting the services. Is this a joke or what?

    Hello @JioCare ,what is the process for disconnect the connection ..I don't want any more jio fiber service....poor speed,continue connection drop,no assistance from jio care...pathetic experience.. Atleast help me in this process for last time @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I use jio sim since 2016 . Today I felt the worst experience from jio. No 5g network, while there is a 5g tower in my locality. Plz resolve my issue .

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Hate to do this but has to be notified. I ordered a sim online on 12th May and yet it has not been delivered. Multiple calls to customer service gave fake promises and the delivery message has the executive contact which is switched off.
