    @reliancejio not solved my jiofiber connection issue even after promised date and time and now it is resacadule for tomorrow so I can't enjoy my cricket match today very poor service my complaint no is SR0001JHIFW I have not got any call from technician for resacadule help me.

    @JioCare @reliancejio repeatedly—via email, WhatsApp, Twitter, the MyJio app, and phone calls—over a span of nearly eight or nine months without receiving a permanent solution from the Jio team. That is why, about a month ago, I switched to an Airtel SIM; the network coverage has been good so far.

    @JioCare @reliancejio If you don't want to fix this issue, you can take your connection away. I will gladly switch to a different service provider. I am not going to pay for your ****** connection and ****** service.

    @JioCare What you have sent on DM is standard template reply rather than ETA.When the issue will resolved, when would I get the refund. Nothing is mentioned about refund process. This is yet again a delay tactic to cover up the inability of execution.
