    @reliancejio not solved my jiofiber connection issue even after promised date and time and now it is resacadule for tomorrow so I can't enjoy my cricket match today very poor service my complaint no is SR0001JHIFW I have not got any call from technician for resacadule help me.

    Looks like @JioCare support staff is working with an outdated system. They can't figure out when a customer called or how many times a customer called or who attended a call or when their calls were cut. Instead they rely on asking the customer these questions.

    @JioCare I have taken jio fiber , am very upset with the connection... I feel like I have taken a headache... I called a person for complaint, he gave me another person number, when I called third person he gave me call center number, when I called call center didn't get anythin

    @JioCare Hi .this is 4th time both the complaints closed without even resolving the issues. I this is really frustrating and unprofessional. Your engineers are giving broken and duplicate remote to your customers, ending up doing fraud with Jio as well as customer. Vaibhav 8095335854

    @reliancejio my complaint is about the jio fiber The connection speed is too low and the range of the wifi is too low when compares to other services So I wish to change to other connection

    @JioMart_Support worst service from jiomart order showing deliver at night 2 o'clock. but I didn't received my order contacted jiocare they saying we can't track your order we can't help you in this wait for 48 hours I already paid for my order @JioMart
