    @reliancejio not solved my jiofiber connection issue even after promised date and time and now it is resacadule for tomorrow so I can't enjoy my cricket match today very poor service my complaint no is SR0001JHIFW I have not got any call from technician for resacadule help me.

    @RIL_Updates @RIL_Updates And this also contains predatory customer policy - you took 1200 relocation amount but still gave me air fiber instead of fiber and usurped my advance. and your cusomer care @JioCare saying for 7 months we are processing it - shame on you

    @JioCare Vikita Do u guys got anything better than create SR to delay Refund? I can't access SR, I have provided bank and cheq details but no one cares to update SR. Now this new SR000038CAAR y? Anything reqd let me know I give u lets close loophole release my refund pls help 🙏

    @JioCare the fibre is not working past 5 days. Vile Parle east, Mumbai, maharshtra.. No information... No updates.. is this a joke will you refund for these 5 days... Any one responsible to answer this

    Quite worst experience with #jiophone recharge. I have a family phone with jio sim but didn't able to get recharge with Rs. 91/- plan via online. @JioCare

    Hey @JioCare I have tried calling your customer care number multiple times. The IVR option gives me an option to talk to your customer care executive as soon as the call is about to connect the call gets disconnected. Kindly arrange a call back ASAP.
