  @reliancejio not solved my jiofiber connection issue even after promised date and time and now it is resacadule for tomorrow so I can't enjoy my cricket match today very poor service my complaint no is SR0001JHIFW I have not got any call from technician for resacadule help me.

  @reliancejio @JioCare no response yet, this is the level of service expected from you guys. Internet is sort of necessity currently under heavy rain circumstances in Pune. And noone from the teams seems to have any solution this small req. Time to switch to @airtelindia

  @JioCare @jio_fiber No delay from your end? My internet was down from 3rd July to 6th July—that's 3 days without service. If this isn't a delay, what exactly is your definition of 'on-time service'? Customers pay on time. Why doesn't JioFiber deliver service on time? And who asked for a rent rebate?

  @JioCare Very very disappointing service from jiofiber. Absolutely unprofessional. Just a request please discontinue my current subscription and refund me my amount. I don't want to go through your harrowing customer experience anymore.
