  @JioCare Received a call from customer care today. They rescheduled the visit and promised to give resolution. Engineer was assigned and then the engineer closed the ticket and mentioned that the issue was resolved. What kind of service is this?

  @JioCare 3 complaints, 7+ months, still no resolution. SR00002RUOE1 SR000033ZJK1 SR000037II67 Your team repeatedly assured me on calls that the issue would be resolved within 7–15 days. Those promises were never fulfilled, yet complaints were closed.

  Worst @JioCare, It's been 15 days since I reported an internet issue, and there is still no resolution. Repeated follow-ups have not resulted in a permanent fix. Very disappointed with the service and support experience. Please escalate this matter and resolve it urgently.
