    @reliancejio not solved my jiofiber connection issue even after promised date and time and now it is resacadule for tomorrow so I can't enjoy my cricket match today very poor service my complaint no is SR0001JHIFW I have not got any call from technician for resacadule help me.

    @JioCare Rather than resolving the issue, you're guiding the customer how to get disconnected. Is this what @JioCare is paying for? I clearly asked whether you can able to resolve the issue or not. If not, than only I'll go for disconnection. I think you should read that again.

    @JioCare Please refund my money back. I already ordered new broadband connection from Airtel. Which is far better than jio. I don't need any further assistance from you. Non of your service partner pickup my calls, not replying my messages . What is this type of company.

    @Ajaykumaarji @JioCare More than a year still no solution from jio. Always mentioned 10 to 15 days to resolve. So i switched to Airtel.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia keep doing this and you will lose all the customers first you discontinued the value for money packs now this type of service? I think the people around my area is already planning to post to @reliancejio. And i want to port too but i don't have good network of jio.

    @JioCare Hey @JioCare @reliancejio Your technician came today morning at 10:30am and couldn't fix the issue. He said there is issue in the pole junction box and he can't fix it. There is a different team who will work on it. He said it will take 1-2 hours to fix it and still not fixed.

    @Ramanand06X @JioCare Consider switching to Vi 5G. Vi is much affordable and service quality is too nice. Don't try to think about BSNL, they are the worst to provide mobile services.

    @reliancejio I’ve been following up with Jio since my first email regarding the Google AI Pro offer. Jio confirmed my number 7827733775 is eligible, but Google shows “Offer already redeemed” on my only Gmail ID. I’ve contacted Jio 5+ times and was promised resolution within 72

    @JioCare even after taking your expensive talktime plans. You didn't provide your user basic facilities.. I take those plans so that i can talk to my people nd my people can talk to me. You have such a pathetic network.I wish i can complain about these things directly to ambanis

    @JioCare You are sending these messages from 3 days but nobody came to resolve the issue. Dont you have technicians to resolve the complaints of customers. I am waiting for last 3 days. What is happening in jio company i don't understand
