    "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.     Genuinely one of the worst customer experiences I've had has been with jiofiber. It's been over 4 days since I've had my fiber connection disrupted and so far they've done nothing. No Engineer visit. No response to emails sent. +Scummy practices.... @JioCare @reliancejio
