    It's april 2026 and I was done with the last complaint on 22 oct 2025 but I couldn't get any update in my area. I'm continuously trying to contact jio customer care and they give me time two to three months @JioCare @reliancejio

    Frustrated with @JioCare @reliancejio @jiokerala- multiple service appointments scheduled for my Jio Fiber connection, yet no technician shows up. The tracking & call features in the MyJio app don’t even work. Customer support has been equally disappointing. This is unacceptable.

    .@JioCare #jiogroceryapp is totally rubbish. The customer cannot connect the delivery boy even though *track your order* Bcz that doesn't work. Absolutely pathetic developer / tester & who approved to deploy
