@magical_chirag @JioCare Someone found a definite solution: Get a replacement physical sim and put it first in a 5G capable Android. Use it for 10 mins and then put it back in iPhone and get Standalone toggle enabled. I did the above and now I am enjoying 5G.

@JioCare Till this no response from Jio. Neither Set top is delivered to me. While on app ot is showing installed on 28 Nov 2022. I am very much disappointed with Jio. Very unprofessional approach. Nobody try to contact me. After complaint done on tweeter. Very Bad Service.

Frauds are been going in North India where Jio sales team is selling new connections under the name of upgradation to 5G network. I have faced this issue where your sellers is selling 3 months new installation plans to me @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice area- Ghaziabad

@JioCare it's highly disappointing that Jio Care team doesn't care to respond to customer complaints nor does the escalation matric has any responsibility to revert to customer escalation even after 15 days of raising the complaint.... How pathetic Jio team can be!!!???
