@JioCare @Jiocare I will not renew my pack as it been 6 days data is so slow in Rajouri Garden. I bought 3GB pack for high speed high data usage, jio my work is suffering badly. No point in replying to tweet when there is no intent to solve I gave my no already adding to 1st tweet

@JioCare @reliancejio facing Jio Fiber outage since 25 December. No engineer is able to resolve it. Please look into it on a priority basis and increase my current plan validity too by at least 15 days.

@JioCare Raised a complaint 2 visit da site 4 internet issue. Time slot given: 10 to 12 on 4/01. No one turned up. Called the toll-free, again promised by 4pm . No one cared. Thanks for showing true colours. Taught of getting new connection in another location. But now I won't.

@ankit5354 @reliancejio Jio doesn’t have capable infrastructure to provide better services as they are charging. They are only focusing on new sales. Mujhe network/ internet complaint krte hue 2 year ho gaye. They did nothing. Always same reply
