  @JioCare @JioCare It is unacceptable that my JioFiber issue has been marked as "resolved" without providing any actual solution. Closing complaints without resolving them only adds to customer frustration. Kindly reopen the case and provide a genuine resolution immediately. @DoT_India

  @Saurabh_Pinch @reliancejio True, It's not just Jio. Switched from Jio to @airtelindia, hoping for better service, but call drops and network issues are almost the same. Also I paid ₹50 in advance for DTH services 2 years ago, and still no update. Indian telecom needs serious improvement.

  @JioCare My jio fibre is not working, raised issue with customer care no support, they said it's pan India issue, said will restore at 5pm. STill it's not working. Need help on priority
