    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare my internet is not working since two days, raised a request but your service guy marked it as solved without even coming, and calling me and telling why did i raise another request. Is this kind of behaviour what we expect from jio ?

    It’s been 9 days and my issue has not been resolved. I was given 72 hrs TAT, 4 days back and now there are no replies on mail as well. Pathetic customer service.@JioCare @reliancejio @Pravirkumar15

    @JioCare @reliancejio If you don't have customer care service for e-sim then don't mention your number below "How to Apply for e-Sim". It's misleading. And also, don't say that it will get activated within 24 hours whereas it takes 30 days (or more).

    @JioCare please improve the internet speed in varanasi , even i cant send text messages to someone . Unlike 4g it works like 1g . I have raised this issue several times through this platform , but no corrective action is taken , why should we pay so much amount money on recharge
