    @JioCare Changed my Network service provider for better networking from Govt undertaking to Jio as I was fed up of their rotating wheel of buffering but these days I once again reminded of old days.Becoz the same wheel is rotating with my current NSP.

    @reliancejio @JioCare no internet for more than 36 hours at this day and age!!!! Really??? After the countless useless calls and chats with your customer service trying this platform now -Service request number is SR000015UDV1.

    @JioCare dear customer care, sorry to say that your service back up is horrible ...raised my request for remote replacement on 16/07/21with SR000015RSMT and again on 18th with SR000015TEQT ..still waiting for a remote replacement

    @reliancejio one of the worst customer care service with jio Fiber... Without sending an engineer for issue, closing the issue themselves... Many times reported this issue, but no use on that
