    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioSaavn Feedback: caller tunes sound quality is very very poor, users loves to set up their loved tune but caller tune sound quality is super poor than the actual sound. It is disappointing, please see if you can improve in that section. Thanks

    @JioCare i have complained 2 times so far that I cannot make or receive calls sometimes, i am not able to call any emergency numbers like 100. So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.

    @JioCinema app is not smooth at all. While watching highlights if you press back 10 second button then video freezes and commentary runs. Very pathetic experience @BCCI of watching ipl this year. Hope you address this issue at earliest @reliancejio

    @JioCare pls arrange a call from your team for jio tv..... I couldn't find the option for closing of scheme and initiating the refund for #fiber. Pls help.

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users are able to enjoy Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @JioCare Inspite if registering a new complaint this afternoon at 12:30 I was been told that an engineer would visit by 3pm and it’s already 5pm but nobody here and also no communication, is this truly a 5G experience which you’ll claim??? Poor customer service

    Jio 5g Service Net...Hahahaha. It seems to run at a speed of 2G. 5G Internet service is still not available in cities like Mumbai Metropolitan. Ambani company is fooling all Indians. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare Intermittent connection loss!! I am done now take some effort to investigate open the ticket listen to what your representative has advised & then let me know on what grounds you have closed the ticket without providing resolution and none of you jerks making an effort to call me

    @reliancejio @JioCare your network gone crazy....i received at least 16 calls from different state including 2 calls from J&k. Everyone is saying that I called them but how ?? I am in a meeting with peoples and my mobile is on table, no one using the how can I make call ??

    @JioCare Since We are paying for 28 days why Team Jio's auto generated voice message hearing again and again... Such nasty experience with Jio. I know my recharge day... Pls stop this non sense or else I'll port to some other service. My Jio no. 8369338628

    @JioCare @reliancejio, facing extremely slow 4G spd in my village. Even webpages & YouTube barely open. Both Jio & Airtel towers are at similar distance from my home, yet Airtel gives much better 4G speed. Still no 5G here too. Recharge feels wasted. Plz fix this or I’ll port.

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare While calling to 1800-896-9999, There is an automated message saying that we are facing network congestion at your area and resolving the issue soon..this message is from last many weeks and there is no other way to contact to jio airfiber.

    Facing internet issues with JioAirFiber for the last 10–15 days. Contacted customer care multiple times since last week, but still no resolution. Only getting repeated “4 hours” promises with no actual fix. Very disappointing support experience. @JioCare please resolve this.

    @airtelindia network in my hometown is so worse that wp msz is getting stuck. Tried multiple times to contact 198 but couldn't reach customer care, such a pathetic network and worst service. No 5g coming how to do WFH? Resolve this or should I port to @reliancejio 😭😭😭😭

    @JioCare I am able to see rechrge in my recharge but both of my two recharge is being shown in queue that some active plan is there but on home screen showing no active plan so my internet not working
