    @JioCinema app is not smooth at all. While watching highlights if you press back 10 second button then video freezes and commentary runs. Very pathetic experience @BCCI of watching ipl this year. Hope you address this issue at earliest @reliancejio

    @LnTFinance even after having #DnD activated, still receiving numerous calls for loan offers. Can u please give me an explanation? I raised my concern multiple times with @JioCare and the complaint falls on Deaf years. @TRAI can u take some action. This is a serious violation.

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @SardarSomdeep @JioCare @Airtel_Presence God Knows now what and when would jio commercially start 5G for everyone - my phone model on the other hand supports more bands then required like Millimetre Wave , which would never connect coz they use MM WAVE to interlink towers

    The worst customer service that lack efficient training and quality in no particular order 3 - Jio Customer Care 2 - Jio Nodal officer 1 - Jio appellate This is because @JioCare pay their staff so less that they are never motivated to resolve complaints. Leave alone being rude!

    @JioCare Even after sharing all requested details and repeatedly following up, there has been no response or resolution. Customer issues seem to be ignored once details are collected. “True 5G” appears to be limited to advertisements while poor speeds continue without any action. #Jio5G

    @jiocare Such a pathetic service. For 2 months I have been chasing these Jio Airfiber. Looks like they don't want to resolve any kind of issue. These people are ready to loot hard earned money. I am not getting any better words to tell this jio how hopeless service is.

And even if they make you wait 10-15 days they will come. @airtelindia guys have hidden that option behind AI. I can't even request for a Router change! Why India does not have a proper global reliable ISP!

    Extremely disappointed with services of @jio_fiber @reliancejio @service_jio. Trying to relocate my Jio fiber connection since 5th May. Done steps on #jioapp no technician assigned. 5 calls to customer care in 17 days & no result. No help from them. Terrible.
