@reliancejio @JioCare inspite of so many times of reminder and DM done twice their is no reply from your end. It has been over 3 months. If you cannot resolve a simple problem in installation then... This is not the service I had expected.

@JioCare Hamza...It is going on from last 5 months and everytime new member come and ask me and raise multiple tickets and issue never got resolved . I don't know what jio is doing and they are not able to solve one problem

@reliancejio The pricing is bit higher side, Local ISP offers much cheaper than Jio. Also @JioCare Customer Support is very bad. I literally contact Jio 6-7 times on DM but no one giving any satisfactory solution.

Complained many time to Airtel for frequently disconnect of broadband.2 months ago I requested to close my account but thev said will nt happen again & will upgrade to 100Mbps in 30 days.PROBLEM STILL EXIST. NO UPGRADE. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare @DoT_India @rsprasad @airtelindia

These @JioCare will make you restart your router 20 times, make you disconnect devices and restart them, and then say now your internet is fixed but will not send an engineer to help resolve an issue that happens every few hours. Canceling Jio as soon as I get back to Hyderabad
