    Before, taking action on 5G you must have to improve your 4G networks. Because mostly the middle class and below that are using @reliancejio I believe they all are facing problem but the thing is that people won't speak out. But, I have spent my money and It's not worth it. #Jio

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ SR is SR00001F2ALE My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them

    This @reliancejio service so dam.. Bad.. I have 1.5 gb every day plan.. But after 1 gb the speed some how gets so much pathetic that you can't even use twitter properly.. @JioCare do something

    @reliancejio Team have you missed out Gujarat State for your 5g services, it was told Ahmedabad will be the first one to experience the services but it seems the otherwise any problem?

    Just had a retention call from @JioCare for my jio post-paid number. Initially I was unsatisfied with my previous experiences with customer care, but this guy, named Ajay Chauhan, was so polite and convincing that Iโ€™m planning to stay with #jio. Jio, that man deserves a raise.

    @JioCare fibre down since 2 days, no response to complain. That's how they go about it, penetrate the markets cheap then render you at their mercy, the @reliancegroup ways.

    @reliancejio @JioCare actual resolution? SR: SR00002ZU699, SR00002JIDHC, SR00002IVB7U, SR00002WAYYJ. No 5G, unstable 4G, repeated congestion & outage replies. Need action, not templates.

    @JioCare has the shittiest 5G network. @airtelindia has improved a lot on that front. Tested both, will henceforth continue with Airtel for 5G network requirements. #5gnetwork

    24+ hours crossed since my last complaint and still no proper response from @JioCare regarding my Jio AirFiber installation. Already paid โ‚น2222 and waiting for more than 20 days. Rectify this immediately or Iโ€™ll switch to @airtelindia .Extremely disappointed with the service.

    I already did monthly recharge of 299 rs on my Jio sim but my Jio sim does not network connected since last 15 days I am out of India and keep recharge of 299 to activate my sim, now sim does not have network in my JIo card please help @JioCare @reliancejio
