    @JioCare @AminSajadamin22 SR is SR00001F2ALE My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them

    @JioCare In your data base not have any record और information that the connection is which area located & which city?? This the worst service of JioFiber. And not given proper resolutions, it's pathetic service very bad experience #jiocare #JioFiber

    SR is SR00001F2ALE My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them @JioCare

    @reliancejio Dear Team I have 5g handset n my currunt plan is 299 active also i m in 5g area network also i register 5g intrust on jio web site But till not get 5G welcome offer. So do needfull to me

    @reliancejio Team have you missed out Gujarat State for your 5g services, it was told Ahmedabad will be the first one to experience the services but it seems the otherwise any problem?

    @JioCare Very frustrating service by Jio, They scheduled engineer visit at 11:30 am but still no call or person contacted.

    I've nvr had any broadband connection as pathetic as @JioCare. First the internet stops working & then if u try to raise a complaint against it, u've to go through d ordeal of dealing with their annoying IVR & if u make it out alive, they won't connect ur call to their executive.
