Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I live in Palghar. They keep calling me repeatedly to recharge. One of the representatives even spoke to me in a very rude manner, demanding that I recharge. Do I have to face this much pressure? Are people going to pressure me into recharging, otherwise my SIM will be disconnected? I want to convey this message to Jio India and the concerned authorities at Jioโplease forward my complaint to Jio. @reliancejio
