Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them @JioCare

I send an email for help, i get reply after 24 hours asking stupid things, i reply within 15 mins, nd next reply is again aftr 24hrs. Small issue, been weeks :)
