    @GTPL_Care worst service provider... The customer care team and the technician both are not responding. In every 15 day the service is stop and no one is taking responsibility to this. Waiting for @reliancejio and @airtelindia to provide their broadband in every location.

    @JioCare for last night my internet not working and I was complain about it, I get engineer visit at 11 and then 12 and then 1:15 and now 2 this is not proper solution still I am not able to use internet

    @JioCare kindly consider this STB pickup is pending from last 40 days. No one is responding. Complaint number CO0000NC7KIQ. Even I didn't got my refund. Of prepaid acount.

    @JioCare fibre down since 2 days, no response to complain. That's how they go about it, penetrate the markets cheap then render you at their mercy, the @reliancegroup ways.

    This @reliancejio service so dam.. Bad.. I have 1.5 gb every day plan.. But after 1 gb the speed some how gets so much pathetic that you can't even use twitter properly.. @JioCare do something

    I usually donโ€™t post like this, but @JioCare has honestly become one of the worst networks ever. The network is so poor that you canโ€™t even convert a DOCX file into a PDF without struggling. YouTube videos keep buffering, and basic internet tasks feel like a challenge. And JioCare on the app is even worse, just automated questions and answers that donโ€™t even understand what youโ€™re actually asking. Try calling customer care, and nobody picks up. At this point, what exactly are customers supposed to do? ๐Ÿ˜‘

    @JioCare I donโ€™t have any urn number. Jio representative denied my Jio air fiber request. He said not available at my location . But in my neighbour everyone has Jio air fiber .worst service by Jio. Jio donโ€™t want to install then itโ€™s ok. I will switch to airtel air fiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very pathetic service... No store near 110033 Delhi.. Reached GTB Nagar store . But they mentioned server not working... So much hassle in AI times for just changing esim to normal sim... Why this can't be done online using my jio app or some other way
