    As @reliancejio @JioCare said that they have got live their true 5G in Gujarat, Ahmedabad then why it's not working in my @realmeIndia GT 2Pro? Why i didn't get any notification regarding 5G yet.?

    @JioCare I have done the process on jio website…the ios app of my jio doesn’t show any banner , please resolve issue asap,don’t give false hopes

    @JioCare facing problem form many time cannot make call properly and another person cannot get voice on the call and my internet data is also used very fast and I cannot use more data but in the app it shows something wrong pls check

    @reliancejio SR is SR00001F2ALE My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them

    @JioCare Why always jio app not works for me I have been having this problem since 1 month. Earlier, I didn't see my used data, I had to turn the app off 2-3 times to check my data but today nothing works so i prefer clear data but it not sending any otp from 1 hour. @JioCare
