@JioCare How does it help ? If many users are using means you have more sell. Why not to fix the issues and inprove infrastructurento support that. This is not a correct response . And support your answer with proper estimate . We are working .. that is happening for last 1 year .

@JioCare @reliancejio New subscription available at 399 plan for 100mps Speed and 5ghz network . But old subscribers on 699 plan with only 28 mpbs Speed and need to pay 1499 to upgrade router to get higher speed and 5ghz network! Amazing JIO ! Any explanations??

@JioCare @reliancejio Since the last one year I am facing extremely pathetic network connectivity in my home and it's getting worse with time. The speed is slower than 2G. In fact Airtel is providing speed as much as 1 Mbps. What's going on guys? I have complained multiple times.

Hey @GooglePayIndia my brother did a jio (@reliancejio ) recharge of Rs. 249 on 09-01-2021 but the recharge was fail bt till date my brother didn't got the refund yet. He also contact your customer care they told it you'll be refunded in the nxt 3 days bt yet he didn't receive.

@JioCare Last Sunday I received call fm +91 6003-903339 for Jio Fiber. sales team registered it with Rs 2500 paid online. They further took Rs 999 for recharge on cash. While installing service engineer informed us about free recharge for 1st month. I got shocked. Need justice
