@JioCare @reliancejio Since the last one year I am facing extremely pathetic network connectivity in my home and it's getting worse with time. The speed is slower than 2G. In fact Airtel is providing speed as much as 1 Mbps. What's going on guys? I have complained multiple times.

@JioCare This is very absurd that from yesterday there was no jio service in sahib tila, zoo narengi road , guwahati 781024. No one can operate a call or internet. Very painful for us who only use jio sim. Please look on this matter.

@JioCare But other service provider do have the option. Why Jio can’t? This is important for me according to my salary date. This month already I have to pay ₹100 extra for the last date of bill payment passed. This is not possible for every month.

I have jiofiber connection there customer service is the worst it is not working since 11th May and no resolution till now everyday they say they'll fix it tomorrow. 10 Days no resolution. It's just not me you can see other such cases all over twitter.
