What happened @JioCare , You were supposed to fix my network problem within 15 days , it's almost 9 months now. You never fixed it. In this time period I have complained about 9-10 times, everytime your customer care executive said they will fix it within 15 days.

@Nittesshh @JioCare They have a standard template reply for this. They'll say that network optimization is in progress in your area which will take xx weeks to complete. Nothing happens though. It's just rinse and repeat for them. So don't keep your hopes high.
