    @JioCare Please don't give people fake hope that you're gonna fix it. Every time you people are just asking mobile number address. Which floor i reside. Then said our team are working with it and it'll get fixed as soon as possible. I'm hearing this from last 3 years

    @reliancejio My office at Guwahati took 4 PP corporate connections. After 1 month they're dead. No bills sent to us. Your staff says pay through Jio App, which isn't possible, because we need bills and payment to be made through NEFT. Please help.

    @JioCare Hey Jio.! Our Jio Fiber is out for a month due to Router issue as implied by your service man. They say that router needs to be replaced but there was no response from your side and we tried calling your service man too but ended up with sarcasm call jio care.!

    @reliancejio jio fibre is out of order for almost 15 days in this Month. Everytime I call ur helpline number they say it's a temporary outage & will be resolved in 2 hrs But 2 hrs is never over Neither they are willing to give me a complaint number. Plz look into this @DoT_India

    @JioCare @kadam_ra01 Not installation charges it's Security refund due to not continuing Installation changes never refunded Even it's get BACK security deposit in Jio Fibre easily Try on to GET refunded Rs 1,000 It's YOUR duty to chase regularly

    @JioCare Your sales person and your technician told me to redeem the voucher of one month free subscription of data and already shown me method to redeem, and never told me to opt or pay for recharge. Now you have changed voice and telling this is ott voucher?

    @reliancejio Plans like Rs 719 for 84 days validity is total exploitation of the customer.A company that charged a mere 200-300/- for the same 84 days validity now shooting it's price up to 719/- is a clear case of leveraging market Monopoly.@AshwiniVaishnaw

    @JioCare Please don’t bother. I have done this 15 times.Sent numerous messages on DM. All I got is standard responses. I am tired of this game. Called at least 10 times on customer care.Opened two complaints and both are closed without resolution. So keep your apology with you @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have complained about the internet many times the engineer comes and visits and fixes the problem and does not tell what the issue is and the engineer calls and refuses to visit to check the internet. The internet works for only 1-2 hours after that again it stops working and when we tell him to visit and check again he refuses and the engineer name is Lakshay Garg and when we said to the engineer we pay for the internet he said in a rude way that you guys pay to jio and not me so I will work as I want. So Jio is not providing any good services to it's customer. We want action against this employee and another employee should be send to check the internet.

    @JioCare Hi Shireen, A 30-day wait for a rent rebate is unacceptable for a 7-day total service failure. Under the TRAI Quality of Service (Code of Practice) Regulations 2024, I am entitled to a pro-rata credit for any outage exceeding 24 hours.Since my service has been down since April 21
