@JioCare JIO net upload speed is very less. Not suitable for WorkfromHome or Office work. It had taken 5 mins to upload 2mb of file. Suppose if 100 mb of file to be uploaded it would take 4 hours. Your client and boss will get frustrated. Never recommend JIO for office work.

@JioCare @TRAI @mukeshambani01 Can't you people understand do I need to keep on explaining same thing to all your customer care executive yesterday your employee Sapna wasted my 25 mins in same and hung up . The router needs to be changed we have to re start every 10 mins to connect.

@reliancejio @JioCare Why are you avoiding customer and not replying to mail? Why sending system generated mail which are not at all specific to the solution and more of vague. Not able to reach customer care also.

@JioCare @mukeshambani01 @TRAI take my disconnection request as you fail to send anyone to resolve the issue , refund my security. The customer service of jio worst I have seen so far . Am not going to waste any more minutes Changing to airtel today itself. And recommend everyone to do.
