    @HiteshPruthi6 I had face the same issue with their service and ported to @reliancejio. The service of Jio is really good, you must give a try in Jio.

    @reliancejio frauds of @JioCare @reliancejio at least get the connection right! The bloody sham of a connection makes us restart our phones twice for one connection. Instead of these stupid posts, get a bloody connection

    It's really difficult to understand postpaid my jio application where customer service deny you request no one helping @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India in my device prepaid n post paid both getting charged n billing also active dnt to whom tho clear my concerns.

    @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare It is heartening to see very poor services by Jio Fiber. I am unable to access my WiFi since June 4, 2021 5 pm onwards. My complaint ids are: SR0000157XBM and SR0000157DGX. Requesting to please look into the matter and assist at the earliest
