    @JioCare Madam, there is no question of if I am eligible. I requested a connection for which I promptly paid. When Your technician himself cited his inability to make the connection, then my refund should have happened in 24 hrs. Shouldn't take months. PLEASE REFUND @AkashMAmbani Pls Help

    Cc @JioCare Extremely disappointed. Facing continuous network issues for days, and the complaint raised earlier has still not been resolved. Poor signal, frequent interruptions, and no effective response from support. Please escalate this and provide a permanent fix ASAP.
