    Day 6. Still waiting for a resolution. I paid for Jio AirFiber after being promised 100 Mbps. After activation, only a 30 Mbps plan was provided. I've shared all the required details. Please verify the booking and resolve this issue. @JioCare #JioAirFiber

    Hi @JioCare, my JioFiber has been down for 4–5 days. Complaint raised, zero response. Customer care is a joke—just an automated “engineer visit booked” message before disconnecting. Disconnect my connection. Request ID: SR00003BJSER. **** your service. I’ll go with other ISP.

    @JioCare this jpeople r bunch of trater both for company & customer.immsjin how this team is fooling customer with computer generated ans. they confirm recving payment next day they disconnect,take back instrument in lue of jio air fiber. now manupulat with in & swalo Money ,there is law

    Dear @JioCare,@reliancejio My Jio AirFiber has been down since Friday. I contacted the installation person, who asked me to call customer support. After raising a complaint, I was told that a service engineer is only available on July 20.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Village Hathdihan, Dawath, Rohtas, Bihar (PIN 802226) has severe network problems — constant call drops, unusable 4G/5G data for weeks. Complaint ref SR00003B2TFT unresolved. Whole village affected. When will this be fixed? #NetworkIssue #Bihar

    .@reliancejio Reported a JioFiber connectivity issue on 30th June, after enduring 5 days with no service. After repeated follow-ups, I was finally told the problem is with your main line. Your solution? Cancel my existing connection and apply for a new one. Will you resolve it?

    @JioCare Following recommendation from one of the representative of jio. I visited sector 18 and return back with disappointment. Very bad service .

    @JioCare The jio fiber service in my area is down since 2 months. I want to cancel my connection, but NOWHERE on your app / website is there an option to cancel. Customer care number doesn't allow me to speak to anyone. What a scam. Help me cancel.
