@JioCare It's been more than 3 months now, noone takes that long to refund even after having all the details and keep on asking the same details again and again and repeating the same sentence that you will solve the problem at the earliest like a fool.

@reliancejio I raised #SR00001ABEWU around 8pm today. I was told, BEFORE TOMORROW MORNING, NO ENGINEER IS AVAILABLE AT MY AREA. For an emergency service like Internet, SHOULDN’T JIO KEEP REPAIR SERVICE AVAILABLE TILL 10PM AT LEAST? IT MAY IMPACT ANY #MEDICALEMERGENCY, MIND IT.

@JioCare Initially when took the connection of the jio during 2018 period it is comparatively price and speed wise fine ,but at present worst mobile connection is jio and it is like a 2G speed only . Iam living DGQA Complex, Nanganallur,Chennai-61 is very worst connectivity.
