    Jio customer care service is very poor. Their website's customer care section does not work properly, there is no way of getting in touch with them directly if a problem needs to be solved immediately... I had not expected this from the giant JIO @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Team I am unable to connect to my laptop using mobile hotspot / usb tethering post jio 5g welcome offer. Even i tried switching to 4g network same issue unable to connect to my pc. Earlier i am able to connect to hotspot before 5g welcome offer.
