He claims, the company doesn't provide ladder, its the consumer, who has to provide it. I asked to call his superior, he named, SONAL, and Sonal also told, we don't have any ladder. How come now there is a pole removal issue coming up ? The internet pack I have should provide 100 mbps speed. I'm not getting even 20 mbps speed
