@JioCare its been 4 months i am repeatedly complaining about the poor internet of jio here at Nandapur koraput odisha but jio is talking no action in solving this as it is the only service provider here #jiomonopoly #digitalindia

@JioCare There is a need to install a new Jio Tower network at this place! The camp location has a lot of network problems. We have also complained about this to you many times but officially we have not received any reply. @reliancegroup @reliancejio

@reliancejio It's over 15 days am following up for an issue. Since the 5G rollout, my 4G dongle AR series has stopped working in Mumbai but works fine in other parts of the country where it's 4G. Service Centre advised me to buy new dongle. Shouldn't Jio take care of this issue?

@JioCare Every time if one makes a complain your team just write on the twitter wall that you are responding and trying to help but actually your team sleep over the issue. It would not have been possible to resolve any query in over 3 months . Shameless @_MukeshAmbani

@JioCare I asked for a new fibre connection and even paid a 3 months advance rental.But the connection could not be installed due to technical issue. Its been one month since and I have not received the REFUND.

@JioCare At this time also, electricity has gone and its non functional for more than an hour. This is causing inconvenience to Jio customers. Due to this problem, I have recharged my number of another service provider to tweet and register my complain.

@JioCare It's been 3 day of complain. Jio has not fix the issue. They have not called me as of now even I have provided my contact details. Govt is providing better service then this Jio. Shame.

@JioCare I am an active customer and No internet in my home since 7th December and I have raised 3 service requests so far for my Jio fiber issue but no proper response from service team till now. My service requests were keep on closing without any action.
