    @JioCare Still my issues haven't been resolved. In DM your replies aren't to the issues that I am facing. Instead of checking the fault at your end you are just replying monotonously.

    @JioCare There is a need to install a new Jio Tower network at this place! The camp location has a lot of network problems. We have also complained about this to you many times but officially we have not received any reply. @reliancegroup @reliancejio

    The executive asked me to call customer care, I followed the same and customer care asked me to send bank details for the refund which i did, but its almost a month now, no one came to pick up the router nor the refund is received! @reliancejio your guys just keep calling....

    @JioCare Few days telling lie. many months I face this issue I also complaint against internet before 3 months ago. But still no improvement because jio only one super power in network monopoly market in telecom company
