    @JioCare Is there anyway to contact customer support. No reply when I sent DM to your inbox. When I choose chat option from mobile app, no one replies for 3-4 hours. Called on 1800-889-9999 four times & call doesn’t connect to any human. Wifi not working despite doing recharge.

    @JioCare More two Days had left but not even single call received from customer service end of @JioCare . Respected @TRAI kindly suspend the @reliancejio license from Gujarat on urgent base. If they unable to provide service to customer.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I m unable to use jio no. despite of recharge accepted by Jio. I sent more than 15 mail to jio customer care but even after 20+ days issue isn't solved. After more than 10 times telephonic conversation they give me complaint no. Do the needful..

    @reliancejio I want to process for ESIM for Iphonexs Max but the problem is , I cannot contact on any of your jio store in Nikol and naroda, Ahmedabad Gujarat, half of the numbers are incorrect and others are not receiving, all information are wrong on google page

    @reliancejio My uncle's number which ends with 702 has been suspended without info from joi on pretext of telemarketing, which is false. On contacting customer care they raised a service query which showed resolved after 24 hours but issue wasn't resolved on re connecting with

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat JIO knows how to trouble a customer. All our devices are jio connected including TV, since 3 days there is no Jio connection. Called customer care 10 times, they disconnected my call midway so many times. It is such a hassle for everyone!
