    Still i had not received any reply from airtel. I think this is the differ between JIO and aitrel were jio done good work and make signal availble where as airtel is still not resolved my query even after 1year airtel stop showing ads that we want zero complain.@JioCare

    My internet is not working properly since 5 days in games the ping never goes down from 968 ms and Instagram is not working at all.. Even your own chat support is not working what can i do? @reliancejio

    @JioCare @sakshamvinayak Quick response from @JioCare while someone complaining from diff. Network like airtel, idea but when jio customer complain they just ignore it and not solve their problems. troubleshoot it's manipulating.

    @JioCare My customer complain ID is MR0000YG51LX Been facing internet connectivity issue for last 3 days & each day we get an answer from your cust. care that it will take 2 hrs for the tech. issue to resolve. I have just placed the complain.. let's see if it starts in 2hrs
