    Dear @reliancejio , @Idea , @VodafoneIN , @BSNLCorporate I'm an @Airtel_Presence postpaid customer, unhappy with the connectivity. I'm on 349/- plan & getting some rental discount. But not getting enough data, and also getting charged for hellotune. Suggest me ur best plans.

    Hello, I am facing internet issued in my area where I am living. Its very hard to useed internt in home. Network is near to my home but between home and network one skyscraper building overe there so possible getting issued because of that so solve this issued asap @reliancejio

    Seriously this #Jio firstly ruined the whole telecom industry in India and now they are pathetically delivering their services sometimes data doesn’t work, calls dropped, SMS got failed and after raising issue they ask so many things but they never solve the issue @JioCare @TRAI

    I have never expected such a bad signal and service from @JioCare .At the initial stage i thought as a customer i should inform them but after 92 days no result and 90 days is @reliancejio promise in attached message. Please do let us know if you are unable to fix this issue.

At ahmedabad and gujarat the network was good but the out state coverage was as expected. And I'm on out circle tour for 10 days atleast out of month. So.... Looking towards @reliancejio now.

    visited @reliancejio @JioCare store for replacing a sim, they informed me very casually that thy don't have a new sim & if i cn arrange a sim from anywhere they can activate it, my exprnce with that store hasn't been good, only once out of 4 times I got a resolution of my concern

    Hey @Airtel_Presence My internet is DOWN since 7th August 2021 and today is 11th August 2021 and till now no one has even tried to resolve the issue even after various escalations. I am gonna wait till 12 noon then I'll switch to @reliancejio.
