@JioCare @TRAI We are facing problem very single second and you don't hv any responsibility to short it out in a day?? It took 2 3 days to reach to the customer care, and we have to wait 2 3 days to get proper ans from you. And thn you come up with 0 solution. There is no value of complaint??

@reliancejio There is network issue from past week, called to customer care and she replied it is because there is lot of user in your area plus she said I can't commit withing how much time this issue will be fixed. @TRAI can you please look into this? #jionetworkissue

@JioCare @gspapani It is quiet unfortunate that, if there is any issue with service provider than they vl ask you to send direct massage/not to share any detail publicly for their failure If customer has made some mistake than simply service provider withdraw themselves. How poor v r as a customer

@JioCare from past one week network is so much poor can't even load web page, called customer care regarding same but she said it is because of more user in your area and also said I can't tell you by what time your issue will be resolved. I used to work on Jio hotspot 1)

@reliancejio @JioCare Service id 299291033996. Despite advance quarter payment, sony app premium not working. If you change plan, it is your concerned. Once you pocketed my money, you can't discontinue service. Not expected atleast from you.

@JioCare phone network has gone kaput since 5G update! Regular calls dropped/no voice 😡 Also network keeps switching from 4G to 5G and signal strength goes to single bar! Terribly disappointed. If not for wifi I'm basically offline. Somehow spam calls always make through!

@JioCare Jio support says to raise a request through app and the app doesn't take the location and when called technician, he says need go check port physically near your location and his tomorrow is still on the way since a month. Frustrating to pay money and suffer this way.
