Dear, @reliancejio I've been facing the slow internet speed for more than many months. Whenever I call the customer care they have only one answer "Our team is working in this location" since I've converted to @reliancejio.

SR is SR00001F2ALE My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic service. Your representative are not responding to our request of resolving our issue. They resolve the issue on application without addressing it. Customer care is also not giving any assurance. Kindly do the needful.

Before, taking action on 5G you must have to improve your 4G networks. Because mostly the middle class and below that are using @reliancejio I believe they all are facing problem but the thing is that people won't speak out. But, I have spent my money and It's not worth it. #Jio

Just had a retention call from @JioCare for my jio post-paid number. Initially I was unsatisfied with my previous experiences with customer care, but this guy, named Ajay Chauhan, was so polite and convincing that I’m planning to stay with #jio. Jio, that man deserves a raise.

@JioCare @reliancejio #jio calls issue still continues. Both incoming outgoing has problems last 2months. Incoming calls aren't coming. Missed calls smses alerts are coming late. #jiosignal is pathetic. no resolution. Even in con call aln't connecting sometime.

@reliancejio @JioCare it’s Fraud to force u r custmr to buy unnecessary prdts along with a replacement sim which only cost ₹25/-. Visited u r store and they forced me to pay 175/- to buy a replcmt sim. Even recorded exe voice as evd. Such a terrible exp.
