    @reliancejio Team have you missed out Gujarat State for your 5g services, it was told Ahmedabad will be the first one to experience the services but it seems the otherwise any problem?

    @JioCare You should checkout how other platform will initiate the payment. No one recharge or pay bills without notified how this amount is going to cut. Very bad implementation of @MobiKwik @MobiKwikSWAT.

    @JioCare fibre down since 2 days, no response to complain. That's how they go about it, penetrate the markets cheap then render you at their mercy, the @reliancegroup ways.

    @JioCare kindly consider this STB pickup is pending from last 40 days. No one is responding. Complaint number CO0000NC7KIQ. Even I didn't got my refund. Of prepaid acount.

    This @reliancejio service so dam.. Bad.. I have 1.5 gb every day plan.. But after 1 gb the speed some how gets so much pathetic that you can't even use twitter properly.. @JioCare do something

    Just had a retention call from @JioCare for my jio post-paid number. Initially I was unsatisfied with my previous experiences with customer care, but this guy, named Ajay Chauhan, was so polite and convincing that Iโ€™m planning to stay with #jio. Jio, that man deserves a raise.

    Recently I had a very horrendous service from Jio, agent was Anjali. She misguided me, just to get promoters. Manuaverly she forced me to go out for store visit to get the sim, which was not supposed to be delivered as it was already allotted to somebody. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare Jio Home WiFi service in my area has become extremely distressful. Internet signals are completely unavailable. Despite restarting the router multiple times, the issue still continues. Kindly resolve the network problem in my location asap @reliancejio

    @JioCare It has been resolved today. After complaining so many times in a 13 day span. I complained on the 8th of May and it was just a broken wire which had to be repaired took 13 days. Thanks for this prompt service.

    @CryptooIndia @reliancejio @reliancegroup first act on Airtel they deliberately putting jammers in ther telecome poles in area where only airtel network will work Jio will show network but won't work. Airtel par action lo bhai pehle...as consumer jio band karne ka soch rahe he indians.

    I have already completed pymnt for JioFiber installatio 16 may26 but the installation has not been done yet. The assigned techns are not rgrdn to calls.Such pathetic and horrible service provided Jio such bullshit Even not connect to customer care . @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @jio_gigafiber @_MukeshAmbani You guys havenโ€™t resolved my concern. Why should people take your Jio Fiber connection if, whenever a disruption happens, you only fix it after 3 days? Until then, the customer suffers.People should seriously rethink before choosing JioFiber
