Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

@JioCare @reliancejio Customer care ensured that local engineer will callback and do the installation but no response after 4 days. For every request to get processed, we have to call 100 times. #Jio is Least bothered to retain its customers. #Ambani

@JioCare @reliancejio #jiofibre is a waste of time and money. Pathetic customer support service. It took you 1 week for providing connection after payment and again 4 days when a minor fault came and now it's been 4 days since I have registered address change request.

since last few months while watching movies on @JioCinema its getting stuck for 10 to 15 seconds bcoz of this i m not using this app it containts lots of movie which is too good to watch but only n bcoz of this issue i m not using it please solve this issue @reliancejio @JioCare
