Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

@JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare worst customer service I have ever seen. Requested for a fiber connection on Thursday , provided all documents and paid the registration fee. Nobody contracted me after that. I even escalated the issue. Pathetic.
