Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

@JioCare service is getting worse day by day.. broken voice calls and almost no network coverage indoors... even getting 1-2 point network signal outdoors..what the @reliancejio and @JioCare is doing since 2 years..got tired of this now. #worstjiocoverage

@JioCare I have to dial 10-12 times any number to call and even when i am trying to call 198 it's automatically gets disconnected. Trying to reach out your customer care from last 15 min. Everytime it gets disconnected. Such pathetic service it's timeto port to @Airtel_Presence

@gopalkmr99 @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio don't move to jio... it's better to go with Airtel.. I'm suffering this jio since 2 years in hope that it'll resolve it's network coverage issue and internet speed.. but nothing happened till now. Moving to airtel.. You'll have to regret aftr moving to jio.
