Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

@DoT_India @JioCare Now how many times I have complained in the last 2+ years and each time you forward to the concerned TSP/Division, however do you followup or is there a record if any solution was provided by @reliancejio or just lip service. Cc honorable minister @manojsinhabjp

@JioCare Had bought Jio fiber on 7th June and the installation date keeps updating from 8th to 9th and now 11th is this a joke? Do yr service value their customers time at all?All this after I informed the guy that I want it up and running ASAP.Pls end this it's nt fun nemore
