Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

@JioCare I have a plan of 150 mbps , speed is coming of 1 mbps (your own app says it). Filed a complaint SR000013WX1H on January 31 , service engineer didn't visited to fix it and marked it closed , again raised it on 7th feb and till now he hasn't visited to fix it & closed it.

@JioCare You can't resolve customer's issue&so you just playing with customers asking personal info.instead of trying2understand the simple issue which described in simple english language above.I won't share personal no. as the issue not dependent on individual no. instead with jio phone
