    Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

    @DoT_India @JioCare Now how many times I have complained in the last 2+ years and each time you forward to the concerned TSP/Division, however do you followup or is there a record if any solution was provided by @reliancejio or just lip service. Cc honorable minister @manojsinhabjp

    @JioCare pathetic and pathetic service. Now I understand why we need to not trust Ambanis, in DM they say we are just sending. SMS says we will send somebody tomorrow. Been 6 days already

    @JioCare An engineer was scheduled to visit me 09-01-2021 at 15:30 for installation of my JioFiber connection. Neither did he come nor are the service providers picking up the calls. Very poor service. I'm really disappointed.
