    @JioCare It has been 48+ hours since I raised my SIM porting request, yet no one has contacted me or delivered the SIM. This level of Unprofessional Work and Poor service. I hereby request you to cancel my porting request immediately and refund my payment. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @JioCare I checked Akshay , the problem is multiple SRs raised but they are closed by technical team without resolution and confirmation. I again had to raise another SR. The whole system is behaving fraudulent. Something is not right. Pls get my connect restored.

    @JioCare Installed Jio AirFiber and it’s been trash from day one—zero speed. Filed multiple complaints, no fix. The last support call was rude agent went on a Marathi rant. Check your call recordings and fix this.
