    absolutely terrible customer service, the earliest engineer appointment I’m getting is after 30 hours & I have paid full amount for the services, you’ll never accept any delay in that, why the delay while providing customer service? This is the 3rd time!!! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare my internet is down, given a slot for tomor 3-4 pm. Not able to reach pre recorded message is playing. Support exec said will manage ur connec temporarily to let your connection work for now which didn’t happen .. who lives without internet in this world now for so long

    Dear @JioCare We can be pen friends now considering I’ve to write to you regularly now! No Internet for 6 days last week. No Internet for last 3 days this week! No one answers calls. When one does via known contacts (Not customer care) no answer is provided. #jiofiber

    @JioCare @JioCare Your engineer came and took my router. Yet the connection is showing on my id. If you don't remove it from my id within the next 5 days, I am filing a consumer complaint against you.

    @JioCare And daring to cancel the order if i want, so how as per your records the resolution in process? On what parameters? This is India. Zero accountability. Even after full payment. Customer is advised to wait while no pressure on the internal staffs.

    To @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN Your Air Fiber service is pathetic. Only as a last resort I'm posting this, after launching a formal service request over yesterday from Myjio app, there was no cognizance of it till date. Also the 'service Engineer' never picks up the call. 👎🏻😤
