    @JioCare extremely disappointed with your service and i am stuck here without network and not receiving OTP abroad. I visited your office and the guy was not at helpful and mis guided instead of making me aware about the free service.

    In my area (Mumbai Dadar), Jio has the worst internet service... The internet connection goes down 15 times a month... Jio Fiber and their service are absolutely terrible. I would urge people not to use Jio's services. @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare till now my issue has not been resolved and SR has been closed from your end. Yesterday I raised a new SR and engineer was expected to come on today 5 aug. Which got scheduled automatically for tomorrow. I need visit today SR number :SR00003D6SY5

    @JioCare @reliancejio is such a lousy service provider that if someone shown intrest in thier #Jiohome services, that they close the service ticket without informing the customer what is the issue? Arrogance. Even when DM'd with the problem, there is no revert at all. 😴😪🥱
