    @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare I am a post paid customer of jio and have been facing issues with one of my child accounts post recent upgrade. Unable to make calls for more than a week and very poor response on all channels. Taking this route as a final option for quick resolution.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is still not resolved and it's been nearly a month since the issue was first reported. On DMs only promises recd of resolution but the case hasnt been attended yet at all. @reliancejio please help in porting all the family plan numbers with you

    @reliancejio -using your network @RBI why bank do repeated calls, if customer deny 1time. Is there any instructions from your side? @TRAI why do i need to waste my time 2 call for DND? Why network company is not stopping such kind of calls. Did i say them to use my no. for this?

    Situation of @reliancejio now a days- 1. TOO MANY USERS USING AT THE SAME TIME 2.ISSUE WILL BE SOLVED SOON 3. GIVE US 27 DAYS 4.PLEASE DM US CONCERNS For the record none of these r helping customers who r facing serious network issues & They don't reply DM's

    @JioCare JioFiber Service ID 400124747188 It's been a month my connection is deactivated but my devices are picked up yet , have already done so much followup and everytime gets assurance of device pickup and security refund but no luck .

    @reliancejio @JioCare always Jio service is pathetic. Customer Care are really worse, simply saying *technical team are on job* but never get resolution. BSNL is still better than you. Airtel is doing better as usual.

    @JioCare I have been chasing you guys from past 1 week regarding refund of my security deposit but you guys are just careless and not taking any actions. If you cant provide a service you have no right to harass the customer and hold their security deposit.
