    Fix your Tower @JioCare, when will you activate it. It's been years now i have shared my location. Do some thing about it. Location lat 22.2 long 62.6. Kindly update me the Progress report of the Tower.

    @JioCare your fibre connection is poorest, even local isp are far better than yours. We regret choosing your service. Getting restoration and disruption messages in every 5-10 minutes. Very unprofessional.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago I've raised 10+ complaints and made countless calls to customer care. Every time I'm told an engineer visit has been scheduled, yet no engineer ever shows up and the issue remains unresolved. I'm paying for a service that I barely receive. If this isn't resolved immediately.

    @JioCare @JioCare again same issue have came back , it seems your towers can't keepup with wind? Your tower is down again at 395017-395007 First fix your infrastructure properly.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The issue is still unresolved despite repeated complaints. If the installation is not completed immediately, I will escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline. Please take urgent action.

    @DeepaBhadula @JioCare I agree. It seems, @JioCare is sending standard, automated responses instead of prioritizing a resolution. Just a few days ago, I faced the exact same issue and it took 48 hours to fix. It hasn't even been a month, and I am facing the same breakdown yet again.

    @JioCare - You guys will always remain pathetic. Both the internet connectivity is down for bloody 4 hours. If you can't manage the network why the hell you run the business?? Jio sucks.

    Worst service ever @JioCare . I have raised a new connection request.The Request got completed on 8th July and I have made the payment of Rs.3333. The representative promised me that installation will be completed within 48hrs. But still it was not completed

    @JioCare You did not include that the visit got rescheduled today. By tomorrow it will 48 hours without service. this is pathetic. moving to Airtel Wifi
