@JioCare Just to remind the extra ordinary people at JIO that the connectivity has gone down on 13-11-22 at 4:40 pm and the latest commitment to restore the same is for 15-11-22 at 11.29 am. Have been asking since yesterday who does Reliance JIO compensate this loss of working hours ?

@JioCare @reliancejio I did a recharge for my JioFiber on 8th Nov '22, amount was deducted but recharge was never successful, bank confirms that the money was credited to Jio. Tried calling customer care but they keep on telling me to wait. Had to do another recharge next day.

@JioCare my jio number +911413157387 paid 3500 fr 7mth subs..told no need to pay anything for 7 mths..connection disconnected today on 3rd month for non pay of rs.487, & rs.164 due..plzz look into..false commitment..worst service..ur ppl dont pick up now..
