  Complaint No- SR000035G1MV Have been trying to get my jio fibre connectivity issue resolved since 3 days now. The response to the complaint is absolutely pathetic. There is no option to directly speak to anyone if the technician does not visit. 1/2 @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare number retention charge of Rs.20 was incorrectly deducted from my account even though i am connected to the network, receive sms regularly and 90 days since last recharge have not passed. please refund this amount immediately.
