@reliancejio @jagograhakjago @reliancegroup From here issue started, schedule the technician to take the router on 3rd Jan but no one came again we called and schedule the again but no one came. on the 9th again we called and schedule they to commit 14jan but today also no one came.

Hello @JioCare Iam your Jio fibre customer and from last 22 days it is giving very slow internet speed. Your customer care is not entertaining and your sales person form whom i purchase it also ignoring my calls. Pls help me or else i have to other service provider.

Btw the @airtelindia customer care person who took the call on escalation was cool that I might move over to @reliancejio . So that is one positive aspect out of this convo!
