@JioCare @reliancejio I called you customer care to complain about very low internet speed near novelty market, indore. And your customer care executive hung up on me immediately. Your service was the only thing stopping me from partability. Now it has gone bad as well.

reference number SR00001GTQBD closed without any resolution. Still the issue persists. Poor services. @reliancejio - pathetic and poor services that is why your quarterly results are coming poor because you are unable to resolve customer queries and not resolving their issues..

@JioCare - I cancelled my Fiber connection last October. Surrendered the devices at the nearest Jio Center in Dec. Still yet to get my deposit refunded. No help from support as well. Please help. Tickets. SR00001G6PVV, SR00001EZHSH.
