    Fix your Tower @JioCare, when will you activate it. It's been years now i have shared my location. Do some thing about it. Location lat 22.2 long 62.6. Kindly update me the Progress report of the Tower.

    @JioCare hey Jio, after my last DM I got a call from a very helpful agent who assured me a technician would visit my house between 5.23 pm and 6.23 pm to resolve the issue ! LOL ! No one has turned up. Are you guys operating in a different time zone

    Sallehpur,Gopalganj,BR are facing severe Jio network issues for a long time internet speed is extremely slow Despite This time complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest? @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare You guys are simply irresponsible Why are you repeating the statement that a visit has been rescheduled What guarantee are you giving that he will come on the alloted slot He refused to come today and the same guy has been assigned for tomorrow WILL HE COME AND FIX THE ISSUE

    @JioCare Enginner is rescheduling my service request even without asking me . Not able to use wifi service from more than 1 months . Previous you replied it is due to rain but from last days not a single drop of rain in my area Request id - SR00002M1ISG

    @JioCare What an irresponsible reply In customer care service You shud be RESPONSIBLE nd not sorry Its been more than 46 hours of no service from you side, and no one visits When contacted ur engineer say he will not come Nd then you keep rescheduling with a time gap of over 24 hrs
