    @JioCare I have a number that belongs to my Father in Law and the number was not recharged for over 3 months as he was not in town. After his return when he tried using the sim card the sim does not get any reception. What maybe the issue??

    @JioCare Internet access is poor since last yesterday night even unable to browse the search engine. YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter and many other social media App are not functioning properly presently. it is being requested you look into this matter as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Hi, I am struggling to relocate my jio fibre. I am facing issues because of jio backend teams recklessness and Negligency and rude behavior towards its customer. Engineer closed the request without proper reason. Supervisors dont care. Manager speaks in a rude manner.

    @JioCare This is in reference to service I'd : SR00001DWR8Y. My jio fiber has been not working since 24+ hours. I scheduled engineers visit today at 1 pm , neither the engineer showed up nor I received any follow up from your end. Kindly look into the matter on priority.
