    @JioCare We all know and acknowledge the common sense that it will stop once the recharge is done but why do I have to listen to it 3-4 days before expiry itself? Does that make any sense to delay calls just for this stupid alert? Anyways you guys will stop outgoing if the plan expires

    @JioCare So it's better you people give the option to disable the unwanted, interrupting feature The same goes for data usage message as well (atleast it must be at the discretionary of the user whether he wants such alert or not) @TRAI U need to look into this small but annoying issues

    @aajtak Bina puri jankari ke promotion na kariyega ....these ott plans valid only for 1 year after that they do the auto renewal without informing customer and added in Postpaid bills ...fraud #JioCare @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been over a week, since I shared my problem with the JioCare, no resolution has been done and everytime a fake promise of resolving the issue in 2-3 days is made. Is this the customer service, Jio is providing to customers based on fake promises !?
