    @JioCare allow opportunity? From first lockdown to till date no solution received one answer said care officer solution complete in 3 hours Sir they are only passing of time nothing done by them. Afraid to loss the fame or status that’s why only said we try to solve pro. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @JioCare Many times I’ve sent brief descriptions of the issue regarding poor connectivity. Bt always got a standard reply that there’re many users using net at a time. Should I tell all the users to stop using net ? Instead of solving you guys always give a standard reply.

    @JioCare I feel the delaying tactics is that customer would finally give up chasing n the money. I use JIOFIBER, 4 connection Family mobile plan & a JioFI data connection. Pay JIO Rs. 2000+ every month but the Co. doesn’t bother to refund the hard earned money of loyal customer.

    @Tu13_Dekh @reliancejio @JioCare They don't give a ****. I even threatened them with court case and they didn't respond. And after sometime they stopped responding to any threat or any message on Twitter

    @shiny_ashi @reliancejio Pls think twice before taking the connection brother. If you need to shift or disconnect it for any reason..,they will never come and take it back. You will never get your refund. Just a friendly advice. 🙏

    @reliancejio Very Bad experience getting from Jio fiber.Service Engineer was schudled to visit on 3- 7-2021.Daily getting 4 messeges that, it is reschuduled for some other time... Still no engineer is visiting.. What i have to do Mr. Ambani #JioFiber #MukeshAmbani #Jio
