@reliancejio @reliancejio Very poor mobile network at Rajabasti, Sindri, Dhanbad from long time and hundreds of subscriber facing trouble due to slow network. Now many students requires fast network for online classes but all are facing problem. I aspect it's resolved soon.

@kunjmau @VodafoneIN @JioCare Just port out from Vodafone and get connected with any jio care representative for further paper formalities.. But don't forget to clear all dues with Voda before initiating the request. If need pay sum bucks extra to poor Voda 😜

@reliancejio The network signal in my location is strong.. Even though, all the jio users of this location donot get data speed. The max speed goes upto 120kbps.. Facing issue in this location. Complaining frm 6 month.. But still no resolution provided by ur team.. Very poor srvc

@JioCare No. Never received any notification/call/message. First teach the technician to acknowledge the customer then they can fix. I am really regretting that i opt for jio fiber. Airtel is far better in terms of service.
