    @JioCare pathetic service of Jio in Champhai, Mizoram -796321. No network for 2 days already. I have used my jio number for registering in cowin portal. Due to jio network problem, i cannot book for my 2nd dose of covid vaccine.

    @JioCare still the same legendary problem continues from the worlds top 5th brand of frequent disconnection of #Jiofiber service. Last time asked for compensation of days it is being off. But the worst service & customer support still exists in JIO. Never rec'd proper reply.

    Fed up with Customer Service provided by @JioCare for JioFibre. In MyJio app there is no option to talk to any executive. When I drop a mail to support mailbox they tell me to use MyJio app. In twitter, everytime a different executive replies so have to explain everything again.

    Would be great if you actually sent someone to fix problems rather than just stating so on the phone. Your service sucks donkey Kong. And it amazes me how 150 fb of data can be consumed in 3 days when the internet hasn’t been working @reliancejio

    Jio care is helpless to address the issue. my child who has been using phone for his online classes is suffering severely.why should we suffer for jios technical issues @jiocare
