Please resolve this immediately.

Satyaraj (@SatyarajP) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Over 5weeks and still no resolution. Paid ₹10k for the Jio Smart Society plan after being assured it was applicable. Now it's ineligible. Venkat Reddy (Ramanthapur Store) isn't answering calls looks like a fruad he did. Even Customer Care isn't responding.

When I call the assigned technician, he flat-out refuses to do a home visit. How are you running an internet business when your ground team refuses to do their jobs?

Akash Agrawal (@_akashbhau) reported@JioCare I have been visiting the Jio store for the last 3 days to get my SIM opened and your employee asks for Rs 600, otherwise the SIM is not opened. I have called Jio several times and asked for help but there is no hearing and neither is the complaint being registered.

chandrakanth (@chandruvsc) reported@TRAI In home the internet issue huge at peak time.. every time we need full fledge of internet without poor signals...the network provider @JioCare deployed all 'G' but simple browsing speed taking too.. long to load.. think about video call? @TRAI asking questions only..no remedies.
