    @JioCare pathetic service of Jio in Champhai, Mizoram -796321. No network for 2 days already. I have used my jio number for registering in cowin portal. Due to jio network problem, i cannot book for my 2nd dose of covid vaccine.

    Pathetic from @JioCare . My JioFiber connection went down today due to heavy winds damaging the external fiber cable. A technician visited but said Jio no longer replaces fiber cables and asked me to switch to JioAirFiber. I still have 20 days left on my JioFiber plan. (1/n)

    @reliancejio There is constant network issue and voice brake in phone call at my location. Complaint also lodged but no solution. Firstly, it is almost impossible to call to customer care due to complex IVR menu and after call pick by them, no response by them and no solution.

    @JioCare But Jio's network runs terribly, and their recharge plans are the most expensive.

    @JioCare we ordered a JioFiber connection today morning, your agent came to install and we purchased the plan . After that he told us the installation team will come in an hour and its evening now and no response from the agent and your customer care Order number : NO0001EF70UG Kindly help

    Really pissed by @JioCare raised a request yesterday morning, haven't received any resolution, the service engineer does not pick up calls, the support team keeps saying have escalated, while I understand its monsoon, but at least make engineers communicate a proper timeline.

    @JioCare @JioFiber Extremely disappointing experience. Since 15 June, I completed KYC twice, made two payments and received multiple installation dates but the connection was never installed. Repeated delays, poor communication and no accountability forced me to choose another provider
