    @JioCare pathetic service of Jio in Champhai, Mizoram -796321. No network for 2 days already. I have used my jio number for registering in cowin portal. Due to jio network problem, i cannot book for my 2nd dose of covid vaccine.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio I own a Airtel wifi, I raised a service request for transfer of connection on 25th April for shifting on 2nd May. Till date no action, and airtel is continuing billing. Their agent asking to buy new connection. 017212123532_dsl. Why not shift to Jio?

    @Airtel_Presence Your team is saying it cant be fixed today. If you cant fix it in next 1hr, I want to discontinue the service and move to @reliancejio

    Very disappointed with Jio Fiber service. Complaint raised multiple times but nobody has come to resolve the issue. This keeps happening repeatedly. Extremely poor customer support and unacceptable service. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @airtelindia @reliancejio I own a Airtel wifi & postpaid, I raised a service request to close wifi on 1st May. Till date no action, and airtel is continuing billing. Why not shift the postpaid as well to Jio?

    Hey @reliancejio , i raised a relocation request for my JioFiber on 1st may, it got rescheduled 3 times without me being contacted still the request is open. I have been charged even though I'm not able to use the service. Could you please help.@JioCare

    @JioCare That’s happening for past 6 days already, but still no solution I am suffering a lot after taking the new connection from Jio Its has become a headache
