@JioCare pathetic service of Jio in Champhai, Mizoram -796321. No network for 2 days already. I have used my jio number for registering in cowin portal. Due to jio network problem, i cannot book for my 2nd dose of covid vaccine.

after 9 days of complaint initialization i finally got multiple calls from Jio higher offices from region. They immediately interfered and called me back to take my sim from same store. I got my sim without any extra charges. Thank you @JioCare

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Recently ported from Jio to Airtel. However, Airtel service is pathetic. Internet is very slow and now I regret to port from @reliancejio . Pathetic customer service as well. I raised multiple complaints and they say that SLA of recent one. #pathetic

@JioCare @reliancejio When I visited Jio office in my area. Representatives are making us wait for an hour and nobody is ready to take onus and get the issue resolved. Didn't expected this kind of behavior from a company like Reliance.
