    @JioCare pathetic service of Jio in Champhai, Mizoram -796321. No network for 2 days already. I have used my jio number for registering in cowin portal. Due to jio network problem, i cannot book for my 2nd dose of covid vaccine.

    @JioCare Understood, but what about the refund on Rs 4900 recharge for 6 months that was hardly used done in June 22 and we had to disconnect since there was no resolution for no internet for months from jio. Also, Why do I have to keep explaining same thing to all your representatives?

    @RaghavJhanwar7 @JioCare I agree , I also faced similar situation with #JioFiber They don't value their customers now at all. It's not free anymore so guys solve our issues we are paying for the service. #WorstServiiceJio @JioCare

    @JioCare 12 days still facing problems and you guys delay sheduled on 16/08/2022 Your services is so bad please change your services engineer and train before you call for work I love jio But I really hate your services 😞💔

    @DrSangeet2 @IndianTechGuide @reliancejio no bro i think it is a good package. only because of low storage you cannot say whole smartphone is bad but i think they should launch it at 13000 with 64gb storage.

    @JioCare Why is my service request showing the date 19th August but i got a message saying that today the engineer will be arriving can you please look into it? And what time does the engineer will visit to my place I don't have clarity regarding this

    @reliancejio Internet services just worst it is useless to raise the issue with the customer care or the help line they have. It's been more than a month i am facing issue with the internet no proper resolution no proper response
