@JioCare your installation team is bullshit..of panchkula,haryana 48 hrs and installation not done and power supply issue being stated since last 40 hours and still not resolved and they are ready to give money back as they cant do their job on time and just bahana .. poor JIO

Pathetic customer service by @JioCare. I tried chatting, no response. I tried phone support, they disconnected my call twice within 1 min. I wasn't heard. @TRAI . I want complain for poor service by jio. I have questions on my bill of rs 1300.

@JioCare fiber is pathetic service provider. Who hides things from their customers. When i install jio fiber guy who came to install my connection told me that you need to pay 1500 which are totaly refundable. When i disconnected my connection i got only 500nd 1000rs deducted .

@reliancejio @JioCare [4/7] On calling again, the customer care rep informed that now there is another power issue which is escalated to the technical team. After 4 hours, they framed it to be an another issue and escalated it to another team and asked me to wait for a callback.

@JioCare As per your mail the pickup of the router was supposed to happen on 05/06/2022,between 13.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs, and as expected it got rescheduled to 20.45 and again it got rescheduled to 21.30. The message shows that i rescheduled but it was as per service engr convienience

@reliancejio @JioCare [2/7] I tried calling your customer care and it has been 7 times now still the issue is not resolved. Yesterday, the customer care rep whom I connected with, informed me that this is an internal issue which should get resolved by June 5, 2022 2:15 AM.

@JioCare Why shall i recharge? After recharge ur indoor internet slow, worst network coverage. The loss i bear will u pay me?if recharge if my net doesn't work then who will pay back the money which i invest in recharge. 1st you visit here and develop ur internet then i will ve recharge
