    Returned device on 29th August, it's been 12 days since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for the last 12 days for an update but end up getting false promises @JioCare is the worst.

    @JioCare @Akash_Ambani: My Internet is not working since ystrday and all i am getting a response : Extive will cm dnt knw when. CS team does not know anything ,No esclation matrix ,No contact of concern person or engineer. After sales customer service is most important thing.

    @JioCare worst service ever, just 5 days ago your engineer repaired my fiber at it again stopped working today. Your technicians are very poor in service . I have the worst experience with you my fiber stop working in every 5 days. Your technician even not come on time .

    Hey @JioCare , There is a jio tower at a distance of 1 km and still I am getting ****** network. Population of the locality is around 3000 so you can't blame overuse of internet. You are just providing poor internet connection. Accept it & kindly fix this issue asap.@reliancejio

    It would be really great if we could get internet service in our area @JioCare @reliancejio fiber services have been out for a whole two weeks now. And no getting service for two hours in a day does not count.Most of us are beginning to dread the red blinking light on our routers

    @JioCare Very poor service by Jio Fibre. I have requested the Jio Fibre disconnection but till now no one called me .I tried calling jio care number for 10 time ,but not able to connect to jio customer care. Learn something from Airtel on customer delight .
