    Hi @airtelindia Broadband team, This is regarding Complaint: 10094412751 for frequent Internet disconnection raised on 27.10 but till now it's not being resolved. Let me know If i have to switch to other connection who can have better technical team @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    I returned the device on 29th August, it's been more than a month since then. A dozen times, @reliancejio has created a service request but no response on the same. I have been literally waiting for them for an update but end up getting false promises. @JioCare is the worst.

    @reliancejio JioFiber suddenly stopped working & despite multiple troubleshooting it doesn't work. Tried to request for technician services & the earliest service available is on 21st November. Amazing service Jio, keep it up! @airtelindia Are you ready to take in a new customer?

    @JioCare the speed in Bhumkar Chowk area is very poor with speeds of 1Mbps and less please fix asap
