@reliancejio rather than promising offers and vochers, u guys need to work on network connectivity for your customers. Simply saying that you can email us, or can raise the appeal with Appellate focus on giving the quality which you promised on day 1 to all 120 million customers

MyJio app has no option to call customer care, it is so harassment for customer who wants to talk to jio customer care for any issue, actually there is no option under JioCare option. Wow. What is the meaning of this JioCare then!! Only IVR online chat option which is bullshit.

Just take a rough survey to know the boundary of the ONT coverage. 3. WiFi works just like the Cellular Service., define a location where you can place a repeater AP. 1/2
