    Jio is one of the most disdainful network connection i have been using since last one year. It has very slow internet network and very high recharge plans i request everybody not to use jio network anymore @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCareers

    @jiocare worst cuatomer support and service I have e encountered. Nearly it took 2 months for refund process and received only rs.500/- but actual refund is rs.1500/-. Unavle to contact customer care service, only accepting call for new customers not for existing customer.

    @JioCare Pathetic service. I registered 10 days ago for Jio Fibre connection. The executive who came for registration said your box will be installed withing 2 days. Since that day I am only chasing for jio fibre connection. Even didnt receive any confirmation yet.
