    @JioCare @reliancejio More than 1 month have been lapsed. But worst condition of internet connection has not been improved yet in my location. Everytime customer care executive give me new date. But nothing happened yet for improving their network. #JioInterntnetNotWorking

    @JioCare You have pathetic network coverage everywhere from BAndra to Virar. Haven’t used much internet on jio since I moved to this city. And your representative on call told me that network varies depending on location there’s no help to be expected.

You send a failed recharge message to the customer luring her into making a second transaction & then you conveniently activate the same account twice. Highlights your error strewn system design. Glad I skipped being your customer.
