    Jio is one of the most disdainful network connection i have been using since last one year. It has very slow internet network and very high recharge plans i request everybody not to use jio network anymore @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCareers

    @JioCare It looks like Jiofiber does not have SLA for any issue,how long customer needs to wait for the resolution.This is my second instance within a month.We don’t need world class service,just want normal service which can respond as quickly as possible…..

    Coz they can't resolve the issue. Half of my trip is over and I have wasted my money on the international pack! In the end had to buy a local sim for use. But @reliancejio is still not able to resolve nor they would refund my money to me ! THE WORST MONEY SUCKING SERVICE EVER !

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare What is the benefit of joining Jio when I am not getting the service. Internet is running worse than 2G. I think Airtel was batter then jio.. Should I make a Port out if you are unable to resolve the network connectivity issue

    @JioCare Your team is not working at all I don't think any service provider will take that much time to rectify a internet issue very worst experience with jio fiber. More than 10 day's taken but no resolution i get . And what about my recharge wastage.

    @JioCare Will definitely try to switch to airtel as soon as possible. Because you guys have pathetic service. Its not like that you guys are doing it for free, but still you make us feel that you are just doing as a charity to your customer

    @JioCare And they fix the issue within a single day after raising any concern. But you guys just give false hope to your customer. That is why every customer of yours switching to airtel
