@JioCare You have pathetic network coverage everywhere from BAndra to Virar. Haven’t used much internet on jio since I moved to this city. And your representative on call told me that network varies depending on location there’s no help to be expected.

You send a failed recharge message to the customer luring her into making a second transaction & then you conveniently activate the same account twice. Highlights your error strewn system design.
