    The Jio network is very very poor. They are charging money for 4G & unable to provide even 2G speed. The call is also dropping. Hence Jio network is completely useless. We feel us cheated.@JioCare @rsprasad

    @reliancejio @JioCare what's nonsense customer support from jio there is no option to call with customer care. at the time of calling why some nonsense irritating sounds play for recharge while I've already recharged. I face slow internet speed for 5 months but got no solution.

    @JioCare What address provide you everywhere your network is poor. If you not able to provide a great network why should you connect new user with jio please stop this and focus on your service

    Hi @JioCare I had raised a request of Jio Postpaid sim by mistake. I have cancelled it many times but there has been no cancellation. Please cancel this request at the earliest.

    I am sorry to say that at present time the 4G data is worst than 2G. Jio is cheating the of customers . If Jio is will not improve their services then there is no options except to switch over to other network.@JioCare

    @JioCare This issue is raised last three years and your support is not get yet. How many time taken by you to resolve this problem. One hand you said jio is best network in india other hand you confess that there is problem. First you decide your network is burst or better.

    The @reliancejio / @JioCare / @RelJio4g is the worst company ever... I agree that non of the telecom companies provide good connectivity now a days but they listen to their customers. Jio customers care just disconnects the phone everytime I try to register a complaint.

    As usual I have you asked the details & as usual I have given but of no use. It seems that this the usual practice of jio that when any complaint is raised , they will ask the details & not to do anything. @JioCare

    @JioCare There is no service for Jio in Godrej Memorial hospital, Vikhroli East. This is unacceptable! I switched from VI to Jio and am not impressed at all with the bad network coverage!

    @JioCare Its past your appointment time of 10 AM. If it cant be installed today, please feel to cancel and accept that you were not able to provide a connection though the feasibility was there. For such a small thing, have to chase you guys. Disappointed with the jncapability of the team

    @reliancejio @JioCare My jiofiber connection is not working since July 2nd (20 days now) no resolution and yet customer care says they won’t reimburse me or extend the validity for this period. How ethical is that Jio? Bill the client and give no service
