    My Jio Giga Fiber connection is not working properly since last week. It is extremely difficult to work from home with such a bad connection. I have raised service request but it has not been resolved till date. I am very much disappointed with the service @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare What address provide you everywhere your network is poor. If you not able to provide a great network why should you connect new user with jio please stop this and focus on your service

    @reliancejio @JioCare what's nonsense customer support from jio there is no option to call with customer care. at the time of calling why some nonsense irritating sounds play for recharge while I've already recharged. I face slow internet speed for 5 months but got no solution.

    I am sorry to say that at present time the 4G data is worst than 2G. Jio is cheating the of customers . If Jio is will not improve their services then there is no options except to switch over to other network.@JioCare

    As usual I have you asked the details & as usual I have given but of no use. It seems that this the usual practice of jio that when any complaint is raised , they will ask the details & not to do anything. @JioCare

    The Jio network is very very poor. They are charging money for 4G & unable to provide even 2G speed. The call is also dropping. Hence Jio network is completely useless. We feel us cheated.@JioCare @rsprasad

    @reliancejio @JioCare Looting customers in the name of 4g, i am complaining from jan, 2017 about internet slow speed, which is in kbps, they are habitual defaulters, everytime they asked for 60 days, 90 days, 120 days, but no solution, we are paying in full. @DoT_India

    The @reliancejio / @JioCare / @RelJio4g is the worst company ever... I agree that non of the telecom companies provide good connectivity now a days but they listen to their customers. Jio customers care just disconnects the phone everytime I try to register a complaint.

    @JioCare red light blinking in the fibre box every now n then from day b4 yesterday. in the morning it was ok working fine n thn it goes off again n came back to working again. few mins b4 it was not working,again its working now

    .@JioCare @reliancejio Installed Jio AirFiber 100 Mbps plan 5 days ago, but getting only ~15 Mbps speed. Already raised 5 complaints and still no resolution. Extremely poor service experience. Please escalate and resolve permanently.

    @JioCare My concern is specifically regarding the Amazon Lite charges. I had already purchased the Amazon add-on plan, so additional charges for Amazon Lite should not have been applied separately. Kindly recheck my account and reverse the excess amount charged. Please resolve this issue
