    @JKgrievance sir Requesting your good self to take up our concern of poor signal quality by Jio service providers in our area. Despite repeated requests they ( Jio) failed to provide the better facilities of connectivity. @KupwaraCops @shahfaesal @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare there have been nice resolution of complaint since last three days Service request number is SR000013JI99 Internet service is not working since last three days. Though issue has not been attended but you people since last two days closing complaint without resolving.

    @JioCare Hi there are some issues at my location of slow speed & site(tower) off randomly either for 2-3 hrs Or when electricity supplies off. If it not fixed then you will loose a large no of jio customers.

    @JioCare Reply from Pradhan Jio customer care: that now 1299 PLAN IS NOT AVAILABLE WITH DEALERS ON STORE. SO HOW WOULD CUSTOMER OPT FOR THIS PLAN IF HE IS NOT DOING ONLINE TRANSACTION OR RECHARGE FROM APP & DOES RECHARGE FROM STORE. SHALL I SWAP TO AIRTEL?? 🤔#JIO #RELIANCEJIO
