    @JKgrievance sir Requesting your good self to take up our concern of poor signal quality by Jio service providers in our area. Despite repeated requests they ( Jio) failed to provide the better facilities of connectivity. @KupwaraCops @shahfaesal @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Dear Team, Your network is very poor is Greater Noida West many area, and this is not from some days, this issue is from many years, and I can't see any improvement. Even other providers having good network. so I am planning to port to some other providers.

    @JioCare Not fair at all just because of your incapability to repair the issue within 24 hours customers are suffering and you are saying you can't even compensate??? If I wouldn't have recharged for entire 6 month I would have switched to some other network. Very disappointing services

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. Paid Rs.2221.46 (Req No. LR00001E5GP1) but installation delayed for days. Executive Abinash Nath keeps dodging calls, answers once daily, and was rude/threatening on call. Need urgent resolution + action. #JioFiber #Cc

    Complete blackout from @JioCare @reliancejio! Relocation request raised, services shut down, but zero communication. There is absolutely NO WAY to reach a real customer executive. Just automated loops and fake promises. Worst relocation experience ever. #JioFiber
