    @JKgrievance sir Requesting your good self to take up our concern of poor signal quality by Jio service providers in our area. Despite repeated requests they ( Jio) failed to provide the better facilities of connectivity. @KupwaraCops @shahfaesal @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare the Worst service Provider ever. Your customer care Executives can't even provide satisfied reasons for their Bad Services. We want the @OfficeOfLGJandK to look into the matter. The Rural areas are suffering due to Bad Service provided by @reliancejio

    @JioCare I use your ₹1864/month plan with Amazon Prime Lite included. A popup on MyJio asked me to pay ₹1499 to upgrade to ad-free Prime, which I did. Now it says my account is not eligible, and your customer care says I can’t activate it until next year. ~cont

    @achaudhary_ @JioCare @reliancejio These people don't resolve any issues ! They have not refunded my money , my case is open with them from 27 April 2026. I still don't have a resolution

    @Pratham2954 @JioCare @reliancejio I don't know how much fraud is #Reliance , but definitely their technicians are total fraud and incompetent. They deliberately do something to cancel the existing connection & force to take new one just for commission. Something similar happened to me as well. (1/2)

    @JioCare But again and again asked for screenshot, despite fact that I already have shared Screenshot as well as 1min 20nsec. Video showing complete process. Still again and again being asked for screenshot. But no resolution. It's 30+ hr , still no resolution @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare last 1 week we are facing slowness speed on jioair fiber, trying many time to connect with customer care but did get any response,. We vary bad cs by jio care. We are facing some technical issues in ur area team is working on it.. ???? Kya hai bhai😡😡😡

    @JioCare @DoT_India @CJP_for_India speed doesn't change the light color stop making fool either speed will slow or high signal will always be Green you should discontinue your service from our area bcz money taken every month but Service NOTHING

    @JioCare @reliancejio in the past 3 days have raised complaints 6 times on customer care but not a single visit till date! 6 slots selected 6 times tickets raised and yet no response seen. Such pathetic service. Will discontinue the service for sure.

    @jio_fiber Poor customer support from Jio. Unable to raise a complaint through the JioCare app. The email support simply redirects users back to the app. Even after selecting English, the response came in Hindi and I was left waiting for a transfer. Frustrating experience.
