    @JioCare My Jio number 789921065 has very weak network coverage in Jammu & Kashmir. Due to poor signal, I am not recharging this number. Please enable Wi-Fi Calling in J&K so customers with weak network coverage can make and receive calls reliably over broadband/Wi-Fi. #Jio #WiFi

    @JioCare @JioCare I have already checked my DMs. Unfortunately, the response there is the same generic message being shared across all the channals No relevant update, no engineer visit, and no resolution has been provided. My service has been down since 1st July (SR000039YFDX).

    @JioCare My JioAirFiber installation is pending since 5 days. Order NO0001EC0EV0. Original appointment was 1 July 2026. I need immediate installation today or full refund of Rs 2221.46.Please escalate IMMEDIATELY or I will file TRAI complaint today itself.

    The call later moved to the feedback service, where I have ranked the call under dissatisfied response. So I urge you people to stay away from the JioFiber connection. This is how the JioFiber cheat people and make them to pay for the unused data and services. @JioCare @jio_fiber
