@JioCare Not some hours of the day, it is same all along the day hardly 1-2 bars of signal and some complete network blackout, I am repenting my decision of porting to your Jio network. Soon will think of needful alternative, anyway which it is a worst experience.

@JioCare Hi Team, I am facing the same problem again and have DMd the picture of the issue. Please resolve. It's very annoying and difficult for my aged parents. If you can't resolve it, I may really have to change the provider, they are not so tech savvy to deal with it again and again.

@JioCare I payed Rs1500 for JioFiber registration after proper documentation. Order generated but installation team now saying box is not near enough my house. Now what? How to get money back? Poor service!

@JioCare Yes we are facing issue at the same location As mentioned b4 JIO reprentative suggested booster at our premises & we had also had conversation with higher JIO authorities, but the outcome is that we are still complaining #Jio always ask for details & ultimately result is ZERO
