    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir.. @reliancejio @JioCare are not able to provide basic calling network coverage in one of the prime area of Mumbai City.. Neither taking steps to resolve it..and neither being penalized.. 5G-7G-9G don't matter when basic network necessity are not met..

    Just experienced one the worst customer service from JIO. My wifi is down form the past 3 days and I have complaint them so many times but there is no response from them. The service was scheduled yesterday at 10 A.M. but no one arrived to repair the fiber. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioGigaFibre @reliancejio @TRAI Jio Fibre service and support team is a complete cheat & detrimental,had been suffering since last 12days,but they keep on asking for another 24hrs deadline again & again, shameless and a complete threat to your faith on Jio,never go for it.....

    Why Amazon urls donot work on the jio network? I have been facing issues running Amazon workspace on Jio network only. Customer care has no idea. Are they promoting Airtel? @reliancejio

    Very poor service @reliancejio. I have done recharge of Rs.999 for 1 month, Paid 1000 Rs. extra for deposit for JIOFIBER SetTopBox. But neither received STB nor refund. Following up for 2 weeks but no action from Jio Cust support. They don't even give complaint number.

    @reliancejio one of the worst service provider. I call on 11th Aug for relocate but as on till today no any answer or any call from jio.its better go for another service provider
