    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    Dear Jio, on the Live TV Plus app on my set-top box, where I should be able to watch the FIFA World Cup on U8 Sports 1 HD and U8 Sports 2 HD, I can only access DD Madhya Pradesh. This issue is preventing me from watching the tournament. Please fix it as soon as possible. @JioCare

    @JioCare Why you are not giving any option on your JioFiber connection of On/off WiFi option.. we are facing issue everytime that network is connected but No internet. That a major problem which is faced by every user. @reliancejio
