@JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

@JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic customer services, if someone wants to connect to share the problems he or she is facing while using jiofiber, not a single source available where one can talk to a human. Just a bunch of useless bots everywhere (my jio app, helpline no, whatsapp).

You need to understand the inconvenience caused to customer due to your non responsiveness as their entire work gets hampered due 2 this. Pls awake & solve this immediately
