    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    Dear @JioCare Team, It has been a week that I have been facing trouble in making calls after upgrading to Jiotrue5G. Network is not available most of the times and I am unable to downgrade to 4G also. Delhi and Kaushambi Area.

    @ISHWARANSHUMAN @JioCare @airtelindia Don't know what to say.. their customer care has no knowledge about 5g.. I tried to port out from jio.. executive called me and told me that with iphone I can use jio 5g for free as my area is covered by 5g network.. they will give a update with in 24hrs.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Strange that I'm told that there is shortage of Global jio sim from almost a month now that too in Mumbai. Please help on this, I've been struggling to get it and store is not aware of where it can be arranged from.
