    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare Your scheduled time was 9am today,, till now none of your engineer has called me..so again you guys will close the request and make customer suffer,, what the hell is wrong with you guys? Why so much delay in just collecting the device? I need a proper explanation

    @JioCare you are worst customer care service provider I got till this date.. you never pickup phone and if you pickup the phone you disconnect the call without listening the full thing.
