    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare your service is pathetic. @reliancejio is one of the worst service providers ever No commitment to SLAs, such pathetic losers. Just big claims on TV and media nothing more a hollow organisation You folks modify service request without informing customer

    @dave95370 @JioCare Hey, I’ve been facing the same issues. In my case, ive experienced that ag this point, they don’t even care. @JioCare is not bothered on solving the issue, they’ll just give you a default reply here and nothing concrete will happen. It’s so frustrating.

    Jio internet in my area is extremely slow and unstable. Despite paying for a high-speed plan, the service is barely usable. @reliancejio , please check the network and tower performance in my area and resolve this issue urgently. We deserve reliable internet for the money we pay.
