    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @airtelindia Everyday there is an outage and am unable to use Internet. In last 5 days multiple outages were reported and takes 4-5 hours to resolve. If this continues, I will switch to @reliancejio fiber. Our local ISPs are better.

    @JioCare @reliancejio From last 5 days jio internet not working in my location.Very slow internet speed.I even not voice call properly. Too much network problem.Please resolve the issue ASAP. Also I am waiting for #JioFiber but till now not available.

    Does any1 feel that @reliancejio consumes lot of data & its probably faking the data usage thing.Its just 12:40& my data for entire next day is gone not downloaded anything,just scrolling @instagram the worst part,m not even watching reels where is all my data gone @reliancejio

    @reliancejio The so called biggest network of India can't provide a stable network connection in New Delhi near AIIMS after having the paid amount of the recharge. By not providing accurate signal strength. Kudos to the bestest network by providing best service to their customer

    @JioCare Need help, I am not able to activate a plan that I have already done the recharge successfully, your chat doesn't help, not able to connect to the customer care executive, tried activating through IVR using 1991 4 also, but nothing worked for me. Please help.
