    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @loveinair225 @JioCare File a case in consumer court. These people will not resolve the issue. Iam filing for fraud and cheating case where iam neither getting service i paid for not the money back.

    @JioCare I have been without connectivity for the past 15 days. Does Jio not have a single technician left who can fix this issue? I have lodged complaints 15 times, yet to this day, no resolution has been provided.

    @JioCare My jio fiber connection is not working since yesterday morning. Unable to use the internet or watch the TV. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

    @JioCare everytime they schedule installation and cancelled without coming. What type of service is this . Very unhappy with jio air fiber. Order number -SRO0001CSBTQ still not able to complete. Pathetic

    @JioCare Thank you for the response. Please resolve it as soon as possible, as my SIM order has been pending since 16 April. Order No: NO00015DALSL. Looking forward to a quick resolution.
