    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    Dear @JioCare team Please improve your network in my village, Sukhpar Roha, Kachchh, Gujarat. Your network is very bad here; the internet has not been working for three years. We are forced to use your network because we have no other option. We are frustrated.

    @JioCare TKS JIO has let down a CUSTOMER with a genuine issue on JIO APP! I spoke with Mr Pavan as explained to him this is NOT a case of WRONG Recharge made by me! I used JIO APP on 8792069750 to recharge for 8217554658. Realised recharge was done WRONGLY for 8792079750 after seeing SMS

    @JioCare They are now saying I cannot use their services as I cancelled Jio subscription. I am not asking about using Jio but letting me use Netflix outside of Jio. Why block my Netflix account once I cancel jio? @JioCare

    @JioCare what a poor service, Landline no. 011- 35643427 and internet services are down since yesterday. I am only getting fake assurances from your team with multiple TAT for issue resolution but problem is still there. All my office work has been badly impacted.
