@JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

@reliancejio what is typical SLA for fiber broadband complaint. At my place fiber is cut at distribution board, prime suspect another jio team which came for installation. One engineer visited 15 hrs back but was not *authorized* to repair such complaints.wish @Airtel_Presence

Jio gives very bad experience in field of internet. They only increasing recharge plan but not the internet speed. Always every jio user complain to customer care but no response from jio. so we are decided change jio to other company. @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio It is really disgusting that I have no internet connection since morning. The toll free no given is not in existence. If my internet connection is not restored today make it point to disconnect it very unhappy with service.
