    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @JioCare is there any problem in jio. From today morning the service got worse. even jio app is not opening.the speed become worser than GPRS. Kindly do the needful.

    @JioCare @Bharatm000 what ******** customer service department is handled by Jio. Bloody customer executive Gautam Pandey denied creating service request for my Jio broadband connection which is not working properly since February 20th. Can I get an escalation asap

    @JioCare I pay for 4G but I have network speed less than 3G. Why? Since 2020
