    @JioCare We were having excellent network coverage a year ago, untill the Signal Antennas of the Jio Tower located in my Village were re-adjusted. Despite frequent complaints the issue awaits resolution of network issue. Location: Turkpora Bandipora Jammu and Kashmir

    @reliancejio @JioCare why aren't you responding to my jio fiber connection request ..why aren't you providing me the connection and also your customer help literally of no use highly disappointed and yes if my query is not solved I will switch to @airtelindia for sure.

    @JioCare It’s already more than a week! Every time I call customer care, they send a new request but no one comes. I’m surprised at this service!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I placed a disconnection request in Airtel, no proper response and they take more days to process this, in my premises all my neighbours decided to close airtel connection just because of their pathetic service. Jio is awesome here
