SR# SR000036OC5B I’m constantly calling your phone support on a daily basis following up with absolutely no resolution or clear timeline of the SR closure. No communication is initiated from your team. Just false promises that SR will be resolved “today” whenever I call. Bill is due today. I’m not bearing the overdue charges or face suspension of my numbers given it’s a failure at @JioCare end to provide me with a revised bill on time. Please take care of your backend mess at the earliest. @reliancejio
