    @JioCare I have recharged my jio number with rs 181 but there no option to activate plan in my jio app even after my current wfh plan expired, I have also called on 19914 but no help.

    @JioCare Dear Sir/Madam, we have investigated your concern regarding the Service Request SR00001EGMO2 raised by you and found that some of the details required to address your issue were missing, because of which we are unable to take any further action and are closing the service request
