    @JioCare It's been more than 10 days since I completed payment for my Jio AirFiber connection, yet the installation is still pending. No proper update has been provided, and now I'm being asked to pay additional installation charges, which were never communicated earlier.

    @JioCare @JioCare I'm really struggling a lot to get support. Your first line support team gave up on this. Yesterday they completed denied to raise a ticket as well. Everyday I'm facing internet issue for 8-12 hours. If this continues I'll switch to airtel

    @JioCare @reliancejio More than 1 month since installation, and my main complaint SR000033XPCB was closed without my confirmation. Jio's engineer acknowledged a coverage issue, yet no fix was provided. My connection was subsequently closed without confirmation. #JioAirFiber

    @CJP_for_India @reliancejio these telecom companies have monopoly here in our area and they don't provide good internet speed and their local employees manipulating/ making harrassment to customers and Jio care not taking any action. Having very bad experience please help.

    @JioCare I'm experiencing very slow internet speeds (often in kbps) and frequent disconnections over the past 2 months. I've been using your service for nearly 2 years and it was good earlier. I've raised multiple tickets but haven't received a resolution.

    @JioCare pathetic service by jio fibre. Repeatedly asking same troubleshooting steps which does not. Requested for service engineer visit but support team says they can’t do it
