Dear @reliancejio @JioCare @AmbaniTina jio speed is pathetic as 2G. Jio bring revolution in indian telecom sector, but now it is very sad to operate. Plz resolve speed issues in Gohana.

@JioCare @prabhatmilan There is a basic problem that I see. Your priority should be to restore the Esim for my mom. Whether you take action on your store is your internal corp matter. You are in the business of customer service and don’t get the basic point.

@JioCare It has been an extremely horrible experience with your customer support..its been 2 weeks since I raised this issue here and I have received nothing more than the standard reply that your concern has been sent for corrective action, and not even a single action is being taken..

@JioCare From last 2 months you have not able to resolve my service request then how can you generate Bill for the last month. Why should I pay the bill unnecessarily. I know it will take another 3 month to resolve issue. Simply I can't pay you. Please close my connection
