@JioCare Now patience is going over. If like service really sorry not good for a large brand Jio...today three connection one of mine and second of net plus second Airtel in near me both companies resolved the issue..only jio service failed till time not resolved the issue....

@JioCare @reliancejio CustCare seems to be going from bad to worse .Had asked a simple question :- Is Jio blocking Port 25 on the public IPV6 addresses it is giving out on it's Home Fiber connections ? Mail Servers are giving Connection Timed Out errors . Yet to receive an answer

@DoT_India Requesting the department to take some action and take a look into the consumer’s grievances. @JioCare @reliancejio are totally ignoring the customer complaints. Wrong information on the MyJio app should be rectified and the consumer’s funds should be protected.
