@JioCare data speed of jio is reqlly pathetic at my place. Spoke to customer care in the past but with no success. Its been the case from last one year or so and I dont know wats d reason for such low speed when nearby areas have good speed.

@JioCare @reliancejio i had paid for jio fiber connection yesterday and was told by the person who came gor the payment that the installation would be done by today and still it isnt done yet. I had contacted customer care twice and first time the said it would be done by 5:30 pm

@JioCare Hello Team, When ever power cut in my area. I depends upon mobile Internet. But mobile internet for jio sim is not working. I contacted your customers care several times but as usual answer got due to high number of users ur facing this issue. Could you please help 2 fix
