My question is simple: If Jio does not have the necessary equipment to provide the connection, then why are your staff collecting booking amounts, completing KYC, and activating orders? I paid ₹2200, completed all formalities, and my app shows the connection as installed, but no installation has been done at my home. This is misleading and unacceptable. Different environments have different bandwidth, if your phone doesnt support it.. You will face issue no matter whichever network operator.
