    @JioCare @reliancejio - I have a Prepaid Number 9013628872 in my Name but for quite sometime I didn't got this number recharged. When I tried, it didn't happen. Hence called Customer Support but here too denied by stating that the given number has been DELETED because this.

    @JioCare Till now no reply……wow what a customer care service from Jio fibre. So dear all please think twice before taking jio fibre connection. For me service is worst !

    @reliancejio it has been two days since raised request to resolve the issue of internet connectivity in jio fiber. No internet for last two days. Two requests raised in two days. When called second day to raise request, attend of call centre said that your issue has been resolved

    @JioCare @reliancejio Still not resolved my network issue problem. Every time you guys told me that You are at good network area but you are facing slow internet issue due to many user using internet at same time. We need full corrective action report from your side.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio AirFiber is having one of the worst customer services. Even after sending mails, there is no acknowledgment from your team. Call center is fully automated and every time the call gets auto disconnected saying “we are facing issues in your area”
