    My Airtel SIM has the most network problem, giving the most useless service in today's time, the Airtel SIM and the problem is not resolved even after complaining, in 1-2 days, if the problem is not resolved, then Jio is ready....@Airtel_Presence @reliancejio 😡😡

    @reliancejio it has been two days since raised request to resolve the issue of internet connectivity in jio fiber. No internet for last two days. Two requests raised in two days. When called second day to raise request, attend of call centre said that your issue has been resolved

    @JioCare 10 days. Zero action. @Jio keeps lying with the same line: "Engineer will visit tomorrow." No engineer. No resolution. My child can't study, I can't work, 10 families in Raheja Complex, Sundaram A1 are affected. the most irresponsible customer service. Shameful.

    @JioCare then been on a call with customer care executive and it's still going on and the guy on the other side is giving no response for last 20 minutes. One of my flatmates had to take his office calls in a public place apparently because of this inconvenience by Jio.

    @JioCare Of late it seems jio has put some cap on the internet speed. Worst part is to use jiocare app using @airtelindia sim. How do I get to raise the complaint with the ombudsman.
