No internet for last two days. Two requests raised in two days. When called second day to raise request, attend of call centre said that your issue has been resolved

I pay ₹2.5K+ every month, yet my 100 Mbps Wi-Fi often struggles to cross 40–50 Mbps. At night, it sometimes disconnects completely, forcing me to switch to Jio. At this point, is it finally time to switch to @reliancejio ?
