@JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber was not working due to heavy rain in kolkata. Lodged complaint in morning and engineers visited at 8pm and said that I have to cancel my existing connection and have to purchase new jio fiber. If I pay them 1300 rupee personally they will repair.
