    @reliancejio @JioCare -This is an update I received from Jio. A Jio site has been planned in your area & is expected to be functional in the next 90 days, after which you should get seamless connectivity. Are you guys serious like it will take 90 days to fix this problem. What a TAT?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, I would like to port my number to #Jio with @DisneyPlusHS plan! For the same I need some information but when I was tried your customer care it's always coming busy after waiting for so long time and retailer not able to give me any kind of resolution!!

    @reliancejio I have already registered multiple times on your site. The problem is that our society management says Jio has not seeked permission for cabling in the society whereas Airtel has already done 50-60% of cabling. When does Jio plan to request permission from our society management?

    @JioCare Booked my connection on 2nd Sep, still not installed.. how long does it take? Are you creating an illusion of high demand and low supply or your service is truly bad!! This was raised previously on DM too, with no satisfactory outcome.

I am not going pay anything for this month as I am not able to use your network since 45 days. I have to withdraw after 13 years due bad service from Airtel.

    @JioCare @reliancejio is not able to full fill customers need! If you can't able to give a solution to your customer then I don't think you are the best!! I simply want to port my number to your network with the @DisneyplusHSVIP plan but you people not able to handle this!!!

    @JioCare is it fair to say that you don’t hear customer at all? I applied for trial of JioFiber 2 weeks ago. I contacted you on twitter a week ago. Still, after multiple consecutive missed installation date later. I have no connection at my home. #fedup

    @reliancejio Not getting call and Your network is very bad, neither a call comes because the network is not reachable, it shows the call end while making the call. Many times call cus. care but they say that your network is right. Customer care compilers do not write complaint

    @reliancejio Jio-Claims broad internet network across PAN India. But is it true bcoz my internet speed a 5 kbps from the last 5 days,called 3 times n Jio reply is we are working to get fix soon but not yet. QQ-why Jio false claim to enable best internet facility? Useless network

    @JioCare Do you have reasons why engineer visit getting cancelled repeatedly (4 , 6, 9, 11) Feb - all got canceled. Jio Fiber team is really very very bad at service. You may need to learn from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , they never close any request without confirming with customer.

    @BismayInvests @reliancejio Never happens in tech company. There is wide difference bewywen mechanic shop and innovation lab. Reliance is mechanic shop (aspiring to built one innovation lab) but amazon game is different altogether. Let’s see who wins.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I want to inform a very very bad internet connection in my area .The problem is existing for 4months now. I talked to the jio care ,they told the problem will be fixed ,but no improvement. The poor network connection is due to no tower in a radius of 4km.
