@JioCare Can you please educate yourself staff so as they don't ask SR number when there is an outage. Jio fiber support don't give SR numbers and complaint resolution executive don't work without one. What a irony!!

After Vodafone merging with Idea, this is also troubling in network stability. Was thinking to port in Jio but now many towers are destroyed, so not sure its connectivity.

@JioCare Since mid of November we are facing problem with internet... Very poor internet service, it work for couple of hours in morning or night hours, n throughout the day, we hardly able to open a webpage... If this persist further then I will go for MNP...We are fedup now with Jio
