@JioCare Second Recharge , was not required . Your system has picked up this no. POST PAID no. 9810985479 , of its own . We have not requested for this. This is the main issue , for which we requesting Jio , for a Refund of Rs.2399/- for a wrongful transaction . Plz doTheNeedful

such a pathetic services by @JioCare @reliancejio the agents doesn't know how to troubleshoot the issue and they dont even know to log service request on the issue. Jio should allow user to log the service request directly from myjio app as their agent dnt wanna log a case

@JioCare Can you please educate yourself staff so as they don't ask SR number when there is an outage. Jio fiber support don't give SR numbers and complaint resolution executive don't work without one. What a irony!!

@JioCare Jio has been providing worst service. I have been frequently contacting to fix the issues but they are reluctant. They have not been providing services since 11th March but paradoxically charging for it. Can we call it extortion when money is charged without services? Never buy.
