    @JioCare - Your service request number is SR000014XEEJ. You will receive an update by 14/05/2021 08:27. Even after registration of complaint ur people close the complaint as REJECTED without any resolution as information was not captured.

    @reliancejio . My issue is I had requested For Recharge to my friend’s Jio mobile no.9953765943 for Rs.2399/- ( 1- year validity ) , yesterday on 15/3/2021 For this Recharge , this amount of Rs.2399 has been deducted Twice ,{ Rs4798 has been deducted } PlzHelpforRefundOf2399

    @JioCare @reliancejio hello there, I ported my number from Airtel to jio two days ago but till now my number has not been activated.. I have been told that my number will be activated within 24 hrs but it's been 3 days now, nothing has been done. That's bad.

    @JioCare Can you please educate yourself staff so as they don't ask SR number when there is an outage. Jio fiber support don't give SR numbers and complaint resolution executive don't work without one. What a irony!!

    @JioCare Second Recharge , was not required . Your system has picked up this no. POST PAID no. 9810985479 , of its own . We have not requested for this. This is the main issue , for which we requesting Jio , for a Refund of Rs.2399/- for a wrongful transaction . Plz doTheNeedful

    My house was just behind the tower then also I'm not getting internet. I can understand some times network traffic will be but every day I'm facing this issue especially in these two days I had faced so many issues with jio network. Please make servers stable @reliancejio #jio

    @JioCare Regarding refund againt my ordr#NO0000IDEYCN.It's been more than 25 days and the amount is still not credited to my account.Have raised multiple complaints will jio fibre support but without any resolution.Had not expected such service from reputed organization like jio.
