Finally, got #Airtel fibre installed and connectivity restored (tweeting on Airtel n/w). #JioFiber can now happily keep ignoring customer's pleas I feel sad my hard earned 💲 is down the drain, but atleast I can resume WFH. Thanks @airtelindia Goodbye @JioCare and good riddance

Customer care at 198, live chat and twitter...all of them said that network is perfect / resolved. Ya to ye khud ullu h ya hume ullu bna rhe h

@JioCare Didn't liked your private message, I already know that switching to postpay will forfeit my 10 months prepaid plan. That's why I asked another solution. Switching will cost me around 2000. Plus monthly bill of 999. It will cost 12000 for 10 months There must be another way.

@JioCare I have recharged the Jio Fiber with 999 plan but OTT apps are not activated on mobile number associated with my Fiber plans. Tried to call your customer care, but it took 15 minutes to just work on automated recorded options and then I could give up. What to do about it.

@JioCare was it very difficult to arrange a call back. You guys asked for the time, I replied back, what else do you want to arrange a simple call back to a given number. There is a voice problem, you can understand it only if you call.

Team @reliancejio @jio you are the worst network I even saw, your indoor coverage is pathetic and you people should work on it. I am going to switch to Airtel as you don't care about the customer service. You people will loose lots of customers because of this.
