@JioCare @MUKESHAMBANl LTE service is day by day decreased. Sector 13 gurgaon area Jio speed is very slow and we all suffering net issue..Now again we have switch other network if you will not get better solution. Pls help and improve service .

Very poor quality @reliancejio network and advisor behaviour also poor quality. He guides me how to convert @reliancejio to @airtelindia. Advisor only thinks about time reduce but without giving exact information. And doesn't give me previous sr update. Very poor @reliancejio

They are investigating n engg visited n accepted that 4G is not at all available n they will shortout the matter. But RJio has copy paste answer: Network in area is perfect.
