    @JioCare @Sachineb I have ported in one of my prepaid Vodafone No. into Jio post this experience but regrettably I have to say that it was even a worst decision I have made. Ported in for my jio data card but worst network coverage.

    @JioCare 2 separate SRs’ raised for one problem, service engineers calling to fix time per their convenience, customer can go to hell they say, we work per our convenience not yours, amazing customer service by Jio fiber, keep up the good work

    Amazing service by Jio Fiber, first they get me to pay for 1 gbps platinum plan, now refuse to address slow speed complaint despite 2 SR numbers generated, only empty assurances, been 3 days now, Relaince at its best, amazing customer care, @JioCare, @reliancejio, @reliancegroup

    @JioCare @reliancejio doesn't give shit abot customers complaint. Request u to please disconnect our connection of jio fiber. The set top box doesn't doesn't catch the connection from router. Not at all user friendly. Please refund our money back. Third rate service

    @reliancejio : Jio Fiber installed on 2nd September. I am in free look period. Faced and reported few problems and service request number is SR000016N37G. The problem was to be resolved yesterday. None has come so far. Surprised the response is like this in the free look period.
