    @JioCare @reliancejio I called 198 from Jio number. Hi this is Pallavi Mohan the interaction number is MR0000PPG3P0 the Person's name is Naveen kumar and he was very rude. We spoke at 14.20pm. Please train your employees. Email complaints, customer calls do not work with Jio!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I cannot transfer my esim from my iphonexs to iphone 11 pro,I remember submitting my aadhar card but this time i submitted my passport as u have stop accepting aadhar card for verification,ur email states name on sim change vs customer on caf not matching.

    @VodafoneIN Hi @VodafoneIN still the issue is not resolved and this is quite critical. I am using two sims one same phone. The other one is @reliancejio i am able to make call from it to the same number on which i am not able to call from Vodafone sim. It's been 7 days now.

    @JioCare Same speed problem. At times data speed is very low. Secondly your data usage is quite wrong. My Cmptr shows data utilisation as 35 GB, whereas as per your records, data usage reaches 100 GB within 20 days,when I don’t download any file/ movies or heavy stuff

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's a shame that Jio could not keep a track of it's own pre-paid plans as commited. I am using OnePlus 6T under a fixed 299 recharge offer but that offer is disappeared from MyJio app for second time in last 3 months. Poor service. @ConsumerReports

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber support is very worst. I had an issue with my connection and contacted a local executive and told him the issue and he told me that he would send an associate. It's been 5 days, till now he didn't send. Even I called and msged him thrice this week

    @JioCare @reliancejio One of the worst customer service of Jio. My WiFi router gets frequently disconnected and half of the time right light is blinking. No resolution since yesterday. Hope it gets fixed soon or else I'll have to shift to a different network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio He told me that he is a manager and will send an associate ASAP. He simply ignores my messages and never replies back. At the time of promotion in the streets, they beg like anything... sir please take Jio fiber, sir please take Jio fiber. Once installation is over, no one cares.
