@JioCare Didn't liked your private message, I already know that switching to postpay will forfeit my 10 months prepaid plan. That's why I asked another solution. Switching will cost me around 2000. Plus monthly bill of 999. It will cost 12000 for 10 months There must be another way.

Airtel literally starts calling you day and night if you tweet you wish to Port your number from @airtel to @ViCustomerCare or @reliancejio but that's only to waste more of your time & do nothing about the issue. Again am expecting calls from them but I am not wasting my time.

@JioCare Again a person called today asking what the problem is. I find it so amazing that after complaining for 10 times at least @reliancejio team still does not know what the problem is. I have asked many times to send the wiring team as it is a wiring issue in the main box.
