    @reliancejio I was trying to connect to Jio Customer care from last two days but didn't find any way on Jio app, I was being answered by bot for few prefilled questions. I made a yearly recharge in advance which had Hotstar pack including,but it's not working now

    @JioCare Sorry but not satisfied with your service want to port 4 postpaid and one prepaid sim but your perosn is asking security for prepaid and prime charges 99 per sim for all nos I think better off continue my numbers than as airtel not having such charges

    @JioCare they always told, many users at the same time that's why I am getting slow speed and call can't be connected. @reliancejio can you tell me if you know that there are many user in perticular area, then you should increase your bandwidth or lower the price of recharge.
