@reliancejio I was trying to connect to Jio Customer care from last two days but didn't find any way on Jio app, I was being answered by bot for few prefilled questions. I made a yearly recharge in advance which had Hotstar pack including,but it's not working now

@airtelindia I thought you are best I switched from vodaphone to Airtel and also not used Jio because I thought Airtel is no 1 in India. But I realised you are worst network in India. I am going to switch to @Jio if network not looks good by tomorrow. #airtel #Jio @JioCare

@reliancejio pathetic customer care and pathetic service and network coverage today there is complete outage for 20 minutes and customer care se baat karne ke liye pagal kar dete hai ye dabao woh dabao and postpaid customers ke liye koi bhi dedicated relationship manager nai hai
