    @JioCare @jyotiranjan_lj Bro no one cares sab public ko attract Karne k liye tha... But still I thanks to jio cause they made other service providers plans cheaper, so now I am using a higher speed at low cost network. So now u can also switch to Airtel, Voda or BSNL/MTNL/Dolfine

    @dsojha1 @Airtel_Presence Sir @Airtel_Presence is making fool of customer. I raised a network issue almost 3 years back but still not resolved . They are made of thick layer of flesh they will be replaced soon by @reliancejio if they don’t improve there services

    No wonder @Idea is losing it’s customers.Pathetic service. No network zero customer service. And on top of it they reject port request to @reliancejio basis very flimsy reasons.

    @reliancejio @JioCare impressed with swift email on return of security deposit, will return if you fix your terrible voice network in Gurgaon - many dropped calls or bad voice quality calls, your data is better than @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if not as fast BUT improve voice

    @reliancejio @JioCare bought new sim 5 days back. Sim still not activated. Getting 3-4 IVR calls daily to activate but it’s not getting activated. Customer care says it’s still in process from “our” end. Please resolve asap.

    @JioCare Finally decided to quit this worst network services. Your UPC is JI226956. It will be valid up to 01-06-19 23:59:59, kindly use this upc before expire. UPC should be disclosed only to recipient operator's personnel at the point of sale and not to any other person.

    @JioCare your customer care services are as pathetic as your network.Myjio app is throwing error while downloading postpaid bill and your CC Rep had put call on hold and then disconnected,the other one suggested to reinstall the app 🙆 Pl educate 'em and send the invoices by mail

    @JioCare Please help with SonyLiv subscription included with my JioFiber plan. The SonyLiv app says subscription not active, but it shows subscription active till 25-Feb on MyJio app. Same issue with JioSaavn subscription @JioSaavnCare

    1st complaint raised on 11 Dec. Took 4 more before @reliancejio replaced the device, which was faulty. 6th one open for another replacement. Waiting since 25-Jan.

    @Airtel_Presence Still working on the issue ? No post till now by DM for the so called "Progress" or anyone working there for resolving. It's been a month already please ask your team to wake up. Will consider switching to @JioCare if its not solved aptly.

    @reliancejio One of the worst customer services company EVER! Let's figure out a nickname for that! Taking money for Pre-paid services and then randomly deactivating service without giving refunds... new revenue stream! so creative!!!
