    @JioCare @reliancejio is not able to full fill customers need! If you can't able to give a solution to your customer then I don't think you are the best!! I simply want to port my number to your network with the @DisneyplusHSVIP plan but you people not able to handle this!!!

    @JioCare I know how to recharge ...!! My point is that why Jio Fiber has no offers for recharging via online wallets .. like we have for recharging the prepaid mobiles! Go & check urself, & u would find all the broadband service providers in each of the wallets I've mentioned, xcept JF!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio - Hi, I have your broadband connection since May-20. But it is somehow creating issues for my smart-home automation system now. Checked with our society maintenance and it seems the gateway address IP has to be customized. Please support.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, I would like to port my number to #Jio with @DisneyPlusHS plan! For the same I need some information but when I was tried your customer care it's always coming busy after waiting for so long time and retailer not able to give me any kind of resolution!!

    @JioCare I placed number port request on 10th oct 2020 and paid 849 as security, now more then 12 days has gone neighter got security refund nor got the connection. No response from exutive. It is very disappointing response from jio.#pathetic customer service.

    @reliancejio Not getting call and Your network is very bad, neither a call comes because the network is not reachable, it shows the call end while making the call. Many times call cus. care but they say that your network is right. Customer care compilers do not write complaint

    @JioCare is it fair to say that you don’t hear customer at all? I applied for trial of JioFiber 2 weeks ago. I contacted you on twitter a week ago. Still, after multiple consecutive missed installation date later. I have no connection at my home. #fedup

    @JioCare Booked a Jio fiber connection on 23 Oct and was told that the same will be installed in 24 hrs. The connection is not yet installed and nobody reached out to me for connection. Pls resolve, registered a complaint as well on customer care no but no help. Very poor service

    @reliancejio you can't provide a connection and claiming of uninterrupted service. We are waiting for jio connection at home from last one month and no action has been taken yet. Just deferring the installation date after taking full amount in advance.

    @JioCare When did the policy changed from 14 days to 21 days??why it's mentioned as 14 days in website and in the text msg received also. Is this the way to treat customer. Change policies as your wish at anytime ? Need my refund by tomorrow as mentioned 14days. Not 21days.
