such a pathetic services by @JioCare @reliancejio the agents doesn't know how to troubleshoot the issue and they dont even know to log service request on the issue. Jio should allow user to log the service request directly from myjio app as their agent dnt wanna log a case

My Airtel SIM has the most network problem, giving the most useless service in today's time, the Airtel SIM and the problem is not resolved even after complaining, in 1-2 days, if the problem is not resolved, then Jio is ready....@Airtel_Presence @reliancejio 😡😡

@JioCare Total Fraud. Installed Jio device under Free trial & on called for uninstallation. 1.5 months have passed, no refund made but device picked up. Totally cheating. Contacted customer service, they are not helpful. @TRAI I urge you to look into this matter.

@reliancejio @JioCare applied for a new connection & made the payment last week. They were supposed to come for installation today as per the appointment, but nobody's shown up yet. Very poor service and bad experience just for the installation. How bad must it be after sales.
