    @JioCare It's been a perpetual problem of speed issue. Please look into it. On previous complaint the speed was increased to 15-18mbps but again the same problem.

    @JioCare @reliancejio there is no response since 7 days, and no ETA. My validity also lost. @TRAI we need laws to teach such ISP s a good lesson. They don't have any refund policy. I keep getting repetitive reply from them and no resolution.
