    @JioCare Am unable to send SMS. It's been a month long struggle now, did everything but not helping, raised ticket at your customer care , thry closed without checking with me saying , its working..let me know if you want me to go to Airtel, will ping my number if asked

    @reliancejio pathetic customer support service, have been trying to get in touch with the technician, no help at all. Also i tried registering complaint via jio app yet just got a call & no one visited to fix the issue. Now I see it shows issue resolved even without visiting. 😡

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have paid upfront for annual plan, & this is how you provide service, no one is even bothered to fix it. No technician has visited yet to sort it out. I NEED COMPENSATION FOR THE 5 DAYS OF NO SERVICE FROM JIO'S END.

    @JioCare #jio @JioCare hi, these details were submitted on 19th August. The refund is till not in yet, chasing for 2 months. Can you guys let me know when it would be credited? The account details are that of the closed account holder. This isn't great service at all.

    @reliancejio It's been a week not having jio's network here for call. Anduse if internet also always need to go on top to talk someone.Earlier its was totally fine dnt know what in back couple of days it's been even right now also i musing someone hotspot who is having airtel.

    @JioCare Late resolution is a form of harrasment and against basic consumer rights. As a prepaid user not getting services beyond 24 hrs. There must be a compensation in the form of plan validity extention.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my complain date is 22/07/22. Today we are on 30/07/22. 8 days loss of my consultancy income. Mobile service providers have to have some time limit by which the complaint has to be resolved, that too for incoming calls.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio internet services, u r one of the worst service provider. Raised a complaint yesterday 29 July 22 afternoon and the customer service guys have rescheduled of attending the complaint to 6th aug 22. Do u ppl have any sense in doing so. I want to switch back to Airtel.
