    @JioCare Booked my connection on 2nd Sep, still not installed.. how long does it take? Are you creating an illusion of high demand and low supply or your service is truly bad!! This was raised previously on DM too, with no satisfactory outcome.

    @JioCare I know how to recharge ...!! My point is that why Jio Fiber has no offers for recharging via online wallets .. like we have for recharging the prepaid mobiles! Go & check urself, & u would find all the broadband service providers in each of the wallets I've mentioned, xcept JF!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio is not able to full fill customers need! If you can't able to give a solution to your customer then I don't think you are the best!! I simply want to port my number to your network with the @DisneyplusHSVIP plan but you people not able to handle this!!!

    @JioCare is it fair to say that you don’t hear customer at all? I applied for trial of JioFiber 2 weeks ago. I contacted you on twitter a week ago. Still, after multiple consecutive missed installation date later. I have no connection at my home. #fedup

    @reliancejio @JioCare dont know why i trusted you and left my old network.. #worst network for even jio to jio calls. No data speed when required. video calling shows but not working. distortion on all calls. Complained via DM but no proper revert. #plsupport

    @reliancejio Not getting call and Your network is very bad, neither a call comes because the network is not reachable, it shows the call end while making the call. Many times call cus. care but they say that your network is right. Customer care compilers do not write complaint

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your service request number SR0000189FSJ for Home Care engineer visit has been addressed. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can call us on 18008969999 from your Jio number or raise an appeal with our Appellate. No one visited…whats going on?

    It's been a 3 days now. My Jio fiber connection is shut down and after raising a complaint customer care service is helpless. Also no engineer visited at my house. Pathetic service Jio. Also i wasted my 3 days data now. Jio is just wasting time and money of mine. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Kindly ensure first that the problem is resolved or not, instead of just assuming that the problem is resolved. I had shared the screenshot of the active plans on my number. And I got a message that my issue is solved.
