    @jiocare just after replying on this tweet , they asked for details but nothing been done so far . As per them it's a problem only for few hours of the day .God knows which data from which place thet are referring to. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

    @reliancejio @JioCare Request SR000013KS21 was resolved without being any solution. How pathetic is your service. Still facing slow internet and no solution yet since last 7-8 months @DoT_India please check. They are making life hell in wfh with slow internet.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare am using your services from ab initio but from 5-6 days am facing network issues that effect me badly my Sessions got cancelled and guess what when am calling to customer care they giving more horrible reason (because of so many users in the area) .

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet is not working completely. Even I can’t start chat with live agent. Speed is worse from last 3 days. I already restarted my phone, already took troubleshooting.

    @CareJpb @JioFinance1 @reliancejio My issue is resolved, I really appreciate it. but you need to up your banking services quality. I've been a customer of jio almost since it's launch 9 years ago and never thought to port to another telecom service. You also need to match that quality with your banking experience.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am using jio airfiber but service is pathetic,when we are going to complain by call IVR will say "your area have some issue and it will resolve" this is I am hearing from 10 days, atleast someone will talked then some solution can be came.

    @JioCare Today i got a message saying the issue is fixed, but it's not. And existing ticket is moved to resolved and there is no option to open it again. This to totally unacceptable, i do not want to raise a ticket again and the original ticket is falsely moved to resolved.

    @JioCare 1. I have been asking this question multiple times but you are not giving answer. If there is a outage from JioFibre, why this scenario is not covered for rent rebate? What is our mistake in this scenario and why should we pay the bill in full when the issue is from Jio end?

    @JioCare Stop giving these scripted automated replies @JioCare On one hand, you reply here that you are looking into it, and on the other hand, at 2:11 PM today, your backend team forcefully closed my ticket SR000037JPW1 as 'Resolved' WITHOUT any resolution and BLOCKED my 'Re-Open' button

    @JioCare Very concerning experience with JioFiber support in Srinagar. The first engineer used a temporary joint/connector on a damaged outdoor fiber line exposed to sunlight and rain a fix that failed again within 1–2 hours.
