    @JioCare hello I am from sector 1-4 Hisar Haryana. From last 3-4 months residents of our area facing problems of very slow jio network. Even contents of 1-2 mb takes time ot down load. Kindly look in to the matter. Regards

    @reliancejio @JioCare Request SR000013KS21 was resolved without being any solution. How pathetic is your service. Still facing slow internet and no solution yet since last 7-8 months @DoT_India please check. They are making life hell in wfh with slow internet.

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare sir i have done recharge of 3500 on my 2 numbers and the day onwards they hike tariff the speed just got pathetic in evening it is not even 2g speed . kindly provide some resolution if any ….

    @JioCare your internet sucks... already have complained several times in last one month but no positive response. everytime customer care ppl says we are looking into issue and no sla is given for resolution. I am hardly getting 40-50kbps in jiofi dongle. Pls look into it asap.

    @jiocare just after replying on this tweet , they asked for details but nothing been done so far . As per them it's a problem only for few hours of the day .God knows which data from which place thet are referring to. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

    @JioCare Because some guy who he called didn't allow it as according to him router was working fine. Now he left saying it's an issue on the backend and there's nothing more he can do. While I am left with a speed of 3 MBPS whereas I paid for 30.

    @JioCare No internet connectivity since last three days. Complaint raised already yesterday but no update received & no engineer visit is scheduled. Pls solve the issue. We are suffering due to non connectivity.
