    @jiocare just after replying on this tweet , they asked for details but nothing been done so far . As per them it's a problem only for few hours of the day .God knows which data from which place thet are referring to. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

    @JioCare @reliancejio totally fails in giving 4g internet speed during this lockdown period. Airtel shows a much better speed. So I think they have created huge database of customers but with poor quality. Time to switch .

    @JioCare your internet sucks... already have complained several times in last one month but no positive response. everytime customer care ppl says we are looking into issue and no sla is given for resolution. I am hardly getting 40-50kbps in jiofi dongle. Pls look into it asap.

    @JioCare I got this answer from your side. Right now jio engineer is at my home. He checked and confirmed that every connection is good. The issue is from the server side. I think something is wrong with your system. I recharged yesterday and it accumulated in advance payment.

    I booked Jio fiber Relocation service 1 week ago and confirmed slot 12PM-1:00PM today by paying 1200 INR, till now nobody reached out to me , i am shifting house tomorrow, this is totally unprofessional, whats the point of picking a spot 1 week before ? @reliancejio @jio_fiber
