    So I get a call. the caller says she cannot help me. So I say great then why waste time. Next I get a DM. @VodafoneIN tells me my issue is discussed and closed. Heat way to solve a problem no @VodafoneIN my problem with you continues. Get someone capable to solve it.

    @VodafoneIN Sim card termed invalid,ur office Vodafone service center at Margao,V.V road Goa-403601 with common long queue as all days, there was no stock of Idea sims. staff send to private firm galaxy who take 200/- no questions.Complete Fraud towards loyal customers @Idea

    @ViCustomerCare Team, in this age of digital transformation its sad to see that you are sending cheque for small amounts like Rs. 326 to addresses where customer doesn't reside. U should give option of adjusting the excess payments to new relationship numbers of the same customer
