    @VodafoneIN I'm having serious network issues here. And this is the second time in a row when I am seriously not able to call anyone. Since I use only 1 network, please do something as soon as possible else I'll have to switch over to better options.

    @VodafoneIN.. Knock knock §§§ 72 hr. Over no action no tecnical support visit at place so far. Thou its not new to me every time exactly same thing happen. And i keep following and following.. no worries lets see how many more follow-ups it takes.

    @Hrishikeshkadam @VodafoneIN For good 4G internet @airtelindia is best choice. @reliancejio is bit slower than airtel4g. @Idea n @VodafoneIN network issue and packets drop seen, also connection drops, network swaps to 3g. Thy need major upgrade. Conclusion, Airtel Wins. Tested them all..

    @VodafoneIN Please check your Area network. The fault isn't in my sim/handset. It is in your so called "4G Network" on the Location. Vodafone is absolutely DEAD.

    @Idea lossing credibility after merging with @VodafoneIN @Idea Network and internet getting worse day by day with speed of 20 kbps when other provides 2 Mbps speed.

    @ViCustomerCare Its almost 72hour pass still no response neither from Social media team nor from VI Store. I visited there and they told they sent request for call barring deactivation while customer care told no request there. Worst service @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

Vi outage was not an individual issue, so DM is irrelevant. @TRAI plz make it mandatory for these service providers to publish down time in social media, their websites & apps. Like water and electricity telephone service is also an essential service.

    @ViCustomerCare I received a call about suggestion of what to do. However this circle change request from you seems to be just an excuse, as the same issue is being faced in my rest all Vi # in home circle. Also, postpay request gets refused on entering zip code. Can't I get one here?
