    @ViCustomerCare what a **** service from vi .. booked 2 paid postpaid numbers and one of the number gets rejected.. bad service and this happened 2 times .. very **** service

    @VodafoneIN @Idea I currently have a Idea Postpaid. I wanted to switch it to Idea Prepaid as network of Idea is good as compared to Vodafone at my place. When i went to store they are saying u will get Vodafone Prepaid and not Idea Prepaid. Please help me out.

    @reliancejio it’s the end of 2022.I’m in one of the most commercial location #southgoa. The network is slow to useless at best. @ViCustomerCare . your network is non existent. Dropped calls is a usual @TRAI PLEASE TAKE NOTE . #goa

    @VodafoneIN I have applied for a post paid to pre paid conversion. And it's been 3 days now sim has not been activated. Trying to call customer care, but I feel it's bullshit. Kindly change your customer care. Talking to an Autobot is not customer care services.

    So I get a call. the caller says she cannot help me. So I say great then why waste time. Next I get a DM. @VodafoneIN tells me my issue is discussed and closed. Heat way to solve a problem no @VodafoneIN my problem with you continues. Get someone capable to solve it.

    @ViCustomerCare I am your Customer last 10 years but now I am port my number to airtel because your customer agent not resolved my problem she is saying use smart phone then u can use vodafone sim. Your service is very bad I will not suggest any known person to switch or buy.

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been facing call issue like when I call somebody, they don’t get to hear me properly but when I make WhatsApp call then this issue doesn’t come up. It seems that it’s either due to network or SIM problem? Can you arrange a new SIM for me? #Vodafone #India

    Preposterous service from @ViCustomerCare lately... You've doubled the tariffs of the "validity" plans, and have withdrawn the bare minimum necessities (like SMS) expected of a functional mobile phone. No wonder you're at a loss and are going to wither away soon.

    @meAtVaishnav @ViCustomerCare Well I just talked to Vi Customer Care. They called me after I tweeted them the issue. The Customer Care Executive told me than in this scenario, the SIM card must be faulty and told me to exchange it at Vi Store for free.

    @ViCustomerCare i think VI dont need any type of customer that's why you are not listening my complaint. Since few days i am complaning on customer care about the internet speed and network problem.
