@VodafoneIN I have applied for a post paid to pre paid conversion. And it's been 3 days now sim has not been activated. Trying to call customer care, but I feel it's bullshit. Kindly change your customer care. Talking to an Autobot is not customer care services.

@reliancejio it’s the end of 2022.I’m in one of the most commercial location #southgoa. The network is slow to useless at best. @ViCustomerCare . your network is non existent. Dropped calls is a usual @TRAI PLEASE TAKE NOTE . #goa

So I get a call. the caller says she cannot help me. So I say great then why waste time. Next I get a DM. @VodafoneIN tells me my issue is discussed and closed. Heat way to solve a problem no @VodafoneIN my problem with you continues. Get someone capable to solve it.

Dear @ViCustomerCare Your entire network in the primemost #Bavdhan area of Pune is not working properly since past month. A lot of people have been complaining. It works when you switch on VoLTE on prepaid but VoLTE is not an option for PostPaid connections. Please help here!
