@ViCustomerCare Ur customer care centre representatives r helpful..but my network has gone from 4G to E.They said its a problem possibly in area.. will take roughly 3 days to solve..how can one live w/out data for 3 days..complaint should be resolved in 1 hour...1 day is max.
