You have repeated the same problem which you have solved when I have complained the last time. And now the same problem repeated and you're not even responding. There are no signals anywhere. My father has 2 sim and his Vi sim doesn't have outgoing call and when I contacted the vi support I was said that since I wasn't making any calls from them the outgoing call has been barred due to inactivity.
