    @VodafoneIN its been over 15days since i ported to vodafone And not even a single time did i experience good network or 4g speeds. The 4g never worked and i hardly find singnals across the city. I am running it in 3g only n I need to wait 3months before i switch to @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence I was a fan of @airtelindia network but now its wayy to worse I've the worst network coverage and worst data i moved to @VodafoneIN i get good network and "ok" data speeds but @airtelindia is too bad plus a lot of spam calls on my airtel number

    @VodafoneIN @DoT_India @TRAI Balance is being deducted without intimation, when we contact back the only response is we have to contact within 24 hrs, if we were not intimated how do we know when it was deducted, very worst customer service

    @jyothispeaks @AdiviSesh @Idea @VodafoneIN I’ve been using Vodafone past 6years approx and I never felt any issues with network but after the Vodafone idea merger it was horrible experience for me!! Tried complaining twice no proper response from the @VodafoneIN team. Time for #MNP

    2/6 @ViCustomerCare asked to check if payment went through. So I approached @GooglePayIndia ( Complaint Id: 8-8437000032623) and had worst nightmare on chat with their support person. I wish nobody has to go through @GooglePayIndia good for nothing chat support torture.

    @ViCustomerCare Iam facing severe network issues with Vodafone today . This is customer care . We won't receive calls re the sub standard service but definitely harrassment calls to pay bills and reminders and more reminders for the same!

    @ViCustomerCare If your pack is truly unlimited, then why it asks fo recharge again. But with my Jio Sim, I was able to call that customer care number without any problem. Your customer support says that the called number is a chargeable number, so the call was not going,

    4/6 On insisting @GooglePay torture support to provide this details on email so i can forward to @ViCustomerCare they refused saying they can't provide email. On asking torture support to provide a competent authority for escalating issue they said they can't provide that too.

    @ViCustomerCare See DM. Concern:I have an active pack. It is truly unlimited. But when I called a customer care number of Max Life Insurance (18601205577) from my VI mobile number, the call was rejected with message "You have insufficient balance for this call, please recharge immediately".

    @ViCustomerCare The main problem with vi is your indoor coverage is **** internet doesn't work properly especially indoor. I need to switch to 3g indoor for using internet... Improve your 4g indoor coverage in my area already complained more than 100 times no use.
