@VodafoneIN y my network speed is very low i.e. 1 MBPS only wherein previously it was around 11 MBPS. I think u hv reduced my speed after complaining about network. 😓 Please help @TRAI @jagograhakjago

Recharged with a ₹399 pack for my number & haven't received Classic Access to Vi Movies & TV. The app shows no active plan on my number despite the plan being active. More than 24 hours have passed & @ViCustomerCare is doing nothing but ignoring my complaints. VI IS THE WORST!!!
