@VodafoneIN y my network speed is very low i.e. 1 MBPS only wherein previously it was around 11 MBPS. I think u hv reduced my speed after complaining about network. 😓 Please help @TRAI @jagograhakjago

@ViCustomerCare I lost data and 699 rupees . No 4g data network. May 18 , I will wait for calling to end and after I will port to jio or airtel.

@rakeshkashyap72 @ViCustomerCare Vi game starts , they pretend to give 4g network. But the irony is they provide 3g speed . It is call cheating. Please abandon the network and port to some good network.

@ViCustomerCare Provides worst customer service in whole India. I registered more than 3 complaint in last 20 days but still problem is not slove. Worst network is VodafoneIdea. Customer care executives only say temporary issue.But i shocked 20 days gone this issue not slove.

@ViCustomerCare My internet is not working despite of having full network for calling/sms. This problem is so regular in our area that people are fed up. This issue persists for the entire area including Vi store (Shivaji Nagar, 11th scheme, Aurangabad-431009). Kindly help
