@VodafoneIN Engineer visited on Wednesday and he confirmed there is serious network issue. According to him I was supposed to get a call from Vodafone with a solution in 2 days. I am still waiting.

It has been 14 hours I have not got any response from @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Use less network there are lot of problems they are not solving .If they solve also it will be just for a day or for hours If I call again they will tell that it network down time .

@ViCustomerCare VI is just looting customer #vodafoneidea deducted balance without consent on naming of #mydelightpowerdeals , my father did not even picked up call and responding SMS on feature phone still @ViCustomerCare deducted 49 rupees, it's happening frequently.
