@VodafoneIN You’re supposed to be improving the coverage in Colaba, Mumbai, not reducing it! I even got a call from you over a month ago for the exact location. Yesterday my Vodafone number & 2 others lost complete network in a part of my home where I used to get low network.

@VodafoneIN Allow me to clarify: - it's been 2 weeks since I've had this SIM issue. - I've visited the local gallery 6 times. All 6 unsuccessful. - time money and petrol spent. - The phone app is buggy, the execs have taken my picture multiple times all across the gallery.

@ViCustomerCare Don't fool customer. Any new pack should be activated after expiry of existing one. In my case new plan and existing plan both activated at the same time otherwise my plan expiring date should be 2June21. Pls look into it.
