No idea about Jio, but the thing I hate about Jio is - the unending call drops when travelling. LTE cannot handle voice, not the way they have implemented it here in India anyway.

I've been charged additional for 2months due to this, and the excess for 1month only has been refunded. Other #serviceproviders are offering me good plans & price. #portout is only option.

Received a call from technical team on 21st May 2021. Assured it will be normal & will call back but no response till now. This is how you treat me for being with you for 2 decades.
