    @VodafoneIN after ur network engineer visit at my residence in 1st week Aug..nothing changed nor any solution deployed. MAILS written..called up cust service but pathetic response. Hence degraded the tariff from Red business.Not worth paying money to such service providers

    @VodafoneIN 1 month 3 days...how much pathetic can you get in customer service. Caller tune is still not disabled.Just spoke to one chat agent, a service ticket was raised and closed immediately with no resolution.

    @VodafoneIN enough just enough .This is terrible. PATHETIC SERVICE. U guys are not able to disable the caller tune. DONT get any update.Nothing.Beyond pathetic.All these tweets that I am sending, have no impact.

    @VodafoneIN I echo that! Hard times being faced. Data is out of question! Unable to make and receive calls due this network issues being faced since past few days. If connected then instances of call drops too. Not expected to see this happening from a brand like Vodafone!!!

    @VodafoneIN Purchase new sim postpad connection then after your old no activate.Means i haveto purchase two sim one is postpad and second is my old no.I had 7 days on my way to Vodafone store but my sim is not activated yet I didn't know that Vodafone has such a useless service

    @TRAI I raised complaint to @VodafoneIN @Vodafone_CEO as I was unable to make calls from my Vodafone number to other Vodafone numbers all others I can call. They are not solving my complaint. Customer care refused to take complaint @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone mobile data keep fluctuating. But am happy with the speed. The problem is most of the times it disconnects. Need either a constant speed or consistent network connection. Do the needful. Most of the times I need to do Airplane mode ON/Off.

    Their replying criteria follows once in a month when they get time, Barging customers call but have no time resolve the queries, Nobody in the entire month has helped through, The system doesn't work, higher authority will get in touch nuisance they repeat always @ViCustomerCare

    of the highest order, every time one files a complaint never a response back to the customer from anybody from the team, Customer care executive lie to do not have system working to see the problem in the bills, and disconnect the call in the face. @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp
