I am getting the worst ever service from Vodafone for a few months. I am cheated once agin by subscribing to the red x Plan (999), it offers 1.5 times speed. A local mini store called asking me to convert to postpaid; when I refused, they said no delivery agent is available. Customer care assured delivery but 24+ hrs no update.
