    @VodafoneIN its bad..i had been ur cust since ages..have a look at huge billings paid tht too all before time..for current month i ws abroad and skipped a day..u barred my calls..really bad..anyways cleared the payment but im sure to switch..ths service is nt wat i expct

    @ViCustomerCare WORST decision of my life would be get VI SIM card. I had two numbers as post paid. I had requested to disable the two numbers and they smartly disabled only one and kept charging the second number Rs. 1023 and now I have been charged for first number too Rs 109.

    @ViCustomerCare The worst network I have ever tried. My biggest mistake, I made a 84 days recharge. I will switch to Airtel or Jio the day the validity expires. The network is so bad, people have to call on my whatsapp.

    Thought of giving Vi a shot #vodafoneidea @ViCustomerCare Sim Delivered, KYC and Back End activation done in 60mins. No activation sms for 3 hours!! Everyone clueless. No pin to provide at 59059! No customer care to go to!!
