And still we are forwarding. My version is i did not get connectivity and vodafone claims i used 122mb ( miniscule) in that period. Let them provide logs to Dot to chk.

So no other option than going to consumer court not for IVR but for not addressing my issues.

Vodafone is coming out with some small data being used in the said duration. The reply being given is an afterthought. Tech handling the issue then, were searching for problem.

Now even today, why people use 2 networks, bcos they are not sure of getting connectivity. Means services in india are poor and we are being cheated.

Vodafone says , they are not resp if partner not give service. I was connected to globe and i did not get service. I was given a statement with some data but really not usable bandwidth

Arunkumar Hariharan (@Harunshivam065) reported@ViCustomerCare To send 1 outgoing SMS , customer service ask me to recharge for 158Rs. Normaly it cost 1rs/sms. Now tarrif's changed to 158 rs sms plan. Great work @ViCustomerCare. To port out from Vodafone I've to recharge 158 rs plan.😨😨
