    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, My apologies for Choosing your Net work. I am getting the worst ever service from Vodafone for a few months. I am cheated once agin by subscribing to the red x Plan (999), it offers 1.5 times speed. In reality i got 2 times low speed from this plan.

    @ViCustomerCare I have already stated the problem. This hasn’t been the case just once. If I switch my phone off and my min tariff is x but my usual spend is y (y>x) then I will get the bill y. Why do I need to check it and get it corrected, isn’t it your duty to not fraud jaunga.

    @ViCustomerCare never buy any new connections from @ViCustomerCare because I ordered a vi prepaid sim on 2/10/2022 and I was told that the sim will be delivered on 2/10/2022 but yesterday the sim was not delivered and till now the sim was not delivered.
