So I get a call. the caller says she cannot help me. So I say great then why waste time. Next I get a DM. @VodafoneIN tells me my issue is discussed and closed. Heat way to solve a problem no @VodafoneIN my problem with you continues. Get someone capable to solve it.

Hi @ViCustomerCare Why are videos from Twitter Instagram and other social media not buffering smoothly, gets stuck and take time to buffer although when I speed test, it shows speed around 18 Mbps. Although when I switch my mobile data to Jio Network, I face no such issues.
