So I get a call. the caller says she cannot help me. So I say great then why waste time. Next I get a DM. @VodafoneIN tells me my issue is discussed and closed. Heat way to solve a problem no @VodafoneIN my problem with you continues. Get someone capable to solve it.

All i asked is how much the store manager can charge for changing from Vodafone postpaid to vi prepaid? I paid all postpaid bill

He says 300₹ for porting fee,50₹- sim, 350 for prepaid plan. Upon tweeting this here, mentioning my hearing problem, you are not ready to solve thru tweet or dm. Why?
